Great place to relax, unwind and be pampered...”
The Legian Beach Hotel has a great location as it is centred in between Kuta (busy area) and the heart of Legian (quieter area). The restaurants and shopping/markets just outside the hotel are great and there is no trouble getting a taxi from just outside the hotel if you want to venture into Kuta or beyond. The hotel itself is strewn across lush and tropical gardens that are maintained daily by staff. It was so nice to sit on our balcony (Deluxe Garden Bungalow) anytime of the day and night and look out onto these immaculate gardens. Any of the two pools are great to swim in and relax by... the larger of the two is less quieter than the other one as there is no pool bar. But if you are in the mood for a cocktail by the pool and some sun, the smaller pool is the go. The massage therapists available at the hotel are fantastic. Although a lot pricier than what you would pay out on the street, it was one of the best massages I have had in Bali (this was my eighth trip to Bali). The only negative thing I would have to say about the hotel was the overpriced drinks and food menu (70,000Rp for a large bottle of water from memory). Although you have the option of buying essentials and eating out on the street sometimes it was just easier to order something from the hotel staff... that was until we got our bill at check-out! Other than that the Legian Beach is a wonderful hotel and I will definately be returning and recommend to family and friends.

My Favourite Hotel In Bali ”
I have been to Bali around 6 times over the past 9 years and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in around the Legian area. The staff were amazing, making us feel at home, upgraded us free of charge to a Villa as our room was not avail due to booking error. The manager came out to talk to us about it and was so lovely and kind, (being my birthday the next day I was stoked for the upgrade!) This hotel Manager is a delightful person and I just love good customer service. The breakfast was wonderful, the restaurants are great, location is top notch, you can sit and people watch all day by the beach. Communal pools are big enough to have space whilst swimming, staff are just lovely, Private pool villa is something else! I would highly recommend this if you can afford it. Or a bungalow. The lush settings of the hotel grounds and the animals at night that come out to greet you, the whole experience was amazing for us. We will be coming back to the Legian Beach Hotel every time we are in Bali now.

Wonderfully Relaxing”
I had stayed at Legian Beach Hotel almost 20 years ago & even though it had changed the standards were still high. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. The room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The staff were very welcoming & nothing was too much trouble. Both pools were very well maintained & wonderful to swim in. If you like the 'old Bali' with a hotel with wonderful gardens & a spot to sit outside your room at night & relax before you go & eat, this is definitely the place for you. The location right on the beach was fantastic. Also being on the block on Jalan Melasti, Jalan Padma & Jalan Legian made it very easy to wander & find somewhere to shop, have a drink or grab something to eat. Also Kuta is not too far away. Either a lazy walk along the beach or Jalan Legian & then a walk back or a taxi. Overall we stayed 8 nights & had the most relaxing time. Will definitely return.

I have travelled a lot in my life and had an amazing time at this Hotel..relaxed well people amazing... This was my first visit to Bali and Indonesia and I am back next year at this Hotel!!! Bali also Great and surrounding Island amazing... to think only a 3 hour flight to Bali and you have paradise on your doorstep with reasonable prices and very friendly people all around Hallo!! A perfect beach retreat in sylvan surroundings”
The Legian Beach Hotel more thsn exceeded our expectations. We had surfed the net for over ten days and finally zeroed in on Legian Beach hotel. It has the lush setting and a wonderfully planned layout which any traveller would enjoy because it gives one a chance to explore and find new areas and affords total privacy in the individual bungalows with their sitout verandahs and attached gardens. And what lush palms and frangipani dot the entire property! The choice of two pools, one of them with a good size to do exercise lengths, and the other with a sunken bar - lovely. The immeduate access to a great beach is its pnus point too. The breakfasts had huge variety, with changes in the carving stations. The separate pancake area on another level was unique. We ate at the hotel restaurants often because of the perfect setting and the Indonesian and International variety to choose from. Service was outstanding. A true resort with lovely ethnic notes. A grest getaway. Would recommend it strongly to travellers. There were large groups but you never felt that it was overcrowded.

A Return Trip is Inevitable”
Legian Beach Hotel is a great hotel to stay in if you're looking for good food, fantastic service and a peaceful rest without moving too far away from the heart of Kuta. When we arrived on a Friday afternoon, we were surprised by a free upgrade to a nicer room - of which we were even given a choice! The staff went out of their way to ensure my family and I were comfortable throughout our stay, from accommodating our every question to ensuring we were provided excellent service. One staff member in particular, Suci, was wonderful in both her approachable nature and her willingness to ensure our daily breakfasts were eaten in absolute comfort. This was a special trip to Bali for my family and me, and a lot of what we were expecting came true because of our lovely experience at this hotel. Would definitely come back here again.

