I enjoyed my stay at Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor with my wife and 2 children. The room was spacious and very clean. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the quality of the full set of toiletries provided. Though it is located very near to the Senai Airport, there is no issue of noise pollution. I would definitely come back to this place again.

the le grandeur palm resort johor offered to us a great experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. the hotel offers such great surroundings, interesting decor and some of the best customer service that we have experienced. we are a retired elderly couple and felt that we were on a second honeymoon in the surroundings that were offered. the pleasant customer service provided by all staff were nothing short of excellent. i would recommend to any of our friends visiting singapore and malaysia to have a stay at the resort a must as part of their intinery.

Above Expectations But Disappointing Sports Centre”

prior to arriving at the resort, i was already liaising with the hotel via email on general enquiries. hotel was very responsive, and replied within the day. overall, le grandeur met above and beyond my standards. we were pleasantly surprised that when we arrived at 10am, they allowed us to check in that early. although the resort is very secluded, it wasn't that difficult to find. you just need to follow signs to direct you to senai airport. once you see mcdonald's, you are just 1 min away from the resort. room was big & clean. contrary to earlier reports about the bed, ours was in perfect condition. the sheets were very clean and crisp. services were also very prompt at the resort - when we couldn't switch on the tv, they immediately sent a technician over within 5 mins (there was no problem with the tv, it was an oversight that the tv control was at bedside). my only gripe was the sports centre. while it boasts of countless activities, the resort failed to mention in advance that the bowling centre was closed for upgrading and the paintball crew did not work on public holidays. these despite the resort emailing me the list of prices of activities prior. disappointed.

The customer service was very friendly and proffesional. They cater to all my needs during my stay and made sure that everything was according to my family request. The way that they decorated my room was great and beyond my expectation with the flowers and the cake.The breakfast buffet was awesome and the room service was great..!! It was a very wonderful experience to celebrate my 5 years wedding anniversary at Le grandeur Palm Resort Johor.. it will be my getaway resort to realease my stress during the weekend.. Looking forward to staying there again.. Thanks Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor for making my stay an my wedding anniversary an unforgettable event..!!

Comfortable and Convenient Family hotel”

The stay at Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor was very pleasant, despite it being relatively an old hotel. It has a nice charm because of the space. The hotel facilities are good, although a little worn down... but in working condition. Children enjoyed the swimming pool, archery, billiard, table tennis, bowling etc. The bath and jacuzzi areas are also very huge and quite well maintained. Best of all was the service provided. Hotel staff were well-trained and responded very promptly and politely to our requests. The hotel transfers to Legoland makes it very convenient as a 'Legoland Hotel'.

my husband and i really enjoyed ourselves. we always choose this resort to rewind ourselves. it's always relaxing to sit and listen to the singers (they are one of the best!). this is the great and amazing stay for us in jb compare to any other hotel tha we have stayed. le grandeur palm resort johor will always be our first choice. the service is excellent.

Good-sized rooms, green setting, friendly staff”

Le Grandeur Palm Resort Johor is close to Senai airport, making it very convenient for those who need to catch an early flight or want a pleasant place to rest after arriving without having to add a long drive to the city after a long flight. I particularly appreciated this proximity when I was part of a group of aircraft owners from Johor Flying Club who gave free joy rides to orphans in the state. After flying continuously through the morning, taking up scores after scores of excited kids, it was nice to bed down in a well-appointed room during this stay.

Amazing resort and friendly approachable staff”

it's really a great place to stay to relax your mind after a whole week of stress at work! it's very convenient to get there! from kotaraya bus terminal, you have to take causeway link white bus to senai airport. you can purchase the bus ticket from the bus conductor upon boarding the bus (rm 8 per pax). once reached senai airport, go to the taxi/limo counter very nearby to the entrance. the staff will then ask your destination. the trip from senai airport to le grandeur cost rm11. to get back to the airport after your stay, there'll be a transport (rm 6 per pax) which you can pay to the driver upon reaching the airport. it's very convenient indeed!!

A great stay overall”

Since arriving to this resort, I have agreed with myself that it was money well spent. The location of this resort is literally 5 minutes driving from the airport and in a quiet environment. The setting of the resort is nice and the ambience is mesmerizing. The check in was swift and we were allowed to check in early thus it was already making our day in Johor. We were given room number 124 as requested as we wanted a room facing the pool.The room was nice and clean and large enough for a small family. The pool was nice and the water was also clean. The clinching point is the courteousness of the staff where smiles were abundant and sincere. Another winning point is that the resort is also very near to the JPO thus making the resort a perfect base to explore the area and not very far too from the city center. In my opinion, a private vehicle will be very helpful if staying at this resort as public transport was not spotted during my stay there. Book without doubt.

we enjoyed our stay at le grandeur palm resort johor. the room was spacious and very clean, staffs are friendly and approachable. a nice and quite resort to stay. a distance away to jpo and legoland. nearest mall is ioi which also about 15min drive away. nearest fast food is macdonald which near airport.

