Nice hotel ”

Stayed for 4 nights there. Located away from the busy street and as it was a new hotel, many taxis do not know where it is. U can use nearby bigger hotels as a guide etc white palace, pratunam park or Indra regent. From there, there will be small sign boards lemontea hotel for directions to the hotel itself. Lobby is unique and cool. Special thumbs up to the staff of lemontea hotel. Served with iced cool lemontea upon arrival. Good security system with cctv and card access system in place, the lifts are installed with security card access system whereby only your keys can gain access to your room floor only. However, the key to the room is manual key&lock which is quite outdated and insecure. I left my keys outside overnight after opening the door lolx. The room is nice, extremely clean and has a sweet lemon smell. Bed and pillow is so comfortable. The floor is made up of Japanese style wood. There is also shelves for your shopping bags near the door. Thumbs up. Make up room services is efficient. The air con is power too. Freezing cold in 5 min. Bring your own toiletries etc toothbrush and paste. Near to the hotel, there is a Chinese seafood resturant (Honggi) opp the 7-11 which opens till 2am. A very very very nice place for dinner and supper! Price is affordable and justified. Chinese speaking very friendly staff. Good food. Overall~ just go for this hotel. Walking distance to platinum mall and the shopping streets. Crowded in the day with vehicles and people. Tips: to take taxi at the main road instead of directly at the hotel door.

Lemontea Hotel Bangkok After looking up several Bangkok hotels we decided on the Lemontea because of its location and value for money. We were not disappointed. Our room was clean, well-appointed and with a very large bed. There is a separate shower recess unlike some hotels. The patio overlooks the surrounds and has a sink so that small washing can be done. Coin operated washing machine and dryer and iron are available on the bottom floor at a cost of 50 baht each. Breakfast was very good at 150 Baht. Choice of 5 hot dishes, cereal, juice. Coffee sandwiches and toast in separate dining area There is a 7 / 11 next door to buy drinks, sandwiches and beer. There are plenty of restaurants and large shopping centres within easy walking distance. Try “Seafood and Hotpot” and “Siam Seafood” (which only operates at night) on opposite sides of each other on Phetburi Road (walk south along Phetburi 15 where the hotel is located) then turn left at the main road . These are for evening meals. For lunch turn right at the main road for 2 blocks for “Wing Station” for a pleasant Thai economy lunch. Beer and soft drink are available. From our point of view the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff particularly the counter staff who were invariably courteous and helpful particularly when we needed a taxi or tuk tuk, they told the driver our destination and told us how much it would cost. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a limited budget.

Clean, new, cozy and comfortable”

The stay was great! Lemontea Hotel is affordable, super clean and new. The rooms are so clean and cozy. The front staff were so helpful and friendly. Located in Pratunam area, it's so accessible to the major shopping areas (around 10 mins walk to Platinum Mall, handmade market, paladium mall and 5 mins walk to pratunam morning market), and there's a 7-eleven just beside the hotel. There's plenty of massage places near the hotel, but we went to least-shady looking one called Arunda, and their Thai massage was amazing! Only 250 baht. Plenty of taxis and tuktuks at that area as well, so travelling to other places is easy. There's a halal restaurant just 5 mins from the hotel, beside the pizza place on the main road. I guess my only concern is that the breakfast at the hotel is limited. I would recommend eating outside. 10 mins walk from the hotel at Glow Shibuya there's a seafood pop up stall which sells delicious seafood and it's affordable too. Overall Lemotea hotel is a good hotel for its great location, affordable price and clean, comfortable and cozy ambiance.

Not a 5 stars Hotel but the service is 5 stars service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I stayed here for 3 nights with my mommy. The welcome drink lemontea is very nice. Environment is cozy and clean. The staffs are very very very helpful and friendly. They great us every time when we in and out from the hotel. On the first day, I bought big box of stuff from Big C then I took the tuk tuk car back to the hotel, when I reached the staff quickly help us to carry up to our rooms. they are really so kind and helpful. The second day when we back to hotel after shopping at pratunam, the weather is super hot, and thirsty, I requested a lemontea for my mum, they came with two lemontea without charge.❤️ My mum very satisfied with the service here. She said she felt like a queen because got people service her.. Hahaha. Will definitely stay here next time when I come to Bangkok And I will recommend my friend and family to here again. Friendly staff & clean rooms!”

