Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickon ”

The stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson was great. The Sky Pool Villa which I had stayed was spacious, clean and the private mini pool and sauna was good. I enjoyed the view from the balcony of the sea and the other water villas. A relaxing stay and staff was friendly. The breakfast spread had a nice variety. The Hibiscus Walk Food Court was great in terms of variety of delicious local dishes and offered a great beach and sunset views as well as the water fountain view (which unfortunately was not always lighted up). The Wellness Spa located at the end of the food court offering foot reflexology, head and shoulder massage was good value. One suggestion is to request the hotel shuttle to go further and into the Seremban city centre for shopping as there are hardly any shops near the hotel vicinity. Another thing guests must remember for bring extra cash as there is a deposit required when checking in. Overall, the stay was good value for money. Good and pleasant place for short stay.

Great family holiday resort”

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson to celebrate our 10th yr anniversary. Upon arriving, check-in was a breeze and we were transferred to our villa via their buggy. The staff were all friendly and hospitable. We received 2 welcome drink vouchers too. Room: The room was very spacious and clean and it was in a great location with a sea view. My kids loved the pool and my husband the sauna. They also provide free bottled water, drinks and snacks. Facilities wise, you can't ask for anything else in the resort. They have bikes and scooters for rent, and both outdoor and indoor playground, gym and outdoor pool. Food: there are like 3 restaurants inside the resort then there is also a hawker centre beside it if you are budget conscious. Breakfast has a good variety of choices. I loved the Nasi Lemak. Entertainment: We really enjoyed the fire show. Although there is a bit of "gas" smell. Overall, we really loved our short vacation and hope to come back again. Thank you

Great short vacation at Port Dickson”

It was a great vacation at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Initially I booked the Sky villa unit as I'm not sure what to expect. Upon arrival, I found that the unit I booked was at the main building that was not what I wanted. So upon asking the check-in counter, they advise that they have a few unit left if I'm interested to take up the Panaroma view unit facing the sea. My wife immediately agree to the upgrade. we paid an additional of RM 1,800 for the 3 nights. It was a big sum but we just take the risk as we heard a lot of good recommendation. We were told that we got good treatment when staying at the Panorama unit, so we hope to see what was it so good. Once we checked in, we got to a special queue for our buggy ride to our room. When we got to our room, we are so excited and find the location of the room was great. The layout was nice and neat. Drinks in the freezer and snacks are replenished daily to the room for free. We really enjoyed our 3 days vacation. Sure to comeback

Me and my love decided to spent our anniversary on a night in lexis hibiscus port dickson on 19/5, we managed to booked a premium pool villa. When we checked in, we were given free upgrade to premium pool sea villa(facing the sea view) without additional charges which is great. The room is very spatious and nothing seems wrong when we entered. We love the private pool, even though it is not big but we had an unforgettable memories and momments. They have several restaurants as we didnt managed to try any of it, which we went for the food in hibiscus walk. It is average and filling. We will definitely come back, as the experience here is really great for us both as couple and we would like to try out the activities held there during the next visit.

WE LOVE LEXIS HIBISCUS ”

OUR 4D3N STAY AT LEXIS HIBICUS WAS SUPERB! Okay where do I even begin? Firstly, there’s a straight bus from SG to Lexis Hibiscus, which took less than 6 hours. Secondly, check in was smooth. Our room was upgraded to Premium with a seaview! The staffs are so friendly and helpful! The buggy service was fast and efficient. Breakfast buffet was awesomely scrumptious! We were definitely occupied with fun activities. However, the food can be really pricey. A plate of noodles/rice cost RM12. So, we took Grab to explore Port Dickson town where we got ourselves cheap food for lunch&dinner. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at Lexis Hibiscus. We are planning to go again next year!

Quality time within your accommodation!”

Spent my birthday celebration together with my wife at Lexis Hibiscus, Port Dickson. Being able to maximized the quality time spending within the room itself due to the personal swimming pool allocated to the room itself. Not needing to worry if the pool will be packed for you to swim or be interrupted. If you are looking for a short getaway with relaxing facilities, then Lexis Hibiscus is where you need to be. :)

Stayed in Imperial Suite for 2 nights. Good: Superb surroundings, activities, friendly staff Bad: Booked two villa for family of 3 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights. Got cancelled. Then the first night got fully booked. So end up staying elsewhere and booked 1 Imperial Suite for the 2 nights. Areas to Improve: Have 4 wheels cycles which my mom love (since she tried in the other place where we ended up staying for the 1st night). Certain restaurant and bar to open earlier for us to enjoy. Souvenir shop (Lobby Shop) to be bigger and have more Lexis Hibiscus related items. We ended up going to outside stalls to buy but they are Port Dickson related items. Overall: Definitely will come back in near future, maybe with bigger families, in the Presidential Suite (where you have priority buggy).