Nice hotel, nice room but no window or balcony!”
We had to leave our previous hotel two days early so not having stayed at Legian Beach Hotel for 30 years we booked it with the view of staying there in the future. All aspects of the hotel were great however we were given a room with no windows, just an opaque set of French doors which if opened had a “sheer drop” and a view or the wall next opposite about a meter away! We were really disappointed we have been to Bali so many times and never experienced anything like that before. If that was the room we were purchasing it should have been advertised like that we expected better from the hotel to be honest. I couldn’t fault the rest of the hotel and it’s friendly staff.

Excellent staff and location”
We had a great time with our last visit. It was our wedding anniversary and birthday for my hubby. Booked a deluxe room but we get upgrade to one of the villa. We are so lucky! It was a second time to spend our wedding anniversary at Legian. First, we didn't do anything only had a simple dinner but the second recent time I surprised my husband. I made a reservation (May 31) dinner at the beach . My husband was amazed with the set up and a bit embarrassed with people surround us, flowers, candles around our tables with Cultural Balinese dance. Our sever named "Yogi" was great. Legian staff did a great job and made our 7th wedding anniversary wonderful experience. On the next day was my husbands birthday, he warn me no "Happy Birthday" song at breakfast... I keep my promise and told the staff instead they delivered his cake to our (villa) room. Thank you very much Legian staff for the great stay we had. Appreciate it! Stayed at Legian every time we visit in Bali. We definitely keep coming back. One time I made a reservation for our employee's honeymoon for years ago if I recall. Absolutely adore this hotel!”
We loved this hotel for a couple reasons. We were upgraded to a bungalow upon arrival, thank you Legian Beach Hotel! The entire hotel is spread out on a very spacious land, therefore, it has two pools for guests to choose from. If you don’t feel like hanging out by the pool, you can always pop by the beach which is just right across the hotel. The breakfast selections are lovely, and we always had ours al fresco style, facing the beach. The check-in and check-out was fast. We had to depart very early (06:15 hrs!) for a snorkelling trip to Nusa Penida, and the hotel prepared us a breakfast box each! Location of the hotel couldn’t be much better as it’s in between Kuta and Seminyak, it’s within walking distance to Kuta, and yet we get to come back to tranquility. There’s a squirrel feeding time everyday, guests get to literally feed the cute squirrels from our hands! The room is spacious & clean, and we loved our bathroom with the sunlight roof above the shower area. Staffs are friendly!

Legian Beach Hotel - Great Stay”
We had two stays at the Legian Beach Hotel - starting and ending our Bali vacation there. The service was absolutely terrific. They made every effort to do what ever we asked. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also great with just about anything you would want to eat. We ate a couple dinners at the hotel restaurant and they were good; they seemed to be made from fresh foods. The grounds and pools were excellent and the beach was clean. There was ok swimming in front of the hotel and surfing a short distance down the beach. Vendors hawked there wares between the hotel and the beach but once we said no and went onto the beach, they didn't bother us. There was a security check at the gate from the street and at the beach entrance to the hotel. I doubt they wouldn't stop a serious attack but probably made trouble makers think twice about trying to enter.

9 day stay at Legian beach hotel”
We stayed at Legian beach hotel at the end of October .Our room was not ready on check -in as someone had a late checkout. We were however given a pool villa room to stay in to make up for this for 2 nights.Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens and pool areas were lovely with quite a lot of shade if you wanted it. The pool beds facing the beach were really nice. We watched a few sunsets there, although we were required to order a drink to stay there. The garden villa rooms were fine, the bed was good with a nice canopy over it. It was quiet and peaceful in the room and gardens and was very well kept.I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.I'm glad we stayed in the villa rooms ,the main hotel block did not look as inviting and were further from pool and beach..

The hotel staff are very friendly . I stayed in a villa which was awesome and private. The hotel is right on the beach. There is a little 10 foot wide private road that runs between the beach and the hotel, but thats fine. Tbe lounge areas and pool bar overlook the beach. There are areas of wood paneling that need a little updating with some paint and varnish in the uostairs dining areas. The breakfast is very western and pretty much the same each day. The choices are plenty and tasty Crepe and waffle stand upstairs w views of the sea is very cool. Breakfast needs more local fruits like mangoes and jackfruit instead of the usual strawberries and pineapple. The spa facility is very nice and the staff there are excellent. My compliments to Sujana a massuse there. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has an ideal location away from the craziness of Legian with a nice large campus and high walls. I would go back to the hotel but Legian is way too touristy.

