Great hotel to stay”

i traveled to langkawi on last week and stayed in hotel langkawi seaview for my last night in kuah. to be honest, i was so surprised when get into room because the room was so cheap yet the price is so affordable! i don't think i can get the same room in langkawi for the same price. i will definitely stay again for my next visitation to langkawi! the hotel location is a little bit far from main road but everything is fine as long as you use a car. this hotel is near to jetty point and also eagle square, just 5 minutes driving distance. this is really a good hotel!

Excellent”

For a perfect holiday, we had a perfect stay in Langkawi Seaview Hotel. We took the high floor sea view deluxe room and as shown in the pictures, rooms were very spacious and neat with sea view. Staff were friendly and ready to help. Breakfast provided was good with lot of varities. Hotel also had a travel desk and the prices are same as you get from outside tour packages. This really saved our time and money. Hotel had a restaurant with room service option available, but with limited items in their menu. Only thing i felt bad about the hotel is the location. Need to walk for a while to reach out the food courts or the main road side. Ofcourse this was not a big problem as there were taxis moving around the hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel for stay and I would love to stay again in this hotel.

Superb value for money. Enjoyed my 3 days stay here. Breakfast has huge variety, fresh fruits and live omlettes. Everything was well presented. Hotel staff is cooperative and they do their best to make you feel comfortable. Rooms are clean, bathroom clean, hot water readily available. Price is almost impossible to believe for all the services they are giving. Free parking on hotel premises! Hotel is located in Kuah and around 40 mins drive from airport. Better you rent a car for your long stay than use grab or even worse a taxi. Kuah has Langkawi Parade where you can get all the good fast food. 8 mins drive to KFC. Everything is within reach.

langkawi seaview hotel location is strategic and convinient. by driving approx.5 minutes from the hotel, you can accees to many duty free shops and restaurants. the front desk was very profesional in hadling their customers.lobby & dining area are impressive. even this is my first time to langkawi, i have made the right choice by choosing langkawi seaview hotel. overall, two thumbs up!

A brief stay that could have been longer”

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Langkawi Seaview Hotel. We were traveling from Penang to Koh Lipe so we chose this as an overnight transit spot. The location is great, we arrived via ferry in Jeti Kuah‎ and walked to this hotel. Maybe a little far for less active travelers, but it was a breeze for us. I'm sure a taxi would only cost you >10RM. The staff was great. The swimming pool clean and nice. Breakfast was tasty and selection plentiful. We had to leave early the next morning but this is definitely a nice find and we highly recommend it.

Best for family”

Smooth check-in process, clean room, beautifully decorated room, good facilities. Beautiful compound. Everything were functioning well. I noted they installed USB port (4 ports) for charging our phone/gadgets, & I find it extremely convenient, given our dependence on those gadgets these days. Variety choices of menu served during breakfast. Parking lot availabe, open area, right next to hotel building. Located near to the jetty (for those taking ferry) & Dataran Lang. Many restaurants with cheap price food availabe nearby. Traffic in the area is calm. Shopping in Kuah town is pretty comfortable, and calm. unlike Cenang beach area. Will I stay again here in my next Langkawi trip? Yes.

Splendid”

Seaview hotel is an economical hotel with a complete facilities. It is a suitable place for a couple for honeymoon where most of the time spend at hotel using hotels facilities (i.e. diner, swimming pool, lobby & etc). The location of the hotel made it quite to easy to find, and it is in the centre of attraction since it is near to the night market place, jetty kuah and duty free stores for item such as kitchen products, chocolates, t-shirts or even electronics gadgets (not so much choice though). Overall I would say that I like this hotel with the price that I pay, since it is worth every cent. =D

Staff is Gred A”

Touch down Langkawi with 2 Senior citizen (mom and dad),myself,my hubby,my sister with 2 small kids and her husband.Arrived early to the hotel and kids was cranky and sleepy and front office staff illa and another person i could not remember her name was kind enough to give us the first room in order for the kids to sleep properly,how nice of them to provide us the first room for us to rest.check in to the first room,in within 10 minutes they send me the 2nd key to my room and 10 minutes later the 3rd key .Room is very spacious and the kids can roam around freely.Remote tv was not working on the 2nd room and in within 10 minutes they send new battery.Maintenance staff was quick to response to my room due to no electricity .This hotel is like 10 minutes must get thing done and it is awesome. 2nd day my mom fall sick due to the hot weather,F & B staff Chris try very hard to get the half boiled egg as quick as he could so that my mom get's to eat it on time.How thoughtfull of him to even consider my mom condition,all of the F & B staff very alert and quick to responce. Food is ok,would be nice to have more variety. Room is spacious and clean and all with balcony. Location ,infront of the hotel is a food place,on the right side of the hotel is also food place,on the left of the hotel there is 7 eleven,food court and grocery shop,Behind of the hotel just one block there is park,food place . In other word it just walking distance. Overall i am impress with the staff,location and cleaniness. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friend.Congrats to the staff,they might lack on the small thing but they recover by having a good service.

