Amazing Experience For First Time Japan Traveler”
A friend and I decided to stay here based on reviews and location. This place is top notch. Everyone speaks English very well. We had a Japanese Style Suite with the balcony facing Mt. Fuji, it was probably one of the clearest days there ever was, we saw the mountain the entire day. Dinner was amazing, the buffet style was absolutely perfect, and the same goes for the breakfast. Did not use the public bath because of tattoos but the viewing deck was very nice. 10/10 one day when I return I will stay here again.

Though the hotel does not locate near the train station, the hotel provides shuttle bus to/from the station, just call at the front desk or the tourist centre at the train station. This is very convenient. Our rooms enjoyed marvelous view over the Mt. Fuji, we also enjoyed the beautiful scene of sunrise at the Hotel's roof balcony, where Mt. Fuji was under our sight again. The dinner and breakfast are of buffet style, which were also excellent. The onsen itself is also good to enjoy. Staff set our Japanese style bedding during our dinner time, the bedding itself is also very comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Superb service and very friendly and helpful staffs. We requested the shuttle pickup and drop off from the Kawaguchiko station. Very impressive service and greeting. The accommodation was nice and we were enjoyed our view with the Mt Fuji, on-sen, and good. Definitely come back :)

Beautiful stay”
If you can afford to pay more, stay in a room with a view of Mount Fuji and a private outdoor bath - it’s amazing. The staff were kind and hospitable from the moment we entered the building and there was usually someone around who spoke English. The space was always clean and the food was great! There’s also a free pickup service from kawaguchiko station and a shuttle back once you check out. I would stay here again if ever I’m back!

Great traditional stay and food”
It was a very warm welcome. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the room was warm and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and a huge variety of well prepared food. Agoda’s currency exchange rates were ridiculous though - lost about $40 when they deducted the money from my card. Agoda should be more transparent about this… such a con!

We booked a room with private outdoor bath. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath, although unfortunately Mt Fuji was blocked by clouds. We made a special request to have vegetarian meals before we arrived, and they asked if we are okay with eggs and dairy. There was no reply after I said it was okay, so just assumed that they acknowledged it. However upon arrival, we were served a table full of seafood, with barely any selection from the buffet items. Told them in person that we are vegetarian and they tried to make it up, but somehow a dish came with minced fish inside. Good service as next day they provided us with proper vegetarian breakfast to make it up. Thank you.

Awesome Mt Fuji view”
Nice hotel. warm hospitality. We've got a free ticket to enjoy the Kawaguchiko Winter Fireworks on a boat. It was spectacular. transport: take Green line bus from Kawaguchiko station. hoop off at the #6 stop "八木崎公園 Yagizaki Park " the hotel is right next to the stop. Food: nice and decent dinner. breakfast is so-so. not the top. Spa: highly recommend to try the rooftop hot spring. splendid star view at night.

Cons: too early check out, 10 AM . But the staff are excellent! Very helpful, one time we could not take the regular bus back to hotel from the other side of the lake, too crowded tourists, they were not stopped, desperate, we tried to ask if hotel bus could pick up us from our location, to our surprise, they did send a bus to pick up! Very very nice people there! Yes, we will definitely stay again, very nice view to the lake !

Staff was first rate! We requested for an early check in as we had mild food poisoning and needed to rest - they kindly helped us to set up the room and changed our meals. Hotel is in a quiet location, the private room with onsen facing Mt Fuji had great view! Hotel is a little dated but everything was well maintained.

For the first time to visit Mount Fuji, the hotel's shuttle is in place and the environment is very comfortable. It is not perfect to watch Mount Fuji from the hotel room. Maybe the upper floors will be better. Worth the promotion and next time!

my room have private open-air bath with mount fuji view. The view is good, it’s so lucky to see mount fuji. Service is good, shuttle bus pick up service provided when I arrived Kawaguchiko station and called the hotel to pick up in info center. Breakfast is buffet, and dinner is semi-buffet. food are fair and there are quite a lot of choices.

Dinner and breakfast were terrific. The onsen experience also a plus. Facilities were clean and they have a Mt.Fuji Viewing deck on the top of their hotel. Hotel looks a bit dated but location to the park and lake and also the view made up for that.