Our stay at Lemontea Hotel was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always glad to help us to get a taxi so we do not have to worry about getting scammed. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. However, the soundproofing may not be the best. Do take note that you have to put a deposit of 1000 baht per room and you need to get your kettle from the receptionist if you require one. Location wise, it is very near Pratunam market and Platinum mall is within walking distance as well. There is a 7-11 just right beside the hotel and there are plenty of massage parlous down the alley. It was truly an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Lemontea Hotel and I would definitely recommend it if you're planning to stay in the Pratunam area!

Our favorite hotel !”

This is our 3rd stay in a row at LemonTea Hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful as usual. The rooms are squeaky clean. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Platinum Mall, Central World... the access to BTS/MRT is very easy as well. The downsides of our last visit were the other guests who happened to bring durian and smoke in their rooms (!) The hotel offered us to change our room the next morning. Some areas of improvement could be: - having banners reminding all guests to remain quiet, especially after 10:00PM - be stricter regarding the hotel policy on durian and smoking in the hotel Despite all of this, LemonTea is still our number one favorite hotel in Bangkok. LemonTea has the greatest and warmest staff. Even if there are hotels closer to our favorite locations, we prefer LemonTea. We’ll come back next time for sure!

Great service & clean room & good location”

Had a 6 days 5 night here at lemontea hotel. Upon arrival of the hotel, you will be given an iced lemon tea which is superb! Upfront Deposit cost 1000baht which is refundable when you check out on the last day. The staffs are very friendly and greeted us when we leave and going to the hotel. The room is super clean! Bed is comfortable and you can easily fall asleep. Every new day, you will get free water bottle. As for location wise, 7 eleven is just right beside the hotel and from near left side, you will see family mart too. Nearby, there is a long stretch of massage parlours too. Walkable distance to Platinum Mall and Pratunam market. I have tried walking to Siam paragon/siam square/central world from Lemontea hotel which is more far about 45mins or lesser if you like to walk by following the google maps . Also, you can walk to Ratchathewi BTS within 15mins. There is also a luggage weighing scale at the lobby where you can weigh your luggage. Cons is that it is not near BTS.

Best stay ever in Bangkok!”

It was Mom's first time to Bangkok and I went on Agoda to search for Lemontea hotel because as I read the reviews, the rate was all 7 and above so I thought giving it a try! Lemontea hotel didn't disappoint me! It was a fantabulous stay and the room was very comfortable. Sometimes when we open the room's cupboards, it has a mouldy smell but for Lemontea hotel, that never happens. The cupboards and room were all of good smell! I would go back to Lemontea hotel again if I were to return to Bangkok! Just that the location is a little inside!

Feel Comfortable with lemontea hotel ”

I'm satisfied with everything bout this hotel,and I'm stay in this hotel twice between 3 months .. It's convenient to have a taxi to bring me go anywhere and I'm not expert in Thai language but I never afraid taxi people don't know where I stay because mostly taxi driver know about lemontea hotel..so I feel secure to stay in lemontea hotel and feel happy with all the friendly staff and thanks for their helpful .. In next time when I'm travel again to Bangkok I'm for sure will stay back lemontea hotel somemore it's not high cost to stay .. Have fun in Bangkok and save much from lemontea hotel .. 1st experience at lemontea hotel based on blog reviews”

been to bkk several times but this is my first time trying out a budget hotel as such i have my reservations on whether this trip will be a good experience or nightmare. after comparing several hotels within pratunam area i decided to choose lemontea hotel based on reviews from blog and tripadvisor. we took the airport rail link and got off at phaya thai however we had difficulty using google map to locate the hotel and decided to take a tuk tuk. upon reaching the hotel we were given a warm welcome by the staff at reception and served with a complimentary drink. the staff who attend to us was very nice as she did not rush us to drink up and bring us up to our room. thumbs up for that. first impression of our hotel room was as what i saw on the hotel website and blog. its not too big but neither is it small. its clean and cosy for 2 to stay along with our luggage. overall i would recommend this hotel for travellers who are on a budget. its value for money plus u get great and friendly service at this hotel.

Great stay in the heart of shopping heaven.”