Good Hotel with Nice Receptionist”

We come from Penang to Langkawi from the Harbor Hotel location near the Harbor so i got a thought when we leave, we dont need to make it in a hurry. We round the island and check in Hotel. Hotel Lobby is Relaxing. Receptionist communication is fine too. When we reach our hotel room, It is so Comfortable. From outside windows we can see to the harbor , ya though we cant enjoy the seaview as well as its hotel name. haha. Bathroom is small with no bathtub but ya its clean. After touring around Langkawi we came back and well we enjoy our sleep so much till we wake up late at 9.30 am and go downstair to have our breakfast. Breakfast is good but we are having the same breakfast the next day morning. thats lame , hope to see different menu. kinda bored with the breakfast food because we are having 3 nights there. Receptionist is very kind too. While waiting for my mom, She offer me to use her phone to call my mom. It is because i didnt buy sim card phone number there and my mom bought it.

Low Cost and excellent service at Seaview”

The Langkawi Seaview is very good value for money and I could not fault the staff service. I think the website should be reviewed as it does not reflect the actual entertainment and eating areas. I was told the Government had purchased the hotel a short time ago and the management and operation of the hotel now conforms with Moslem traditions and not a mixture of Western and Moslem. I have recommended the Langkawi Seaview to three of my friends who will visit Langkawi in January 2010 for the Royal Langkawi Yacht Club Sailing Regatta.

We stayed for 5nights in two deluxe rooms. Rooms were neat enough. Facilities like gym and swimming pool even though small but good enough for a 3star. Staff were friendly and warm. Breakfast spread had varieties with both Asian and Western dishes. Hotel location close to Eagle Square, Langkawi Fair shopping mall, Langkawi Parade shopping mall and Kuah night market.

Worth the money”

From airport to hotel,journey approx. 20minutes as main roads are very quiet as Langkawi is a more or less like a sleeping fishing village.Hotel situated at Kuah,main city of Langkawi. Since we arrive at 3pm (official check in time),check in pretty fast.Theres no aircond at corridor except the front office main lobby.Room was big with balcony where we can see the sea(request for higher floor). With the price we paid,no bath tub,only normal shower with glass screen.Hotel surrounding was very quiet.Have to walk approx. 300metres to find a restaurant.Wifi was very week unless u get down to main lobby. Hardly see any public transport so be prepare to rent a car.Hotel distance to place of interest takes approx. 20minutes. Breakfast buffet is plain normal,throughout our 3 days stay,serving the same food. Overall at the price paid,it's still worth staying this hotel.

“Nice, Clean hotel & Beautiful View””

We stay in room 907 can see seaview and eagle square. Overall is nice. Staff service is good. Room quite big, clean. Provided wifi , & bluetooth port provided easy for phone charging. Breakfast ok only. 4/5 I given. Location near eagle square. 5min from hotel. Nearby Langkawi Plaza, fews duty free shop. Will come back again.

Had a pleasant 4D3N stay”

The hotel is nearby Langkawi Fair and jetty. Travelling to Langkawi's attractions is not a problem as long as you rent a car to go to places. They serve good buffet breakfast, nice taste. Our room is seaview facing, it is really nice to be on the bed while enjoying the sea view from 7th floor. The provide 3in1 Boh tea and IndoCafe. I think it is quite decent. On the last day, they runs out of clean towels but it is just a small matter. We will definitely come again.

Parking space available. Located just outside the Kuah town. Light traffic. Very calm. Many restaurants available nearby. And shops selling chocolates. Breakfast - good menus served. Beautifully done room, 4-5 USB ports provided, very convenient for charging phones, gadgets. Spacious too. Balcony facing sea. Will stay here again next visit to Langkawi. Small pool available at 2nd floor, well kept.

The best 3 Star Hotel! ”

Location near to Jetty. Facilities complete with swimming pool, gym, sejadah, room full with lights, various TV channels, breakfast variety of food to choose. The staff keep on refill the food. Fast wifi. Room is exectly like what we saw from the AGODA. It is so big and the seaview is spectacular. Thank you for best experience in Langkawi.
