Where are staffs?”
I had seen no staffs while I was staying there! I checked-in with a tablet installed there and checked-out with a QR code because there're even no front desk. The method isn't difficult for me and I could stay there comfortably! The nearest station is Maruyama koen, which isn't really close to the downtowns named Odori and Susukino. That's why the environment is not noisy, but there're a supermarket, some shops etc!

Good value for a small group”
Great place to stay for a group of 4-5. Slightly on the smaller side, but the nice layout makes it manageable for 1-2 nights. Wouldn't recommend doing laundry there as the facilities were a little dirty, and the dryer didn't dry the clothes properly so we had to hang the clothes up in the room ourselves. Location is decent though, a short walk to Maruyama-koen station. Check-in/out process was very smooth.

Internet is really too slow, and sometime gets terminated. Message the property owner, but the response was only due to too many users, which is not a reason to provide such services to customer. No heater at the kitchen area which is freezing cold early in the morning.

Close to the park”
The room was big and clean and there are some kitchen stuff which is very convenient if you have kids. We walk to shrine and the park there. 10 mins walk from station. On the way back we use the taxi to go to JR station as too much snow to drag the luggage with young kids.

Loved it! Staff were very nice. Only thing I didn't like about it was the other guest. She was talking on the phone and watched K-dramas like it was her own house. Other than that, I enjoyed every single of my stay there!

ビジネスでの利用だったので、 『シャワーがあって寝られれば良し！』 と思っていたのですが、 清掃も行き届いており、ロビーの 居心地も良く、円山公園駅までも近いので 全てにおいて期待以上でした！ チェックインが遅い時間になってしまい 心配だったのですが、問い合わせをメールで送ると、すぐに返信してくださり、 安心してチェックインできました。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

寝るだけなら最高の施設です。 若者向きではあると思います。 夏でクーラーガンガンだったので、毛布をしっかりかぶってしまいました。 立地は、東京で言う青山とか表参道などの高級住宅街に当たる一等地です。 円山公園周辺へフレンチを食べに散策しに行くのも良き。

寝る場所がその場で（たぶん）立てるくらい天井が高めだったり、灯りの調節ができるなど色々過ごしやすい点が個人的には多くあります。 他のホテルだと2段ベッドのところもあり上（下）の人にも気を遣いますが、それがないのも気に入ってるとこです。 共用スペースでは電気ケトルとレンジもあり便利です。 十分快適に過ごせるホテルだと思ってますが、欲をいえばあと食器がほしいですね（^-^;） 個人的にはお皿や調理器具はなくともコップがあれば最高です！！ また泊まりに行こうと思います、ありがとうございました。

シンプルで、ソファが欲しいところではありましたが、清潔感はとてもありました。スタッフの方の対応も感じいいですし、必要な物も揃っているので簡単なものは作れます。アウターを掛ける所がキッチンなので料理のニオイが、つくのは少し抵抗がありました。清潔感は本当にかなりありますので、また宿泊したいです。

チェックインが面倒だった。 家族５人で宿泊したが、必要性がわからないが、宿泊者全員の名前連絡先など入力させられた。代表者だけでいいと思うのですが・・・ それ以外は慣れれば大丈夫です。また利用したいと思います。
