Bad room condition with many fries in the room. Not clean on bed and floor. Poor condition of all things...door knots, shower, toilet not flush properly....

Room was acceptable Staff are supportive however the Whole Day Karaoke Sessions on the adjacent Resort was Very Disappointing instead of having a relaxing day and good night sleep the loud noise from the Karaoke Singers bring a lot of Stress and you can only Sleep around midnight.

Just a place to stay”
Don't expect any television or other forms of entertainment. Just a place to stay while you are near the beach. There is also no swimming pool or canteen where you can buy something to eat for merienda like soda, choco milk or coffee. Breakfast is served in your area in a packed meal. Facilities are quite old. Some tiles in the CR are broken. 3 towels and 3 vanity (toothbrush, soap, shampoo) kits are provided for a group of 6. Bring your own towel, toothbrush, etc. to be sure. WiFi is not so much reliable. So, expect that your stay there is really to enjoy the sand and the beach.

Poor amenities ”
The staff here was great and they really tried hard to make us comfortable but the resort had no amenities to speak of. Our room was very outdated. The only place to put our suitcase was on top of the portable refrigerator. We had to hang our clothes on the bathroom door and door handles. We arrived at 4 pm after a long day of travel expecting to have a nice meal but the resort did not serve food or have a vending machine. Bring your own food and or transportation. We ended up ordering out and the food was okay but limited.

Room is ok. It has 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 8 of us with the 4 double beds. Plated breakfast was ok. It is beachfront and we had a good time relaxing at our terrace.

Our stay was ok coz of some disadvantages. To stary off, the entrance going to the resort was sooo narrow, barely enough for 1 vehicle. The room is average but comforrable enough since the AC is powerful, bed is sturdy, with comforters and soft pillows. The bathroom has a water heater but small, it would be nice if it’s bigger. A fridge and an electric kettle was provided. Though the restaurant was not open during our stay, they provided a resto where we can order food to be delivered. Breakfast is free by the way! What we love most about the place is the staff. They are so courteous and helpful! They openly take in suggestions on how to improve their resort further. Our family enjoyed our stay, specially the water activities!

Last minute booking”
We were tired from our road trip and decided to crash for the night and still experience Laiya. The staff accommodated us despite the last minute booking. We had a comfortable rest and was refreshed the next morning to continue our road trip.

Unbelievably pricey ”
For the amount that they charge, the place should consider adding more value . At over 140 dollars a night - no toilet paper no working Tv , unven beds , uncomfortable place , noisy neighboring resort . Over crowded beach . Totally no one attended to us the whole 12 hours in the place . Cant believe people charge for the quality of the place . Cant recommend this .

The room is too small with very little amenities. No closet nor appliances to heat food. And no restaurant to serve your needs. You need to order outside just to have food. Low value for a high rate.

Not so happy with the stay, there are insects in our room. The road leading to the resorts gate is too small. We didn't think that the car would fit at first. There is no soap, shampoo or towel in the room. We had to request for Towels. Though the staff are friendly and approachable. I hope that the resort management can do something to improve the hotel facilities.

Room window type AC unit very noisy seems like on board helicopter… fluffs in bedding’s… many mosquitos inside room can’t relax and sleep… no restaurant to dine in… very basic breakfast no choices…
