Stayed here many times when I visit Langkawi for Ironman races. Love the location as is near the airport and to many places except Kuah town. Also rooms are clean, private beach too!

the good think is stuff helpful, kinds, and there is tourism activity arrangement in the hotel close or near to airport good adequate free parking areas good rooms space and veiw i dont like bad smell through the rooms and coledoors old furnitures insect in rooms the swimming pool so dirty , is green, the beach you cant swim , shallow almost the water draw back at day time

Family holiday ”

The resort has all the potential of being a great beach resort however they lack in maintainance . It seems like they concentrated all the staff and effort to their neighbour resort (also owned by them) and forgot to maintain Lagoon Beach Resort

Good hotel, bit far from main beach. Quite place and good place to relax. If you have a car then this is a good place to stay. staffs were very helpful by providing all the information.

All is Good”

All the amenities are perfect, and they provide International Power adapters. But those who like to prefer a beach view (like me) I won't recommend this to You. the only thing I don't like is beach.It don't have much water (may be It's depends on seasons). Anyway you are in a Island you don't have to worry on that. have a nice and happy Holidays.

A cool getaway to an island paradise”

Pros 1. Great location near airport and skycable. 2. Sea villa rooms are exceptional. 3. Very courteous staff and service. Cons 1. Check in time of 3 pm too late. 2. Petrol pump 8 km away. 3. Reception to sea villa may need buggy.

old but quiet cozy”

old but cozy place, with a pool and a beach, nice to relax. staff are very helpful and the restaurant at the lobby was quite good with reasonable price. took 12 rm to cenang mall by grab.

Review hotel near to Langkawi Airport. ”

- it is an old hotel with lack of facilities. - poorly maintained pool - the bed was uncomfortable because it felt awkward. - the environment is old enough. But overall just satisfied because it near to the Langkawi Airport.

Suitable for family”

The room is large and spacious. It is also very close to the airport. 15 mins drive to cenang

I would have liked to walk out in the lagoon there and try the pool, but we didn’t have time.

Lost its hey day ”

The resort has a private beach with a sea that you can't swim in . It has a kids and adults pool that is not that clear. It has one restaurant that serves local breakfast and no other meals throughout the day . The rooms are large but cleanliness is so-so. It could be a grand resort but is lacking of upkeep

i just love how friendly and helpful both of them were. they helped me to get the room as i need an early check in and even arranged the room next to my friend. and it was my birthday and i chose this hotel to spend my night. thank you both. overall, the hotel is just okay. but u can always asked anything u need from the staffs. all of them are helpful. i like to stay in the balcony while on vacation but the balcony where i was staying was dirty. need to keep up on this. otherwise, the hotel will be superb.

Slightly rundown”

Last minute booking. Hotel was chosen due to near airport & reasonably priced. Rooms were spacious however, the furnishings & lobby/corridor were dated. This place may be grand say abt 10-15 yrs ago. Staffs were extremely friendly & welcoming.

2019 April 9-11 stay - Horrible experience ”

Resorts are self contained for at least basis facilities to make patrons comfortable. Pool was under maintenance and water had become green (have takes photos). The Beach is a body of still water and you cannot step into it let alone having a swim. No beach umbrella available or a single staff to assist you. Restaurant is a ghost town - didn’t feel like stepping into it. Bar is closed. There is nothing at all round the vicinity - it is completely dead place. Room was spacious and well kept and so was the bathroom. No channels on the TV. Very bad experience - zero star.

Absolutely Disgusting”

Not sure where to start with this review as there was so many things wrong with this accommodation. We have given the Resort the opportunity to fix this situation but they have chosen to take a ridiculous path of offering us 2 nights accommodation back at the resort. They think that we would fly back from Australia and stay 2 nights!!! We booked this accommodation through Agoda but the photos that are shown of the deluxe rooms that we booked are by no means the rooms that they gave us. The photos are from another resort. Our rooms were dirty with flaking paint, bathroom cupboard door moulding and falling off, linen was grey and thread bare, pillows had holes in them and brown, no english speaking tv chanels, air con unit on balcony was filled with leaves and dirt, balconies not cleaned each day (food from balcony above fell down on ours and left there for days), tap fell off, bathroom vanity covered in silicone, peeling toilet seat, garbage left in corridor, list goes on!!

Good Location but facilities not working and food bad”

The Location , rooms ambience of this is very good but the food is bad and most things like Wifi , refrigerator and AC wasnt working despite our repeated complains to the hotel staff