Nice Hotel”
The Hotel is situated on the beach and is very clean with friendly staff. The hospitality was amazing both in restaurants and any request we had during our stay. We enjoyed happy hour at the different bars and also around the pool area. Our children really enjoyed their stay at the hotel. Quite an expensive few days, however when travelling with family in Bali I believe it is important to stay in the larger clean hotels. Prior to arriving at this Hotel we stayed in Villa style accommodation and whilst staying there we unfortunately all got Bali Belly'or gastroenteritis on day 6 of our holiday, so it was such a relief to try and recover in the clean air conditioned rooms which were interconnecting for our children at legian Beach Hotel. We had to visit the hotel Doctor and Nurse whom were both very professional and provided excellent care to my daughter. I would definately recommend staying at this hotel.

Travelling for the first time to Bali, as couple, we got an upgrade to 1 bedder Bungalow. Located in the busy-busy Legian but once you enter it is very quiet and feels like close to nature. 1. Excellent Staff 2. Excellent Food/Breakfast (Beef, Chicken and Pork Lovers) 3. Excellent Swimming Pool 4. Excellent Room (got a free upgrade) 5. Excellent for family or couple. 6. Excellent daily room service 7. Excellent SPA but a lil pricy The staff were considerate to allow a 2pm-late checkout. Note: There is no Beach view from the Bungalow, however we were hardly 200mts away from Legian Beach p.s - Got a discount of 60% discount while booking

my sister and i bookd into the legian beach hotel for 6 nites.. and what a great hotel... we had a superior room 202, large balcony , freezing aircon... the best part of this hotel is the luxurious day beds at the front of the hotel... i am rebooking this fabulous hotel in september for my fathers 80th birthday celebrations... well done to all the staff at the legian beach hotel you made our stay very special.. even with renovations taking place it didn't affect our stay they compensate the inconvenience with a deluxe buffet free of charge..

Amazing staff with fabulous food and amenities.”
He stayed there for 5 nights in Beach bungalow between other 2 hotels during our stay. Amazing space in bungalow with open area for kids to play at front of it. Attended the VIP party on the Friday night which got so many people staying there up and about and socialising with many others from the hotel. This allowed for holiday friendships to be made, kids to socialse with other kids and allowef us to better know others staying near us. We then went out that night and following night and had so many laughs and good memories. Overall food and service was outstanding, location just perfect and extra mention to the bar/resturaunt staff for everything. Gusty from Ole Bar was amaxing. Friendly, honest and very hard working and did everything he could to make our stay relaxed. Thank you to all at Legian Beach Hotel. See you at the end of the year!!

This place ticks all the boxes for a relaxing getaway close to everything Bali has to offer. From the most beautiful gardens surrounding our bungalow leading to the most gorgeous of beaches in Legian, this hotel ticks all the boxes. The buffet breakfast is to die for, take advantage of the spa facilities using the in-house discounts available, they are amazing. The rooms are great, the bed is soooo comfy & there is all you need in the resort & nearby streets to make for an easy, relaxing, most enjoyable experience. Bali is crazy, hectic, but this place gives you all the busy or quiet you want. Will definitely stay here again when we get that Bali itch again...

Our stay at the Legian Beach Hotel was well above expectations. The staff were amazing, the grounds were incredible, the breakfast awesome, and the location was the best in Legian/Kuta. We will be back as soon as we possibly can. We only wish we could live there! Excellent hotel and outstanding staff”
This is an excellent quality hotel. The service from staff is the best you could find anywhere.I received a room upgrade without requesting which was a great surprise, and the small things like having cake and cookies delivered when your bed is turned down makes a big difference from other hotels.The new restaurant area and roof top restaurant has added to this original Bali top standard Bali hotel.I would recommend it for the attention by staff, great food and service and the best location right on Legian Beach.

FANTASTIC experience!”
This is my second time back at Legian Beach Hotel and I can't wait for my third visit. I absolutely love everything about this resort from the accommodation, the magnificent gardens, friendly helpful staff, delicious food and ideal location. It has very comfortable accommodation with the Bali touch. Breakfast is nothing short of a magnificent feast. My first trip was with friends & this second one was with my adult children, both experiences were faultless. Highly recommend this resort :-)