Resort Hotel with Friendly Staff”

Arrived late to Senai Airport and Le Grandeur is just 5 mins by taxi from the airport. The reception staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean with a big bathroom. The resort has many facilities and would be great for a short break. The resort also offers free shuttle service to Johor Premium Outlet which definitely a must go for shopaholic or travellers.

Lovely Resort”

le grandeur palm resort is nice place to stay in with family. large swimming pool with others facility like jacuzzi and sauna makes the resort very enjoyable to the whole family. the johor premium outlet is just around the corner. travelling to the resort is just fine as it is very near to the plus highway exits at senai utara.

Best valued resort in Johor Bahru ”

I love everything about this resort. If you need a place to escape from the city life. It will be the best choice for you. It's not close to any shopping areas however, from JB checkpoint, it would take 30-45min drive but just in 10 min driving distance from Senai airport. We rented a car so transport was not an issue for us. The resort has 2 large swimming pools, one of them in the standard size for olympics I think. They also have squash court, pingpong and other facilities you could enjoy for your stay in the resort. For dinning, they have different restaurants: Japanese, Chinese, International etc. I don't play golf so couldn't comment on that, the golf course looks gorgeous as viewing from our room. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful and a little surprise was a free dish of chocolate and cookies offer in our room for this second stay as a returned guest, we really appreicate for this warmest welcome. We will come back again again !

the stay was enjoyable, the breakfast spread was more than decent although a little bit of class in the item such as single serving desserts will be welcome. the pool was decent and most importantly very clean, although more furniture for the swimming pool would be nice. what is not so nice is that there are not enough things going on surrounding the hotel, with Johor Bahru city still about 30 mins away.

Peace and Quiet Sleep At Night”

Lots had improved this year as I almost stay every year in this resort for my holiday in Johor / shopping in JPO; well done Le Grandeur Palm Resort ! Staff who served us at check in counter Mr Amien is polite & gentle. Wifi speed is good. Anyway, same with my last stay, they still forgot to send newspaper to our room in the morning. Overall is fine and satisfy.

Great customer service. Always ready to serve with a smile. :) I reached hotel at 10+am. Requeast for a early book in and was informed the hotel is full house. I was promised a prior book in. I went back at 2pm but found no room for my family due to miscommunication between their housekeeping. However, they compensate me a with a free upgrade to a mansionate room with mnezzanie bedroom and huge living/dining hall. I was very pleased. I went for a morning jog ard the resort and found the place to be scenic. Only negative feedback is the carpet smell in the kids world. I am happy with this resort overall. Great place to chill with family. Price is very reasonable. For those with cars, can visit the JB premium outlet and mage shopping mall, AEON at Kulai. Cheap Makan can be found nearby at Senai and Kulai.

The priceless experience is the hospitality... the staffs are great.. good communication skills, very informative, friendly, helpful etc. I’m very happy as the family members ddnt complaint at all abt the hotel. Earlier they prefer to stay at the hotel in town which more modern and stylish concept. But my colleague recommended this hotel and yess we agree with all the positives review abt Le Grandeur

A lovely surprise”

I was only overnighting as I had an early morning flight and this hotel is the closest to Senai airport. I arrived at 10 pm to be greeted by a remarkably friendly helpful staff member who made the check in process the least troublesome I have ever experienced. My room on the second floor overlooking the pool was large, well equipped with satellite Tv and wifi., a bath and even feather pillows. I found myself wishing I was staying longer. I have stayed in quite a few hotels in Malaysia including quite a decent one in central JB. I would rate this as probably the best value for money I have experienced and if you dont need to be in town (which is a half hour drive if not peak hour) or you want to be bear the airport I would recommend this hotel highly.

An enjoyable getaway”

We have been to a few golf resorts, and I think Le Grandeur is so far the best. The place is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and approachable. Everything is in working order. Senai Airport is just 3 min drive and there are plenty of fast food restaurants there, in case that you find dining in is a bit expensive. The pool is big and clean. There are facilities (playground and bowling alley) to occupy the children. My children do not come back home with running nose after swimming in their pool.