Perfect sweet escape”

It a good experience in Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. I booked 1 night stay in Executive Pool Villa through Agoda. We arrived at about 3.30pm and the check in process was so smooth and fast. And we proceed to the buggy car line as it is quite far to walk to our room. Ive made a special request during booking for room at the tip of leaves which is far away from the main building, and it was so satisfied because our private pool is opposite to the beach, therefore no disturbance from the publics. The room is big and it is comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom and toilet separate from each other, and there is sauna room outside with private dip pool large enough for our family. Having pool viewing the beach, we enjoyed our time in pool while watching some water sport activities at the beach. There was some sort of fire performances during dinner time at the main building. And we enjoyed watching lots of movies installed in the room. During checkout, we called for buggy service and were asked to wait for 20mins but nobody appear even after 1 hr. 🙁 I will want to come here again in future. Might try skypool villa or panorama pool villa which facing the ocean.

Recommended for family ”

Was previously regulars of Thistle port Dickson, but now we have switched to Lexis Hibiscus, for its in-room pool, spacious room and bed, comfortable and stylish room setting. Price is a bit on the steep side, but for us it was worth it. Have stayed here twice in a year and my and I are loving it. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, hope the standard stays, thumbs up the Lexis Hibiscus team! We’ll be back again :)

Relaxing & Rejuvenating Staycation”

Staff was able to provide us with early check in which we really appreciate it since our coach reached ahead of schedule. Rented a car from the villa and drove around Port Dickson. Bed was very very comfortable, private pool and sauna was the key factor to why I chose to stay in Lexis Hibiscus. Will definitely come back again to this hotel as it's really comfortable, relaxing & rejuvenating. 😁😁😁

Golden Coach Express and KKKL Travel & Tours offEer bus service from Singapore to Port Dickson with stop-over at Yong Peng for meal. Very convenience. It was a pleasant surprise that Hotel staff delivered welcome gift (1 box of biscuit, 1 box of muruku & 4 cans drinks) - this is Good Customer Touch Point. Enjoyed the 2 night stay. The villa was clean & very comfortable with own dip pool & sauna. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous - good spread. Our 4 pax breakfast included, otherwise the buffet breakfast is RM35 Nett which is affordable & good value for money. With order of 1 drink per pax (drink price min RM15), we get to enjoy the view from 13th floor Sky Lite Bar, overlooking the entire Hotel Resort & view the sunset. Prices at restaurants are all quoted Nett amount, service charge & taxes included. Roselle Restaurant - Fish & Chip (RM35), Regular size thin crust Chicken Pizza (RM38); UMI Japanese Restaurant Bento Set (RM48). Buggy service during morning breakfast peak period (7:30am) may require 30 mins waiting time. We end up walk out to Roselle Restaurant for breakfast on Sun morning. Buggy drivers were kind to stop & pick up walking guests if the buggy still have seating capacity (Good Customer Touch Points). Few areas for improvement 1. Room 267 Toilet opaque glass door do not close properly, with a gap of 4 cm. We had to slot a cough mixture box to reduce the door gap else from the bedroom can see others using the toilet. 2. Hibiscus Walk food variety is very limited. About 30% of the food on menu are not available. E.g. Penang Prawn Mee (RM10) not available on Sat 4:30 pm, reason given only available 1 hour later. On Sun 12:30 pm, not available & reason given limited man-power (or I should say not available due to low demand smaller Sunday crowd). 3. Per hotel website, complimentary return shuttle bus service to PD Waterfront only available Monday till Thursday. Weekday crowd is lesser so can't help make one wonder if really have free shuttle

Idyllic Getaway @ Lexis Hibiscus”

Just back from Lexis Hibiscus after a 3 day/2 night stay at the Premier Pool Villa. A great place to relax in the comfort of your own room and pool. Check-in was a breeze. We were first checked in to a sea facing room but was subsequently moved to a fountain facing view as the air conditioner in the earlier room was not working. The duty manager, Maya graciously offered a late check out for us till 3pm to make-up for the hassle in moving room at night and even drove us to our new room herself. That's excellent service recovery! Upon entering, we immediately fell in love with the second room cos it seems a little more spacious and brighter than the first one although it was the same room category. My mum loves the view as it was not so dark at night given it faced the fountain and we could see the colourful lights from the Hibiscus Walk. Both rooms had great views depending on your preference. The first room was pure sea view with no blockage but the nearby villa residents could look directly into our room. The next door neighbour kid had his binoculars trained on us for the short time we were there. Haha. The second room (375) comes with a great view of the fountain (in the sea) and somewhat gave us more privacy as the rest of the villa, except for the one directly beside us was quite a distance away. The premier room pool is definitely bigger than the executive room but don't expect to do laps (it's a plunging pool) but if you have kids who loves swimming, you're guaranteed to win "Parent of the Year Award". The whole villa was well kept and clean and the pillows/beds were extremely comfortable to sleep on! Lots of storage space including ironing facilities. The rain shower was awesome and my family enjoyed the sauna. We also loved the complimentary bottles of red velvet biscuits and tapioca chips as well as 4 cans of coke/sprite that was sent daily to our room during our stay. Excellent for Relaxation!”

