We have been upgraded from lake rooms to seaview room. Huge rooms with great view. Staffs are very helpful. Breafast is simple but ok. Kids enjoyed fre kayaking. Thank you Lake terrace!

Reception and breakfast is good but”

Reception are very helpful, Breakfast is not bad for this room rate but Air con is the worse i have seen i n my whole life😕 and hotel should have free transfer to Pakbara pier (To Lipe) which is not far from the hotel (we have stayed in the other hotel and they have) * when we arrived, no restaurant open near by so i recommend you guys to bring food as much as you can. พนักงานน่ารัก อาหารโอเค แต่แอร์มีแต่ลมนะคะ นอนร้อนทั้งคืน

Excellent”

This hotel 100% halal. The owner is thai muslim. So the food serving is halal and there are cafe house in front of hotel. The hotel located in front of beach. Very fantasic view for sunset and sunrise. There have lake and soo many fishes. You can ‘kayak’ at the lake but at your own risk.

Need improvement”

Good staff but no so friendly, few times came and stay in Lake Terrace resort, we stay at a garden view. Our room mattresses very hard, drainage clogged in the bathroom. This time we feel uncomfortable staying in Lake terrace Resort. Need improvement.

Perfect layover in Pak Bara”

Hotel staff picked us up at the Jetty. The room with a balcony facing the see was spotless and spacious. The coffee shop served excellent very spicy food. It is rather sterile but we discovered on day 2 we could sit outside in the garden. Rented a very cheap motor bike from hotel to explore the waterfall. Front desk was helpful even though English was limited. Pak Bara is not a destination but if you lay over here on your way from Ko Lipe this is the place to stay.

Resort located near to the beach. Walking distance to the beach. Best location which near to Pak Bara View Point and halal restaurant. Breakfast was good with variety of local cuisine. Worth of money for traveler with own car.

Misleading advertisingh”

Upon arrival at the resort were shown a room with no window at all, like a closed in box. This was not shown in advertising. When we advised the staff that this was not acceptable the staff changed the rooms. If a room is going to be advertised without a window or view it should clearly state this.

cozy place, nice atmosphere, great value”

Our cottage had a balcony overlooking a pond. The parking was right by the door. Getting in and and out of the resort was very convenient. The resort is also a short walk away to the back entrance to the Phetra National Park, the main attraction in the area. I only met with a few staffers but all I interacted with were polite and courteous. Breakfast was typical, nothing special but nothing to complain either. The pillow was much thicker than my liking. I would have asked for a flatter one if we were staying the second night. I’m likely to stay here again on my future trip to the area.

nice hotel with a good restaurant”

We only stayed there one night before going to Ko Lipe. The room we stayed had no windows but was big and clean. We arrived there after 20:00 so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. Staff was nice. The next morning the hotel staff brought us to the pier. It must be a nice quiet town to stay for a day or two. We would stay there again.

Nice choice if you're looking for a pier-nearby hotel”

It's a nice place with good location, which may not be mentioned often is that it's cafe is a very nice view spot for the sunset. The room and the breakfast are both nice and reveals local atmosphere. It takes only 15 minutes to the pier, so it's very convenient to take early shift speed boat to the island.

Pros. Price, staff, dinner. Con's. No credit card excepted, don't get ploy siam ferry to Lipe they make a 15 min stop then try to stop again but we told them no take us to island. It took us over 2 and a half hrs to get here. Use Bundhaya instead buy @ pier only 400Baht one way.

Nice view and value for money.. My kids really enjoyed canoeing at the small lake outside our room. Breakfast was so-so. Otherwise we have clean room.

Good choice for a rest before go to Lipe Island”

As we have a toddler with us, we choose a slow way when travel. So we tried to find a hotel nearby the harbor to Lipe Island, here is really very nice choice. Not only the location, about 10-minute drive to the harbor, the sea view here is also excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious.
