Livotel”

We stayed 4 nights at Livotel Kaset Nawamin, we used 9 rooms . The staff was very nice, check in was easy, all rooms were clean & big, all facilities worked well and breakfast was very good. The staff also allowed us for late check out with 2 rooms because our flight was at night. We'll be back again to Livotel next time we visit Bangkok.

Functional Room, Clean & Lovely Staff”

The Livotel@Kaset-Nawamin is a nice hotel in a mostly residential area. The rooms are functional, clean & all have a little balcony with big windows, which was really nice. Everything is modern & up to date. The buffet breakfast has all food for all nationalities and was good quality food. The only 'problem' for us was the area location in relation to where we needed to get to each day. Traffic along the only highway access is heavy (as is all in Bangkok) during peak times. If you need to get somewhere dont travel in those peak times! don Meung airport was about 45 / 55 minutes in peak time Monday morning. Can't fault the staff, they were really friendly & helpful.

Good for work near Jatujak area or Kaset Nawamin Bangkok. Booking in advance is advantage, avoid instant booking before you arrive, you might not get the proper price as expected

Great staff, decent location.”

Having stayed in a few different hotels during my stay in Thailand, Livotel was one of the better accommodations I booked in terms of the room itself. Everywhere I’ve been the staffs have been great as well, and Livotel is no different in that respect. The only unfortunate downside is that I was looking forward to sleeping in on the morning of my particular stay, but was awoken by the unavoidable sounds of pipes clanging, amongst a myriad of other foreign sounds that were produced by construction taking place right outside my room (before 8:00 a.m.). Even with the windows shut, the construction sounded as if it was taking place on the bed right beside me. Now I do understand that this is not the fault of Livotel, as I’m sure it’s not something they’re too happy about either if I had to take a guess, and eventually the construction will finish and all will be peaceful again. But, for the time being, if you’re looking to get a good, long night’s sleep, perhaps look elsewhere until the construction is finalized. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Very good hotel, value for money”

I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand but Livotel is the most satisfied. I booked 2 times at discount price but the rooms for me were always nice with balcony from where I can see the city at night. The rooms were clean, organized neatly and well-equiped with essential things such as hair dryer, boiler, make-up mirror, closet, etc. The staffs were nice and gave me some advices to avoid treating. However, it was difficult to take a taxi at hotel in rush-hour.

A new clean hotel with big room at affordable price!”

Livotel is a new hotel with big clean room at an affordable price. Not many amenities around though. Hotel staff are always helpful and ready to assist. So getting a taxi to anywhere is just so easy. I would rate it 8.0, with amenities around I would rate it 10.

Excellent”

Livotel hotel is a good hotel, although far from city centre but near to Don Mueang airport. All the amenities available around. Only the breakfast level is so poor and needs to be improved. Very few food items provided and there is no lebals on every dish to identify. Overall it was good experience.

Its very good facilities Hotel.”

Its really very good facilities room. Like mini studio apartment. We are here in the last day of our tour in Bangkok. The problem is just location. Need car to go everywhere. But its just need 15 minutes to reach JJ mall. And its near 7-11, traditional market, all the long way to the hotel. just walk. Its good after all. Very recommended for family with babyes or young children.

We stayed here twice in a month during our trip in Thailand. Met the owner very nice humble couple with smiles that exactly set example to their staff. From security to reception and housekeeping they greet you with smiles and very polite. We hope they keep their standard and we are looking forward to staying there again next time we visit Bangkok. Worth every penny safe, clean, great services with smiles what else you need!!

Location-wise, this hotel might be not your first option if you're looking into accommodation close to Bangkok main tourist attractions. However, the facilities are really worth the money, and it's also not so far from BTS station that it's easy to get around. Plus, there are a lot of eateries nearby from food stall, restaurants, coffee shops, to even Seven Eleven. The buffet breakfast is also satisfactory! I've extended my stay here for a few days, and I loved it there! :)

Good”

The room is very cleanand everything you need is available. The staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is good but most of the food are thai cuisine (I guess). However, the only con I see is the location. It’s very far from the central area of bangkok. The traffic is very bad but perhaps it will be eased once the station near the hotel is already operated

Near to chatuchak ”

- convenient to Chatuchak market n huang mum market - breakfast with simple rice dishes & bread - hotel maintainance might not doing well as the hotel condition turn bad compare to my visit last 2 year

Very comfortable sleep”

We got a steal through Agoda website, more than half the price of their published rate. Complimentary breakfasts are only for adults and we were advised to pay for our 2 kids (100 baht/ child). We didn't mind the charge though. During our stay, there was a big of group of Korean guests (very noisy!) so staff were too busy minding each and every guest thus my kids had breakfast free of charge. But my kids ate so little so I dont think it was such a big lose for the hotel. If you're going to JJ Market, the location is quite far, including the traffic in Bangkok, so better book somewhere nearer.

Room Was Clean, staff was polite, good location with 7/11 nearby. morning street food in front of hotel. Only Bad Thing Was THe presence of Mosquitoes. killed 3 at night and found another 4 in the morning. luckily did not bite anyone of us especially my 2 years old daughter. overhead at reception on the other guest complaining to staff abt the mosquitoes.

Very nice place to stay at this price especially if want to stay in somewhere to catch up a flight. Not far away from the old airport, the staffs were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice also, room was clean and big. Highly recommended!

Best Hotel with affordable Price”

Superior Quality Room (New Room) Clean Room & Nice Lobby Affordable Price Lots of Parking Walkable Distance from 7-11 Convenient Store Nice & Delicious Breakfast No Complaint. Just one note. You may need a car to access this location. Not too far. But it is convenient with cars.

Value for money”

They have every main things I need for a night stay for a business trip in Bangkok. Decent breakfast. The bed is comfy. Nice staffs. The con is that it's not in the walking distance to any BTS or MRT station but we can call a cab and go to nearest BTS station.

Worse experience ”

I stayed here for 2 nights. The first night I facing the air conditioner problem which there's water keep dropping from the aircond. I inform to reception about this problem and yet they ask a bellboy to settle by just wipe away the water which is not really fixing the problem. During my second night of stay, the same issue happened. The breakfast serve was not really taste good and lack of choices. However, I should not expect much with the price I paying to the hotel. However, their location is near to chatuchak market which you take 20 mins to reach by Grab and no public transport around the hotel.
