Lotte Hotel is situated just beside Inya Lake giving guests a scenic and breathtaking view of Yangon city. The staff at Lotte Hotel are also very attentive and friendly always welcoming visitors with great hospitality. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. Facilities and amenities at Lotte Hotel are excellent as well. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel for visitors on both business as well as holidays.

We chose Lotte as it was out of the busy downtown area so we could relax which we certainly did. (Taxis are simple to get and cheap so taking a 15 min ride was no issue for us). All the staff (poolside, restaurant, reception, housekeeping etc.) are absolutely amazing and are such a bonus to the hotel. They are friendly, accommodating, helpful and genuinely just nice people. The hotel is right by Inya lake, great for a stroll. We had a lake facing view to our room which was great to wake up to. Food is also excellent. I'd recommend Lotte if you want somewhere to relax and recharge after a day out sightseeing. Taxi to Schwedagon Pagoda took only 10 minutes from the hotel. Taxi from airport was 15 minutes.

We are definitely lucky on the day of check in , with awarded Guest of the day . Compliments from Lotte hotel we are upgraded to executive club floor with free breakfast too. We enjoyed the club lounge with nice scenery over inya lake , and enjoy refreshments. We had a splendid breakfast with a great variety of food from local delights, to Japanese, Korean , Chinese , and variety of delicious deli . Great thanks to mr John , ms AUNG , and the staffs with had assist us during the stay.

This was my first stay in a Lotte facility and must say that the hotel is new and really well furnished. Location is great with serene view of the Inya lake. Strongly recommended for Yangon travellers, a bit pricey though but the quality is worth it.

Pros: great service, no not just great but friendly, polite, anticipatory, helpful and willingness to go the extra mile. All staff are very smiley and friendly, speaking fluent English. Beautiful lake view, both indoor and outdoor pool (though a tad small), reasonable restaurant prices, super clean and room supplies are topped up regularly plus a turn down service in the evening. 24 hours room service for food. Security bag check for guests coming into hotel. Gym, pool and sauna are under utilized currently and have been able to have the facilities to myself as hotel is less than a year old. There's a fat analysis machine in the gym and powder room with hair dryer and moisturizer in the shower area. Very considerate design. Cons: indoor pool is too cold as there's no heating. The spa prices are expensive (100ish USD and up) if compared to the Evian spa in Lotte Hanoi, offering better package prices for couples. From the moment i drove into the hotel the feeling was completely different to other Yangon hotels & even hotels in developed countries. The space, tranquility, hotel layout (beside the largest lake in Yangon) & service, deserved special mention. Large impressive lobby. Room facing the largest lake in Yangon, clean, orderly, strong wifi ...... just nice for business traveller. Breakfast was adequate, staff very helpful, fully equip gym, indoor & outdoor pool, Korean & Chinese restaurant but the bar at the top floor need more life. Thoroughly enjoyed by 2 night stay & will definitely come back.

new hotel, all is great, as all Lotte hotels. Fantastic restaurant and buffet, same as Lotte in Seoul. Location is good as close to the airport to avoid too much of traffic jam. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pick-up service from airtport to the hotel rather expensive (USD 40,-) and you may save that money by just get a cab in the airport and pay only around 4.000 - 5.000 Kyat. Wonderful surrounding, well maintained. Highly recommended to stay in Lotte hotel during your visit of Yangon.

It is newly developed hotel in Yangon, located next to the Inyar lake , the biggest lake of the Yangon. The view of Inyar lake from the hotel room is panoramic. Since this is new development, the facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, steam, sauna, gym hot and cold tub, are unused and clean. The café at lobby offers another way to enjoy staying there. And the price is considerable cheap for 5 stars hotel.

Brand new 5* luxury hotel”
We stayed here for two nights after the long flights from the UK as it was close to the airport (10/15 mins) and we just needed somewhere to recharge our batteries before touring Myanmar. The hotel is a stunning new building (opened Sept last year) offering a true 5* experience set alongside the lake with glorious views towards Yangon. It has everything you’d wish from a luxury hotel and everything is brand new - with the rooms still sparkling new, giving the feeling as if they’ve not been used before! Superb staff, a wonderful swimming pool, great food - just could not be better. The executive floor offering well worth it - the free food on offer simple scrumptious and plentiful. Highly recommended hotel just outside Yangon.

Wonderful Stay @ Hotel Lotte”
We spent 3 nites at Hotel Lotte Yangon. The rooms are very comfortable with fantastic facilities. There are 2 pools indoor and outdoor. After a very long day, you can expect to relax in their "onsen" ... Just great. The stay came with buffet breakfast which has a very wide spread. Most importantly, we give much credit to Capt Zaw Min who gave very good recommendation on places to visit as well as food. He assisted us with taxi bookings as well. Other staff at front desk and housekeeping were just as friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for all kinds of travellers.

One of the greatest hotel in town with nice location just right by the beautiful Inya lake. All the hotel staffs are friendly and excellent customer service. It’s hard to find to have gluten free foods, most of the people in town never heard about gluten. Since my boy friend asked the waiter, the next day he brought gluten free bread and other gluten free foods every morning to our table. They made us to feel like home. I would recommend this hotel, it’s worth every penny.

I stayed a club room for one night. Inya lake view from the top lounge was so nice, I think it is the best location to see the lake compared to other sites around the area, as long as I know. the service includes the morning and afternoon tea at the lounge, breakfast and dinner (cocktail buffet) at La Seine, BF and dinner were more than expected. I think that is really reasonable. only the issue is, maybe the internet speed. of course there are so many guests in the hotel, so it was so slow. if you are only consider to receive or to send the mails, maybe okay. bur for watching you tube or other stream, it is in sufficient. Anyways, I will stay again for any other occasional time.

Brilliant hotel, location and professional staff! The view over the lake on the 11th floor are breathtaking! Club lounge facilities are spacious with generious levels of food and beverage. One suggestion would be to dim the lighting for ambiance and maybe some music on low for atmosphere. Otherwise fantastic hotel. Will definitely stay again on next trip to Yangon.

The best hotel in Yangon as its only opened late last year a very big and lovely hotel A beautiful view over the lake, a lovely pool with a pool bar and BBQ dinner at night. Chinese restaurant, Korean restaurant and the BBQ by the pool They had a very good Filipino band that played lovely music at the Lobby bar.
