Great place to relax ”
This is a great place to relax. It is a huge place with limited number of guests rooms. No crowds like what you see at Tokyo or Fuji. The room I stayed is facing a golf course. I wished I would skip Tokyo and Fuji and came here directly for a week of relaxation. Having your own transport is a must to fully enjoy.

Not good if you have big luggages”
There's no elevator in the hotel so it's hard if you have big luggages. The shuttle bus doesn't let you put your luggage in the trunk area and doesn't help you lift your luggage in the bus. It was very hard and troublesome. Far from the station and shuttle bus only comes once every hour so it's better to have a car.

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, overall the rooms were big and clean. Except I stayed at 1/F, which I needed to hand carry my luggage from lobby (located on 2/F) down to 1/F. I drove there and plenty of free car park spaces, but location is not the most convenient. Staff were friendly but no DOUBLE BED is the whole hotel.

Needs a shuttle bus to get anywhere. Unless you want to spend the weekend at the resort, it is a fair way from Shuzenji itself. They do have shuttle buses to the station though. Room was ok but no way to change air con controls. Also facilities to make tea/food but no tea supplies which was strange. Even cheap hotels at least have ocha or instant coffee. It was ok. But woumd not stay again.

Onsen lacked authenticity. Dirty carpets and walls. Black mould in many locations. Dinner was amazing. Buffet was lack luster.

Room was clean and comfy. The resort is huge but shuttle bus takes you around, Cottages do not have WiFi but they are spacious.

なかなか時の流れには勝てません。”
古くからあるLaforet Shuzenjiです。 立地は、ゴルフ場の中にあり、修善寺の山の上で眺めも良く、交通の便も良い所にあります。 ただ…あまりにも古くなってしまったかなという印象です。 ただ、温泉の大浴場ではゆったりと疲れを癒せますし、朝のレストランからの眺めは最高です。 また、お料理は立地とは関係なく洋風だったりもしますが本当に美味しくいただけてます。 そろそろリニューアルしてくれると、もっと魅力アップするのですが…

安くて広くて美味しくて富士山見れて最高”
4人家族でコテージ朝食付きを利用しました。 築年数は経ってるので家具や布団は新しくは無いと思いますが、手入れされてるので綺麗だと感じました。 早朝は富士山に雲がかからず綺麗に見えて最高でした。朝食も美味しく、食べながら富士山を眺められるなんて予想外で最高でした。 温泉はとろとろの湯ではないですが、湯冷めせずあったまったので効果あると思います。 チェックインの場所がわからずてこずって、２回施設に電話したので、予約時のメールに地図などあると助かると思いました。 千葉から3時間半かかりましたが、また行きたいと思いました。（車ナンバーを見るとほとんど関東圏からでした） 犬と一緒に泊まれるホテルでランキングにはいっていたり、2020東京オリンピックのサイクリングの施設として利用されたようです。 ありがとうございました！

初めて利用しましたが、母1人、低学年と高学年の小学生男子連れで、非常に楽しめました。 体育館が無料で使えるので、身体を動かすのが大好きな息子達は大はしゃぎ出来ましたし スタッフの方々も、丁寧で、トラブルにもすぐ対応して下さりとても有り難かったです。 部屋も広く清潔で、寛げました。 息子達も、チェックアウトするのを残念がるほど気に入り 私自身もまた違うシーズンにも是非利用したいと思いました。

何を求めるかによって価値は変わると思います。我が家にはいまいちフィットしませんでした。 設備に関しては、節々に古さを感じました。 料理は朝食のみいたっだきましたが、質・量ともに満足しています。想像していた通り、洋食系がやはりおいしいですね。 食事会場からの眺望も素晴らしく、子供たちも楽しめたようです。 環境については、幹線道路から山道を10分程度のぼったところにあるため、とても静かです。 ただ、その一方で幹線道路から離れているため、近くのスーパーやコンビニに行こうとすると、山を下りて、さらに道を走らせ修善寺の駅前まで出ないといけません。（片道３０分弱） 観光地へのアクセスも同様で伊豆縦貫道へのアクセスは悪くはありませんが、周辺に子連れで楽しめる観光地が少ないので、ここを拠点としてどこかに出かけるのはやや不適切だったかと思いました。 伊豆の東側であれば伊東や河津、西であれば土肥などのほうが観光地へのアクセスは良いですね。 ここでゴルフをする、テニスをする、温泉保養をするなど、施設内で完結する内容であればこれ以上ない立地条件なのかとは思います。 最後に、コスパに関しては良好と思います。 室内も広く、ただ寝るだけのホテルとは一線を画し、部屋の中でもいろいろと楽しめるのはとてもよかったです。

宿泊が前夜に決まり、急いで予約しました。部屋は広く、テニスコートやゴルフもできて、温泉もあって良かったです。温泉はマリオットの館内の方も使えて楽しいです。

良かった点 ・コスパがよい ・宿泊者は体育館が全て無料で使える。バドミントン、卓球は道具が置かれていて自由に使える 改善点 ・サウナ、水風呂の質は悪くないが腰掛け椅子がない。 ・部屋に加湿器がない（エアコンは古いが効くため乾燥する） ・定員にゴルフやりたいと窓口で言ったら「ゴルフは紳士のスポーツです。襟付きのシャツがないと出来ません」と高圧的な態度で言われた。まるでこちらがゴルフをするに値しないかの様な言いぶり。こんな接客は初めてで大変悲しい気持ちになった。

建物自体が古く最初に部屋に入ったときは『合宿所？』と思いましたが、部屋は広く設備は必要十分でした。価格もリーズナブルですしでリッチ感を堪能したいと思う方でなければおすすめです。特に家族連れは良いと思います。
