Great location good breakfast and room service

Very friendly, thoughtfully gave us a small banquet hall for our group of 18 tourists for one of the members birth day. Great management staff Abdul and General Manager was all the time available to attend to our needs

that the thing - if you need a place to stay on a stopover i think it is great value - clean, well managed AND minutes from the airport

Very close to the airport and clean. Really nice friendly staff and decent food. Small rooms, good bed and hot water for showers.

Close to airport but the hotel is not on the main streets and the taxi driver at the airport did not even know where the hotel was located. The area outside the hotel is blocked by many parked cars, and this makes it difficult to move luggage to the lobby from the taxi.

The location is a nightmare, even for the local taxi people to find. Noisy,dusty area and frankly even a backpacker would not like the location. Staff on desk very unhelpful and totally ignorant of traveller's needs. Checked in for two nights- left after one evening.

I travelled to India as a solo female and felt very safe during my stay. The hotel arranged for someone to hold up a sign at the airport with my name on it then I was taken to the shuttle to the hotel. The staff were very friendly! The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the airport and about 45 minutes from downtown Mumbai (only about $7 uber ride one way). I liked the location because I got to see north Mumbai and still visit South Mumbai (where most tourists go). Very good authentic Indian food at the hotel! You just order through room service and they send the food up to your room.

Only good part is understanding staff and cleanliness and in silent zone.. (But silentness disappear when the adjacent building school start then you can hear all kind of noise. But I like those noise of children so no problem to me. But not sure everyone will like that). Also good is free drop facility to airport. Bad part is. Location is very confusing. It is quite inside and not on main road. Found it difficult to search first time. Address mentioned by Agoda is not proper. Immediate 200-300 meters has no shops and quite deserted with trucks etc around. Found little scary in night. Free breakfast food is VERY VERY VERY bad. The breakfast served is not only tasteless but found it bad for stomach. for example they are using the cheapest quality of tomato ketchup and butter. Rest all things I cannot say because one cannot know what kind of egg or flour they using, but I think it would not be good. In the room you don't get any shaving kit or locker. Just 2 towel and 2 small soap and tea making set. nothing else. Asked the front desk for wifi they told they will send the person to activate it. that person never came. then I went down to activate wifi in my mobile. And they have crazy username and password as if they are storing some nasa secret that too keep changing every 8 hours. Worth hotel if you room under 3000. Above that its costly.

The room we got firstly was breathtaking. For the first time in India we had a super clean room, brand new furnitures and a very nice style concept in a hotel room. The happiness disappeared quickly after we found out that people camping on the roof so that after 4 am it was impossible to sleep because of walking and working noise. The worst thing was that all men in the reception treated me as a liar and told me it is impossible. Only after my husband walked upstairs on the roof with one worker they would agree and give us a new room in another floor. This room was older and less beautiful but at least we could sleep.

valuable for money

The hotel doesn't worth a 3-star status. No value for money . It is situated near to airport but deep inside where commutation is a big problem.

It was very good. Our stay was short, but good.

The light in the bathroom was not functioning. I had to shave brush etc using light from my mobile. This was reported but could not be fixed as they did not have a CHOCKE in stock. There was no hot water and I had to leave very early morning for my flight without having a shower. Light breakfast was not provided as I had to leave the hotel at 5.30am. Internet not very effective.

ROOM WAS GOOD, BUT BREAKFAST WAS POOR, NOT SO MANY VARIETIES. MUST IMPROVE BREAKFAST.
