Room type: Two bedroom suite with sea view”

One of the best decision I made was to stay in LetsPhuket Twin Sands Resort & Spa! We were traveling in group of 5 and everyone of us enjoyed our stays in this hotel! But, there were still some pros and cons that I would like to share to next travelers who are planning a trip to Phuket. Pro: 1. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Patong beach which is hassle free and great for budget-conscious travelers like us. 2. We can overlook the sea and the pools from our balcony which was spectacular and very beautiful. 3. I have booked this room when it's giving out online discounts and hence it's really great deals! (approximately RM 500 per night) Cons: 1. Time intervals for the shuttle bus is around 1 hour to 1 hour 30mins. 2. The location of the resort is at an uphill and quite a distant to Patong beach which has nightlife and shops. There were many times we have to take taxi to-and-from Patong beach. 3. There is only one family mart near the resort and limited choices on foods.

A really big pool which you may enjoy for long time. Hotel is a bit far from Patong, but they provide shuttle bus to send you there and pick u up. That’s good enough! We have enjoy our dinner in the restaurant for last night, which is delicious, especially for the burger. Wonderful staff, they are nice and helpful. We have wonderful experience to stay in Let’s Phuket Twin Sands Resort & Spa. Highly recommend! ^^

Nice studio and convenience location”

Very nice resort. There is a convenient shop besides the resort. The resort is very quiet because it is quite far from the town. But the resort do provide the free shuttle bus to the town. The resort has quite a number of public pools and private pools. The downside is the private pool is located different level with the bedroom. Overall the resort is clean and comfortable. It's a very nice place for rest and relax. Besides... This resort also named as Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa. Last but not least, they are so sweet because they have did the decoration in our room for our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much 💕

Surely will come back to letsphuket twin sand resort & spa because it's peacefully place with full facilities can be used. And of cos it's have shuttle free to Jungcyelon mall. Recommended!

Wonderful experience to stay in Let’s Phuket.”

Nice if you want a quiet relaxing holiday”

Ideally the resort would provide better communication, as myself and some other guests were discussing our confusion in the first two days of my stay. Firstly the resort is not called LetsPhuket, no local or any taxi driver has ever head of LetsPhuket, the hotel is called Absolute Twin Sands, so is the resort signage, so are the directional signs on the hills going to the resort, LetsPhuket just happen to manage some of the units in Absolute. Secondly this resort is not in Patong, it is in Mermaid Beach, 15 minutes by shuttle from Patong, and unless you are a Himalayan Sherpa you will not be able to walk the distance, as it is separated by steep roads that even the shuttles struggle with. The resort prices for food, beverages, and spa cater for the rich, noting you are a captive audience, but to be fair they do advise that there is a mini mart near the entrance where you can buy the basics quite cheaply, however Thailand and in particular Phuket have become very expensive.

Great place for great money ”

We stayed at Twin Sands Resort for 8 nights and we loved the food at the Blue Mango Bar (hotel restaurant)! The staff was very polite and the rooms and pools were clean. The only bad thing is that it’s a little far away from everything around Patong and the room with the private pool doesn’t have direct access to that pool, you have to go upstairs. But it’s still very nice and private.

Penthouse super Deluxe”

totally satisfy to the stay. We (total 5adults with 2kids) stayed in penthouse with private spa pool on the roof top. clean, fully equipment, friendly staff. although it's a bit far from Patong town, twin sands provide free shuttle to the town with the schedule which you must follow and to be booked.

Being a former member of Absolute vacation club I stayed at Twin sands two years ago. Lots of improvement now!!! And the best is yet to come!!!!! Excellent property, helpful stuff!!! Will definitely return!!!! Thanks to everyone at twin sands, Iets Phuket and Blue Mango!!! Special complements to the chef!!!!! Bravissimo!!! If only Merlin beach was not that rocky.... But you cannot blame the hotel... Thanks again!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Beautiful Resort”

This is a beautiful resort,5 Stars, Staff are awesome! Always willing to help in any way you need. Wonderful, kind people. Main pool is cool as it winds around building 6 & 7. slide which was fun, even for adults. There are 2 other pools but didn't look that inviting, so we passed.Our room was off the pool, we could walk directly into the pool. Pretty amazing. The kitchenette was ok, but not enough dishes to actually cook much, a stainer for noodles would have been very helpful! Blue Mango restaurant on site had really good food! A Tuesday/Thursday specials & a daily special board.Also Pizza sale at other cafe on site .Free Ice cream cone everyday at 2-3. nice little extra! Free shuttle to Patong beach every hour on the hour.The location of this resort is great, away from the hustle & bustle of Patong Beach. There is a beautiful private beach 3 min. walk & a wonderful restaurant The little Tiger on the hill ,amazing curries and breath taking view.Massage booth & laundry at beach too.

