Great alternative to a hotel”

Le Grove Serviced Residence is in a convenient location for Orchard Road. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest MRT station but not too far. However, there's a very handy shuttle bus service that drops you off at Dhoby Gauht or City Hall MRT amongst other stops. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The pool was great and there was breakfast provided Monday to Friday. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Gorgeous apartment ”

We had a great stay at Le Grove. The apartment was fantastic (we were lucky to be upgraded to a 2 bed apartment) - modern and spacious. Included breakfast M-F was a nice surprise. The pool was nice. The only downside is the location as it is not near the MRT, but we didn’t find this too much of an issue as we used the free shuttle service, and the reception staff were happy to order us taxis (which came quickly and were cheap). All in all a great stay, good value for money in Singapore and we would return.

The one bedroom deluxe apartment was very well set out, newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a separate bedroom with an additional tv and lots of closet space. Arriving late on a Saturday evening it was too late to head down to a supermarket (nothing close by) so it was a little disappointing to be told that we did not qualify for a tea and coffee welcome basket. We had booked for six nights and you qualify at 7 nights!! The reception did not find this a problem. As the hotel does not have room service or a restaurant (apart from breakfast) we had no way of grabbing a coffee after our long trip. There is a coffee vending machine which was out of order. Apart from this the hotel was great. They provide a handy phone to call to 11 countries as well as local and the apartments are serviced well each day with good quality linen. The provided continental breakfast was good quality and lots of choice. We will return.

Everything just perfect, the only problem is difficult to find food.. We must order by grab or they give free ride almost every hours to orchard..

Definitely would stay here again. Centrally located and easily to get anywhere within the cit. Friendly staff and very helpful. Singapore is a lovely city and this was a great time staying there.

All are good except attitude of Filipino male staff at the reception is horrible, pls respect kid!”

The only down side is the attitude of Filipino male staff at the reception. 1. The water dispenser next to the pool was ran out of paper cup, when my little boy approached this staff, he just turned away the boy by saying "No cup" and was continue playing with his mobile. When I approached him again, only then he picked up the phone and called his colleague to bring out the cups. We have waited for cups for more than half an hour and he was just care less to follow up. Also, we bought take away food and had our dinner at the breakfast hall, we asked for baby chair, another staff brought us the baby chair, that's good. But when we finished our dinner and were cleaning the table ourselves, another Filipino male staff came and told us that we were not supposed to have dinner at the breakfast area. First, there isn't any sign saying about this, and he could have also told us earlier before we start our dinner. What's the point telling us when we have finished and were cleaning the table?

Room space and facilities are outstanding! Location is very strategic and supported by a very time punctual shuttle services (kudos to the driver who was also communicative!)

Room is ok - we expected a two bedrooms apartment but it turned out to be two connecting rooms. It could be better with a dining room and two rooms. There is a little kitchen with all equipment, but there are ants all over the sink. Great to have shuttle service. Shower is good and they have got baby cot and highchair prepared (and they are clean!) for baby.

The hotel is spacious and clean, location is good and bad, its close to the city centre; however its not close to public transport so you have to rely on the shuttle bus which departs every hour or call grab.

Everyone lovely the newly (2018) renovated apartments. Room facilities were great so thankful for the complimentary toiletries and towels with kids in tow it was load off the shoulder. The carpet in the living room though would need a good clean as both me and a friend came down with sinus from the dust. Other than that all was super great!! Thank you!

Pros: the room is functionally designed and clean. Looks like newly renovated. Staff are polite and friendly. Cons: a bit far fron mrt station and shopping centre.

WORST STAYING EXPERIENCE EVER”

The apt staff are very uncaring and inattentive They did not inform us in advance that PH and Sunday will not have housekeeping, and when I called the reception, they simply said “the housekeeper is coming over just request then”, the fact is we wait for 1.5 hr and nb came at all, we left 2 notes to request extra towel for the coming sunday Afterall the housekeeper did not leave us ANY towels, we need to bath elsewhere at the end of the day The room cards also malfunctioned, as the reception was closed at 10, we could only ask for guard’s help and end up the card is “too sensitive” to be put in wallet with other cards, and nb warned us abt that before When we informed all unpleasant and unfortunate experience to the staff at the counter, all they replied was “oh okay” without any apologies or seemed to be bothered at all I feel truly disappointed during the stay in this highly rated apt

The room was smells bad, all they do only give a parfume. The staff was not friendly!

Excellent apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were really helpful. Great breakfast selection frequently restocked. Only downside was 15 minute walk to MRT which after a full day out is tiring but a hopper runs in the day hourly.
