Escape from Bustling City Life”

My girlfriend and myself were pleased with the services rendered to us during our 3D2N stay over at Limon Villa. Pui, the owner, made us feel very welcomed when we first checked in and continued to do so throughout the rest of the stay. The villa was lovely and made us feel at home. The breakfast had two options, Western and Thai styles, which had huge portions and tasted great. While the villa may be located slightly farther away from key attractions like Primo Piazza, Chocolate Factory and PB Winery, this won't be much of an issue if a taxi rental service is hired to bring you around. Though insects and bugs are pretty pervasive on the outside of the villa, the hotel is well equipped with mosquito coils and nets to protect you from those pesky creatures, just in case. We also faced 2 occurrences of blackout within the same day, but were well attended by the staff and had torchlights in the room to address our fear of darkness. Just note that these are pretty common across all the hotels & villa in Khao Yai, especially during rainy days. That aside, we will strongly recommended for all to give it a try and will love to come back if we visit Khao Yai again!

Warm and efficient service staff, relaxing ambience”

My friend and I stayed at Limon Villa for 3 nights during our trip to Khao Yai. I was amazed by how efficient the service staff were. On our first night there, we were told by the receptionist to park our car at a certain car park which was rather far away from our villa. However, right after our car was parked, Limon Villa had a buggy waiting to take us to the door step of our villa. There were other acts of kindness from the hotel staff that moved us as well. The room was cleaned efficiently every day. The overall environment of the villa is clean, though there are signs of wear and tear. On this note, we thought that the shower head could be changed so that water flows better. Location is slightly far from all the attractions, though it is not much of a problem if you have transport. Highly recommend this place for a few days of relaxing and heartening stay!

Family friendly”

Staff very professional and eager to help. Free breakfast was fairly basic but adequate.Rooms were in good condition and clean.Only thing lacking in room was somewhere to put clothes.No drawers or closet provided.Have sense of privacy between rooms.Well spaced out around resort. There are plenty of dining options close by. Makro store just off main highway on way to resort.Had very relaxing time.Choice of 2 pools for children .Villa set in beautiful countryside well away from any traffic noise.Close to Khao Yai National Park which is well worth a visit.Saw deers on roadside and hornbills flying past.

Beautiful location in the nature”

We booked this villas with 2 families to visit Khao Yai National Park. We were impressed from the location: "brand new", clean, very quite place to relax, nice & tasty food, pool to relax after a full day walk, friendly staff. Mainly it was Thai, so English was a little bit difficult and if they need to stay close to the park, a little bit fare away. But we will book it once again, because we like it a lot! Beautiful!”

Limon Villa Khao Yai is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and greenery. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a bit outside of town, but quiet and peaceful. The rooms and facilities seem new and are clean. The swimming pools are beautiful and the lawns are well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone heading towards Khao Yai!

Four Night Stay”

Khao Yai is a great spot and Limon Villa was lovely relaxing place to stay, a little far from the National Park that I didn't realise so long trips there and back daily, but that was down to me. Rooms are good and clean and nice having the little private hedged yards. Food that was served was excellent, hats off to the ladies in the kitchen, very good. Main thing they need to sort is for their buyer, so much not available on the menu and drinks list, from Sunday to Thursday seemed like nothing replenished, ran out of Beer Singh Monday still none Thurs pretty easy to get locally. Apart from that nice place and be great for families with the pools for the kids, gardens very well laid out and planted too.

Wonderful Escape from City Life ”

No doubt that it's value for money. The service and facilities we received throughout the whole 3-night stay are a lot more than what we expected. The staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from attractions in Khao Yai area but renting a van/car get us around Khai Yai without any problem. The swimming pool is good enough and the breakfast is not very bad since we are not very choosy. The surrounding is green, clam and peaceful with very fresh air and great mountain view.

Beautiful hotel but slightly far ”

I was travelling around Khao Yai. Deciding to give a try at this location as we rented a vehicle. Great rooms, simple layout. Not too fancy but practical. Would prefer if I had the room near the 2nd pool which had a beautiful garden. Breakfast was also basic. Same food for 2 days. Nothing to shout about. Staff was friendly despite their lack of English. Would recommend if you don’t mind the location which is slightly far away. Basically once you leave the hotel you would not consider to go back until you decided to rest till the next day.