Our family eldest, who's in his 80s, provided a raving review saying that the place was clean, the air was fresh, and the overall feel was luxurious. The youngest, on the other hand, was either cocooned in the comfort of the bed, or jumping from one to the other; he was excited the entire time he was there. He enjoyed the viewing glass in the wash up area. He also loved the view of the sea where the private pool was. Other than that, he even ventured into the sauna room, sat there calling it his private space for peace and quiet. Overall, Lexis Hibiscus has outdone itself. We cannot wait to return in December again and hope we get to stay in the family suite which is yet to be ready. Thank you to all the staff at Lexis Hibiscus for making our first stay an extremely pleasant one!

More than expected”

I'm loving the room so much. Port Dickson is not a really good location to enjoy the scenery. That was what i thought. Lexis Hibiscus really impressed me with the good service, the location and the room itself. It was a perfect stay for me and my wife. We love it so much. Highly recommended

We had a great time at Lexis Hibiscus last weekend! The hotel is very clean and the staffs were super friendly and efficient with our requests and at their service. We stayed in a Panorama room (sea view) and the view from our room was breathtaking! The best part was the private pool and how it had the privacy we were looking for. The cocktail drinks and snacks at the lighthouse were satisfying and brunch was delicious! We genuinely had a wonderful stay, though it was a short one. The only downside of this hotel was its toilet flushing system. The toilet bowl was stuck throughout our stay and nothing was able to get completely flushed down. I hope they get this toilet problem fixed soon! Nonetheless, it was overall a relaxing stay at Lexis Hibiscus! I will definitely go back!

Good stay overall in the Premium Pool Villa”

1) Excellent, spacious room with a private pool. The layout of the room was great. However, we did not appreciate it that our room faced other rooms, so swimming in our 'private' pool didn't feel private at all. We requested for a sea-facing room but given that it was peak period, there were none left 2) Check-in was not a friendly and pleasant experience at all. Yes, we understood there was a high influx of guests checking in, but the receptionist couldn't afford a smile AT ALL. As soon as she saw us walking to the check-in counter, all she did was stick out her hand as a gesture to request for our check-in document. Not a hello or a 'welcome to our hotel', not even a smile 3) The receptionist didn't take any security deposit at all from us. What if I had 'accidentally' packed one of their luxurious bath towels or thrashed the room just before check out? This lack of security deposit caused a problem when we ordered room service. I have stayed in many many hotels over 20 years and ordered room service countless times. But this was the first time in my entire life that I had to pay cash to the waiter who delivered food because I didn't place a security deposit with the hotel. 4) Their buggy service needs some serious improvement. Our buggy never came even after waiting an hour. I do however appreciate that the friendly buggy drivers were willing to pick us up anytime they saw us walking 4) The children's play area on the 2nd floor of the main building was excellent. My son really enjoyed it. But price is a bit steep at RM 20 per hour. Overall, a satisfactory stay but I wouldn't rate Lexis Hibiscus as a 5 star hotel.

Excellent View of the Beach and Houses on top of Sea”

The hotel is just about 1+ year, and it is still in its top notch. The facilities are great, the view are amazing, and the staff are friendly. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. Every unit has its own swimming pool. I stayed at the skypool villa, it has great view of the whole development from top, i can clearly see the flower shape, the lighthouse, the beach, and so on. It is a good memory that will stay in my mind. When we checked-in we were given RM20 voucher to spend at Hibiscus walk, it has many local foods like satay, char kway teow, chendol, and so on. We end-up spending more than RM80. The only backdraw is that everything is paid thru vouchers, and minimum change to voucher was RM20. Due to this everything is sold in the range of RM 5, 10, 20. The Port Dickson City is a bit far from this place, about 15km to the PD waterfront. Thus it will be troublesome if you want to spend the day wondering the local shops, foods, and so on .. Nevertheless, i would like to stay again in the future .. may be next time stay on the unit above the sea ..

Exceptional”

Place was clean and comfortable. View from room is very much subjective to what is allocated to you. We had a room facing the beach from the pool. Breakfast spread is good with asian & western selection on a good balance. Not much food choices in and around the place unless you have a car and can drive out. Tried the food at the Japanese restaurant. Average for the price. Not many selection on menu. Hotel itself is very crowded with people. Not much activity for entertainment but a good getaway for a weekend if you are looking to experience the beauty of Lexis Hibiscus. Service from staff was excellent all round.
