One of the best place to stay”

I stayed only one night as I was in transit in Hat Yai but I could stay more. Very new boutique hotel, super clean, big room and very comfortable. Breakfast included in the price and one coupon big bottle of beer is offered to the guest at the restaurant ! Perfect place…..the only point but was not big deal is 30min walk from train station ( but 5-10min with mototaxi or tuk tuk ) I will come back for sure.

Far from city center, but you can catch the tuk tuk for 10 Baht!! Drops you off at Kim Yong market, and then just a short walk to city center. I accidentally took the tuk tuk all the way to Songkhla, by accident, but had the greatest experience. People on the tuk tuk were very friendly. University professor was on that tuk tuk ride, and she kindly negotiated an alternate tuk tuk to take me back to Hat Yai City. It was a great experience for me. My room at Lalita was on the end, top floor, with balcony, and table outside. Staff was excellent, always smiling, and willing to help. Lalita, was a very nice hotel; cost effective and clean. My genuine thanks to the staff of Lalita--they were great!

Pros: Easy 10 Baht transfer into town; Large room with balcony; It is a very quiet boutique hotel. Other boutique hotels give the feel that you're living in a dorm. I left another hotel to come here--just to get a great night sleep. Cons: Breakfast is adequate. But for the money I save on the room, I go one block away to another boutique hotel (that begins with L) for their outstanding 80 Baht breakfast. Dinner at Lalita: I love their chicken cashew nut with rice, and the pleasant service I receive. Staff is always pleasant, upbeat, and positive. This hotel really is a hidden gem.

Lalita boutique hotel is always our favourite accommodation in Hat Yai. It is 2-3km from Hat Yai town centre which may not be so convenient. However, we have our own transport so this is not a problem. Hotel room is always clean n tidy, breakfast is sufficient.

I love staying here! Though it's North Hat Yai, it only costs 10 baht for ride to town. Room is very comfortable and includes a balcony. The staff is polite and friendly. I love staying here!

A new and clean hotel”

Generally this hotel is good. It is clean, new and a lot of decoration in the room. I booked two connecting room. We are served with drink when we check in.There is a big map of Hat Yai in lobby. Car park is enough and easy to park. The only bad thing is the air cond just hanging outside the bathroom. The hot air from air cond make the bath room warm and make the bathing not comfortable. I think the hotel must solve this problem if they want me to come back to this hotel next time.

Decent Hotel”

The hotel is located about 10 mins drive from Hat Yai central. A tut tut ride is about 200 baht which is ok. The hotel is small but nice and new. No lifts in the hotel. Every room has a balcony and the toilets are clean with basic amenities included. Breakfast was ok with limited choices. For the price paid I think it was great value for money.

Pleasant hotel near town centre”

Lalita Boutique Hotel is not right in the centre of the town, perhaps a 10 minutes drive there. Modern rooms with nice lighting, which you don't find in many hotel rooms in Thailand. Bathroom though nicely done is of the "flood type", taking a shower will inundate the whole room. There is no lift, hotel has only 3 floors but this may be a point to consider if you are not well on your feet or carry heavy luggage. Breakfast is rather basic though I did not expect more at this price. Covered parking, fast internet.

Lalita - best in Hatyai”

Lalita is an outskirts hotel that give surprises. First, the colorful deco will surely cheer u up. Then u will b caught by another surprise with the very affordable room rate. As u stay on, you will be impressed by the room comfort, cleanliness and good staff performance. Will surely come back again!

Nice Room! Simple but Nice Breakfast!”

Walking distance to nearest 7-11. If you are driving a car there, location doesn't a matter. Variety choices for local cuisine by walking distance. Do not compare the buffet breakfast with other hotels, honestly, it's simple & nice! Yes, it's nice! Do take note which this hotel do not have elevator, but I believe it doesn't a matter to active youngster. Me & my husband stayed on 3rd floor with a balcony attached room. It's nice! Nice! Nice! There are ample parking space, very great for those who are driving in Hatyai just like us. What we can say is - we will be back to LALITA!

Satisfied as always”

Not the first second time we stay here. We realised Lalita should be a better choice compare to others in the same road or area. It's really worth the price. All basic facilities are provided including breakfast. The only setback is no lift but it's ok cause outta it's only 3 level. Will continue to stay there next time.

Helpful staff clean room”

Helpful staff , clean room, from hotel to Hat Yai center market around 7 minute (Grab fee from 100bath) . Unfortunately during my stay, their electrical got problem cant use heater.

We all have an enjoyable stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The bed too is very clean and comfortable. Will come back to stay again if revisit hat yai.

We have to asked few Tuk-tuk they only fetched us to Lalita. Features more, the price for the Tuk-tuk quite expensive to city / back to Lalita Boutique.

Overall this hotel is wonderful .but the distance to centre of hat Yai a bit further.and which is not really accurate inform 1.3km that inside the blog.The less I can comment it's wonderful for couple and family member.

Good clean comfortable”

it was a good stay at Lalita, there are spacious car parks, simple breakfast is provided, and good interior design. The room that I stayed was in Japanese theme and it was clean and great. The only problem is the location is a bit far and you need transport to reach downtown.

A bit distance from Hat Yai town, most of the tuk tuk or taxi driver may not know this hotel, you may need to get the hotel name card when you out to town, so that you can show to tuk tuk when you wanna back to hotel