Stayed here for a 4 day holiday. Great little hotel, staff were friendly and responsive, hotel was new and really clean, and the complimentary 2 bottles of water given everyday helped a lot. The only grip i had was that the bed mattress was a little too hard for my liking but thats a personal preference. Hotel location was great, really near Pratunam market about a 5min walk and a 10min walk to Platinum mall. Traveling to other parts of BKK was easy as there was always an abundance of tuk tuks and taxis around. For the more cost conscious its about a 10mins walk to Phaya Thai BTS train station which so happens to also be the last stop of the Suvarnabhumi airport express train so Lemontea Hotel is a good choice if your taking the train to and from Suvarnabhumi airport. Lemontea Hotel is also flanked by a 7-11 convenient store and also a Family Mart both operate 24hrs so getting in a late night snack, some water or even some meds for an upset stomach is just a quick stroll from the hotel very useful. Overall i would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Clean, Friendly ”

It was an awesome stay with Lemontea Hotel, the room was so clean. Not forgetting the location is perfect to all the nearby eatery, i came alone and not afraid to walk alone though is not advisable. and 711 is just next door ! walking distance to Pratunam and Platinum mall, and a little bit more effort then you will reach Central World and Siam Square. I would definitely choose to stay again in this hotel if i ever visit Bangkok ! Totally worth the value. Also not forgetting all the friendly and efficient staff in the hotel, thanks to Mr Thanainun for the tips for sealife and chocolate ville during my stay. I will always remember your smile ! Keep it up !

Great location and value for money”

Lemontea hotel is a very strategic location if you want to explore Platinum mall and Pratunam market as these 2 places are just within walking distance, the famous SabX2 Wantan mee is also walking distance from the hotel. A 7-Eleven just beside of the hotel makes it even easier to grab snacks, foods and any items you need. Along the street to the hotel, there are lots of massage shops so you won't need to worry about looking for massage shops else where. We didn't have the chance to explore Baiyoke hotel, it is also nearby Lemontea hotel. The helpful staff there will assist on taxi services (we asked for taxi service to Chocolate Ville and Airport). Overall the experience staying in Lemontea hotel is great! :) I would strongly recommend my friends to consider this hotel.

Comfortable, friendly staff, strategic location”

The hotel location is in pratunam area where we can reach pratunam market and sabX2 wanton noodles within walking distance. The environment of the hotel and room are clean and tidy. All staff are so helpful and friendly. 7 eleven is just beside the hotel and family mart can reach within 2 minutes. Besides, in the same street there are few massage center, we can reach within 3 minutes by walking which is so convenient. I will come back to lemontea hotel if I visit Bangkok again.

Value for money - comfy and cosy”

It was my first stayed at lemontea hotel, and I am really satisfied. It is definitely value for money. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 4nights. We arrived at the hotel very the first day (approximately 10-11pm), but the staffs were still very friendly upon our arrival and served us a cup of ice lemon tea each. We stayed at the corner unit of the highest floor, so there was no issue about noisy road/construction. Pros: - the hotel/room is really cosy and clean. the bed is also very comfortable. - basic toiletries/amenities provided like any other 5 stars hotel, e.g. safe box, tc, fridge, towels, body wash, shampoo, etc. - 2 500ml mineral water free in the room. another 2 again when we requested to "make the room" after the 3rd night. - staffs were friendly and helpful - situated near pratunam market. 7-11 and massage shops are also just beside. Cons: - it is actually a bit of walking distance to the nearest BTS (train market)

New hotel, clean rooms & great customer service!”

Hotel was slightly further away from all the street shopping, but was quieter and more peaceful. Taxis and Tuk-tuks were easily available in front of hotel. We booked a family room and requested for extra bed, thinking we'd get those makeshift bed. But we got an actual single bed and a queen size bed in a separate bedroom. The rooms were clean, big and comfortable; there was a small balcony as well. There was no cafe/restaurant and no breakfast, but there was a lounge that we could make coffee/tea, biscuits and hang out! The whole hotel had a very nice vibe and the staffs were particularly amazing. Always smiling, greeting us and helping us with anything we need. The best customer service I had in a Bangkok hotel so far! Thank you Lemontea Hotel!

Great service but thin walls”

My friend and I loved our time at Lemontea Hotel, the staff were beyond excellent, the overall cleanliness & vibes the place gave were relaxing. Only thing we didn't love was being awoken to screaming kids next door/construction noises as our room wasn't close to soundproof. Other than that, it's a great place to stay at with it being so close to the Pratunam Market (great deals here btw) & walkable to the Airport Rail Link & several other small malls. Will definitely recommend it to everyone except light sleepers.

Cozy, clean & ideal location ”

We stayed 3 nights in lemontea hotel. Was impressed by the welcome drink (ice lemontea), is so refreshing. The hotel’s design is cozy and feel like home. The room and toilet is super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, always greet us and open the lobby door whenever there are guest in/out. The location not bad as there are few massage shop along the street. About 10mins walking distance to pratunam market, 15mins to platinum mall, Talad Neon night market. We like this hotel very much and we will sure check-in here again for our next trip.
