Good place to stay in Kuala Lumpur ”

The price is reasonable. I have been staying in the other hotel near China Town under the same group . Both hotels are in good rate for budget traveller. The location is good for me because I already been staying in Leo Leisure Hotel near China Town . I booked this hotel in pudu for 2 weeks in 2 separate bookings . I don't want to go to downtown to have lots of massage parlour and massage girls. if in downtown hard to control myself . Therefore I book one more week before I fly to Hanoi . The hotel room is bigger than the one in china town and both hotels rooms are clean . In here breakfast is provided although not many choices but compare with the price . It is acceptable. Also mini bar is provided and coffee Tea making facility. The price is not much difference between the one in china town but you get more here. The staff is friendly overall although there is minor problem occurring but the manager Kelvin solved my issues immediately. That's what I expect for the right attitude. Thanks . The facility is acceptable because of the room rate . Nothing to complain. I will definitely staying here next year when I come to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and also letting my friends know the place .

Helpful staff and comfortable rooms ”

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 days and 3 nights at Leo Express. I must admit I was surprised at how modern the hotel was. I believe that the pictures online does not do justice to the real thing. I am thankful to the attendants for being so accommodating with my requests and for being so very helpful in assisting me in getting information that made my stay more enjoyable. I plan to be back at Leo Express sometime early next year!

lovely hotel with new facilities”

Leo express hotel is a new hotel with good facilities. Everything is so clean and new. The receptionist is very friendly. Breakfast is standard but really ok for us. Behind the hotel, there is a foodcourt. The parking area of this hotel is some difficulties. My family was very confused how to enter the parking area.

Great staff ”

I had only positive experience with this hotel, only disadvantage is a noise from the trafic as it's situated on main street , but on other hand , it's very near to Pudu station, everything is near in walking distance, rooms are clean, the housekeeping are changing the bed sheets and towels daily, at the reception the people are very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, enough space. For my next trip to Kuala Lumpur, I would book this hotel again.

Clean hotel with great service but poor location”

Leo Express Hotel is pretty far from the center of KL – it's too far to walk. However it's near the Pudu station (5 min walk), from which you can take the train and go almost anywhere via transfers. It has a nice lobby and newly renovated rooms, as well as super strong aircon and good wifi in the rooms. Breakfast is included, though the food itself isn't great. The rooms were on the small side but decent. There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the building. The promotional price was very affordable and the staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

It is a budget hotel that provides necessities adequately for travelers. If you just need a room for a good night's sleep, good clean toilets and adequate space, Leo Express is a good option especially if you have a vehicle of your own. There are restaurants near by and it's easy to hail a taxi. We have stayed at Leo Express several times and are satisfied with the service provided. It's clean and convenient, value for money.

This was i second time visit on Leo Hotel . The room still maintain very well . Rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable . The front desk staffs are still very friendly and accommodating. I would strongly recommend this Leo hotel to anyone who is exploring KL .

Decent Rooms at a good price”

Our room at Leo Express was very good for the cost. Air conditioning, nice bathroom, daily housekeeping. The front desk was lovely - always helpful with inquiries and where to go/how to find something. The complimentary breakfast was okay; better than most since it was a buffet but pretty simple otherwise. We had a slight mishap with airport arrangements due to the language barrier, but otherwise a good solid stay for our visit to KL.

"Not Bad at all"”

I feel that Leo Express Hotel is not bad at all. The only problem is the surroundings seems to be very busy at night. Even from my room, it's still noisy.

The Hotel rooms are very clean and the bed very comfortable . The front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodating. And important have free high speed Wifi easy me for do booking for other travel plan . And just 10 mins walking distance to Pudu LRT. Overall, it was too good to be true. Brand new and very clean. Location not that great”

It was only their second day of soft opening when I stayed in the hotel. So I can say that I'm one of their first few guests. The hotel is still doing final finishing touches, with a few drilling noises every now and then, but nothing you can't bear with. [ABOUT THE ROOM] The promo says "breakfast included", but when I arrived they say that it is not yet available until their grand opening on April 24. So the upgraded my room from Standard to Deluxe instead. The Standard rooms can be very noisy at night since they are in the outer area of the hotel, and the noise can penetrate the windows. The Deluxe rooms are in the inner part, and much more quiet. The room where I stayed in had a few dusts on the floor, probably settled from on-going improvements that time. But overall, it looked nice. [BED] The bed was quite hard in my opinion. From the scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the granite floor and 10 the softest setting for an air bed) it is 3.5! [CABLE TV] During my stay, it only contained 8 channels! AXN, Max, and other local channels. Quite disappointing. [INTERNET] The deluxe room had one LAN port with high-speed internet access. Very satisfied with it. No wifi in rooms though. [BATHROOM] The bathroom has no bath tub, but it was nice (it's brand new after all). Toilet has bidet. But not-so-good things are: hot water is NOT hot at all. The shower area does not have a faucet, so it's hard if you want to wash only your feet. There was also no curtain. [LOCATION] I followed the map from the hotel's website, and it's pretty much straightforward. You can alight at Pudu station and walk from there -- about 5 minutes. It is quite near from KL Sentral (a few LRT stations away, or about 10-20 minutes cab ride). But around the hotel, there's nothing to see. Although, there are two stores selling grocery items, and a few restaurants and kopitiams around.

Great Location”

The hotel provides good value for money as it is located in a very strategic location in Kuala Lumpur. It has parking spaces with security and the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Overall services satisfying. Do not expect too much features and amenities, but for this money, it's the best you can ask for. Will recommend return stay. Best suited for business traveler.

Nice new hotel with great service”

We stayed in the Leo Express for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff upgraded us to a Business Suite after we noticed the room we booked smelled like cigarette smoke (we had requested a non-smoking room). It's a bit far away from the city centre, but it is close to the MRT station which takes you straight to the centre. Pros: Nice & new, friendly staff, big rooms, cheap. Cons: Quite a few of the rooms smelt of smoke, it's next to a motorway and a bit far from town.

I do stay in leo Express regularly Its kinda noisy when u take standard toomss its facing the main road so i do suggest to take teh delux room, more quitly, great friendly staff always there for help And the location is gr at i find it my self Im a guy who stay mostly in budget hotel and i gotta say it from all the budgets hotel i do find leo express one of the best The breakfast just 3 -4 different types but coffe and tea whichis not bad considering the price of the hotel

Newly furnished hotel with great price”

The hotel was newly furnished and the price was affordable. The receptionist even upgraded our room without extra charges. The restaurant was ok. Anyway, we don't really need to have every meal in the hotel since there are a lot of hacker stalls around with cheaper price and more delicious food. The parking spaces were not many, and without shade. So it's not convenient if raining.

Convenient and with car park”

Most of the budget hotel has no car park,so it is a plus for Leo Express. The LAN and WIFI are also perfect. Ideal for a short stay.

The hotel was nice, an easy walking distance from Pudu station. The hotel is relatively new and clean and it value for money. I won't hesitate to stay there again.