New upcoming villa”

The location was a little further off than the rest. However, with a car and GPS, finding the villa is no issue. The villa was located in a nice valley and the view was breathtaking. Water pressure and food is nice. Be prepared that there is only 1 restaurant. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and look forward to visiting it again when I do visit Khao Yai a second time.

Beautiful Place - well maintained and good service ”

Enjoyed my 2 nights with Limon. It's beautiful with a nice kept garden and peaceful place. Spacious Room in L7 for the 4 of us and was great to relax at the balcony just outside our villa. Only complaint is the hot weather in March that limits outdoor activities. Highly recommended. Location is within 30 drive to Pablio Village and the Chocolate Factory, wasn't bother about this since we had a drive from Klook.

A pleasant stay”

I had a pleasant stay here for my trip to Khao Yai. Our driver had a little problem finding the exact location of the hotel on the first night when we checked in but GPS was helpful for this. I recommend checking in before 9pm and returning to the hotel by 9pm though. Location is about 30 mins drive to the national park. Driving distance was not too far for most of the attractions as well. The room was clean and spacious. The garden was also beautiful and it is a nice place to chill out and relax. Staff at the reception could speak good English. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast could speak and understand little English. Nonetheless, they were still helpful. Breakfast spread was lacking in variety but it is still a decent breakfast to start the day.

Good experience”

The villa is very interesting. Located in the forest with very good facilities and setup. We basically have the entire villa for our own,hated guarded and it's clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. It's also properly guarded by security who walks around and sits at the quiet car park.

Awesome sunset view and friendly staff”

Still remembered that this staff offered to fetch us back to our villa from the carpark on the buggy despite us having difficulties communicating due to the language barrier. All the staff were friendly. We loved the interior Christmas decor which resonated so well with the name of the villa "Lemon". However, didnt expect the villa to be so secluded such that drives to any of the attractions were at least a good 30 mins away and that we would pass by the attractions on the drive back home. We loved the omelette with minced meat served at the restaurant despite the food being overpriced. Not much choices in terms of food if you wish to explore outside the villa.

Acceptable”

We found the overall experience disappointing. The room rate was comparable to far better resorts in the vicinity but without the same ambience. Limon Villa Khao Yai would be acceptable on many levels if the room rate was lower. On the plus side the staff were helpful and friendly.

Love the resort surrounded by nature view. Felt relax. ”

The deficit points of the resort are staff need more training as they told us during check in that there is no reservation room under our name and we might not have room the second day although I have paid up everything on agoda. But after 20 minutes she told us we got our room...very messy system. And during night time the staff don’t allow us to come in from one of the entrance to park our car which the car park is most close to our villa and ask us go to another side but we saw there are still many car parks empty there and after parking at another place a lady driving a buggy also didn’t offer to pick up us but ask us to walk to our resort which is quite far away by ourself...very very low and bad quality of service. Breakfast is below our expectation for the price we paid for...the only thing we appreciate the resort is the swimming pool and resort stay which surrounded by nature. That is all.

Great place to getaway”

If you are looking for quiet chill place, this place is a great option. The location is far from the city but you no need to go outside because the food is so tasty and reasonable price. you just stay in hotel, enjoy the view and weather there. The room is clean and good smell. Only one problem is the ants, the night we stayed, there was heavy rain and the army of ants came from the ground to our room and bite us. that is the only problem but the rest we just love it, we will go there again.

Nice View, Nice Breakfast, Clean Room”

Wish that we would spend more time in this hotel as it has a really nice view. Good Breakfast, clean room. But the locations is quite far from the Khao Yai's attraction. For those who want to have relax trip, this hotel is recommended.

Great place for family gathering”

We stay at the 4-room villa, it was great for family gathering. The place is clean and very well maintained. The surrounding area is beautiful. The kids love the pool and chasing the chickens. The breakfast spread was good but it can improve by having more variety for each morning.

Everything is just right ”

Our room is clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had a Bar B Q at the balcony of our villa and the kids love it. It was a fantastic stay and we will definitely go back next time.

Nature getaway”

It's a nice villa away from the main tourist attractions. Recommended for those who drive on their own. We were lucky enough to be arranged at a room with superb mountain and sunset view.