Value for money, clean and access to a private beach”

Right beside Marriott hotel, but lower in price. Resorts looks so much better as compared to the older Marriott. Short walk to the beach. Less tourist there. Free shuttle to Patong. Very chill, clean resort. Will definitely recommend this resort to my friends who are visiting Phuket! 5 stars review without a doubt!

Resort at its finest for the price point ”

I dont usually review, mainly because there is no incentive for me but as a business owner I know the value of reviews so when a product, service etc is outstanding then the value to future travelers is just worth it. 10/10. Epic pools, gym is decent, make sure you hire a scooter though from reception. Its quiet / tranquil , but patong or any decent restaurant is far, no police check points between resort and bangala night clud st either. Get the sea view room too ... pool side rooms are a mish from entrance.

Excellent apartment with excellent service!”

All staff were professional and friendly. We stayed in a one-room apartment that had 2 balconies. One main balcony overlooking the Patong beach and a smaller balcony accessible by the bedroom that had a side view of the Merlin beach. Huge shower area. Exceptionally clean. They also have a shuttle service to Jungcelyon shopping centre every hour or so. You do have to let the reception know an hour in advance at least. The last shuttle from Jungceylon back leaves at 2230 hours. There is a 24-hr convenience store right outside the resort as well. The restraunt serves excellent local and international dishes albeit on the pricey side(we paid close to 1000 baht for 2). The resort is on a hill 2-3km uphill. Unless you really wanna walk that distance up, you need a car or tuktuk up if you missed the shuttle. Room service is only until 10pm. Airport transfer is 1000 baht one way. Not many negatives really. An all-round excellent resort.

Peaceful ness ”

This hotel is really nice and have everything you need for a good relaxing holiday. It’s a bit out off patong but for me it was perfect cause I didn’t come here for party Also this resort have many private recidence ovner from Europe,Scandinavia, Canada and USA so there are almost no Chinese or Russian tourists in this hotel wich is a big deal for me👌🏻🙏🏻 Tom the manager off Let’s phuket is a very nice guy and took time to show some bigger apartment to me, so now I will deffently come back

Its good resort.”

We are 4 people family was have 2 nights at Lets Phuket Twin Sans Resort & Spa. The Resort is very nice with a long pool with room access and we enjoyed the staying very much. Need to improve for breakfast as its all the same menu for everyday with only few options.

Excellent”

Lets summaries by points: 1) location: 10 mins drive from Patong, the area is hidden between the hills on the left side of Patong. I suggest to have a transportation even though they are providing shuttle bus. 2) Apartment: is new and really nice. Is for sure above expectations. We got a three rooms flat with private pool. We can't ask for more. The kitchen is fantastic. 3) Food: I haven't eat here. Note that the restaurant is not belonging to them. 4) Beaches: 5mins drive to Paradise beach and Patong beach. To conclude was a great experience during our stay, my kids had a lot of fun. Again let me underlines that my apartment was three bedrooms with private pool.

Best spot - 7 mins to Patong if you like the busy area”

Best spot. Lovely resort. minutes away from Patong beach if you like overcrowded areas or minutes away from paradise beach which is privately owned. You can walk to merlin beach from the hotel but it is a little rocky. The hotel has free shuttles to and from Patong all day until 10.30 pm at night, if you miss it just grab a cheap taxi. The resort itself is breathtaking, several pools, two places to eat. Helpful and friendly staff.

Fabby hotel”

Superb customer service from this company, staff always helpful, although your not in a big resort they do a courtesy bus to Patong. The construction works happening just now were not mentioned when we booked but that was not the fault of the hotel. Once completed with the lazy river etc it will be amazing. Food was amazing at the Blue Mango Bar Grill well worth a visit or 3 xx

Excellent”

It was a resort that managed by JLL. Catering and spa services were outsourced. The construction site nearby is almost completed, so that it was not really disturbing for us. The 3 bed-room is good with open kitchen, swimming pool, mini-golf, steam sauna and washing machine. It is appreciated that they provided shuttle to Patong and back to the resort. Housekeeping service was good but if they also provide limited cleaning service (such as replacing the rubbish bin) at night would be much better.
