Lucerne Resort @ Khao Yai”

All is quite nice for me and my dear, the owner welcame us by themself amicably and suggested abt advancers what shld we have to do in this trip around Khao Yai even the pass way before the resort such as a scare us due to temple, but our thought were wrong that place is awesome before we reached through, beside road plant corn plus Toscana view so perfect! We will rest there again, recommend !!!!

It was heaven”

Very quiet and amazing location. far from the noise and sounds of vehicles and busy city. The only thing that was lacking was a convient store such as 7/11 or family mart. The was we dealt with it was, by hitchhiking. we asked for lifts to the closest 7/11 which was 7 km away and found another lift back to the resort. Although, if you are traveling with a car or motorbike then it is perfect. I think what the hotel could do is maybe supply couple of bicycles, so that the guests could ride around the closest local restaurants and convenient stores. that way it would be a good exercise and also a unique experience.

Good”

Family-style no frills accommodation in a quiet area of Khao Yai. The rooms are all large and stand-alone units, each with their own deck and situated in a garden. While rooms were cleaned daily, I returned every evening to find that the cleaning staff had left the doors unlocked. There is no proper restaurant and the breakfast provided is rather poor quality with limited choices. The staff have very little English ability. Restaurants, shops and other attractions are not closeby and there appears little in the way of public transport or taxi services so I would recommend having your own transport.

Qiu but not Qiu”

Stayed at On Nut Qiu prior to heading to Lucerne. The place is actually really pretty during the day time. quiet and nice environment. very spacious room. Breakfast was simple but yet of quality. Downside, things werent well maintained. semi spoil door lock for both the main door and the toilet door, celtralized water heater that was a instant heater (not storage type) placed far away from the shower resulting in a 45 second dead leg freezing cold water, ended up to be either freezing or boiling water temperature. big ants in the room, spoil room lightings, challenge to close the curtains fully as the curtains dont overlap. Hard to find the place as Waze GPS brought us to another place, not enough signboards. No 24 hours front desk. This doesnt live up to the On Nut Qiu standard

Peaceful Place & Friendly Staff”

This resort located at a perfect location and not too difficult to find. The owner and staff are very friendly. The resort also has some bikes for the guests to borrow (free). Have I mentioned that the view is perfect?

Location is far from the main road but privacy and clam. The space of the room is totally separate in section and big enough for couple. There can't check in late , if you want to check in late please call the resort.

Nice resort”

The resort was lovely we were really out in the nature surrounded by mountains and bugs. Which was a great experience. The staff helped out very well with breakfast and all. But the balcony wood seems to be quite old. It should be renovated from time to time because it’s outside in the rain and sun. It seems easy to break as we walk in or out the room.

Nice villa”

Very big villa, big bed, privacy. Hot water sometime got problem. Location not easy to find. Waze will bring you to the different place. Follow the signboard to reach the villa. Free Breakfast not bad. Worth to stay.

Acceptable”

The place itself is far from everything such as minimart or even food stalls.The room is not as clean as we thought,alot of ants and even lizard.No tv channel except for their local channels.No laundry or even taxi service!We only manage to stay in for about 2hrs plus and back to bangkok city and lucky us we have contact with the taxi driver that drove us from bangkok to khao yai.Its such a disappointment as we really look forward for our stay at khao yai.We love the mountain scenery but then again we are not able to even overnight for a day.We booked our stay for 2nights but only managed to stay in for 2hrs plus and we check out.We really hope for another good stay in Khao Yai next time!

Nice quiet location ”

Secluded but the villas are so exposed and close together - so al guests are looking across at each other's rooms. Breakfast mediocre. We probably wouldn't go back here for this price.

Very good”

I booked this hotel for my vacation with my family. Location is a bit difficult to find at first by my driver. When we reached, only 1 staff know how to speak english and do the registration for us. This hotel is good to stay for vacation as it is quiet. Limited staff to assist you at night. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay for relaxing yourself.

Good”

Overall OK. Location not easy to find by using Waze. Need to use Google map. Located a bit far. Rented 3 Villa but one of the Villa's water heater not working. The rest two are fine. Cleanliness wise is good. Staff cannot speak proper English and they will only knock their head and smile to you for whatever question you ask. They are kind but they are not really understood what you asking for. Environment good with fresh air. Breakfast only have two choice - American breakfast and Thai breakfast. Choice limited but their food not bad. You can eat as many set as you want.

We arrived there late night , i think that was the lady owner who welcomed us and take us to our room she took our luggages as well! The breakfast food was nice also , it is very healthy but i would prefer to fry the ham and sausage instead of boiling it. The room is neat and clean. It is very spacious. However the water is on and off and sometimes the heater doesnt work. They do everyday cleaning too which i was surprise because we didnt inform them to clean our room. I was glad they did clean it. After checking out the owner lady was so good that she help us sent to the nearest bus station going to Pak Chong. The place is very quiet and peaceful. We wanted to swim in their pool but they cleaned it. Overall the place is good! 😊

They should consider shutting down”

We get there after a long ride from Pak Chong, about 30 minutes in a taxi truck. The hotel indicates it serves free breakfast but does not have staff to be able to serve food. No food, nothing to drink? Not even bottled water. As much as we'd like to stay for our booking dates we had to get the manager to call a friend to relocate us to a different hotel. Better bring your own car or motorcycle! The images and baseline info on Agoda appear okay but are very misleading. Trust the customer ratings! The main positive is that Khao Yai is flat out gorgeous! However; I've never known of a hotel that doesn't answer their phone, does not have basic transportation, let alone any contacts, does not serve food or drinks? They should consider shutting down. It's pretty close to theft. My Thai wife and I literally left shortly after arrival only because we felt we had to. Wood planks sticking up out of the decking. Bad, bad business. I'd be embarrassed if I were the owner.

Clean room but Swimming pool is not clean”

We booked two rooms side by side. The rooms are clean. Air conditioning is also good. But it can be a little creepy at night because our rooms are the last two. Would be good if the lights along the pathway are brighter. Breakfast was bad... Pretty nothing much to eat. Staff were quite friendly. Not many activities or factivities within the resort. Swimming pool has quite a bit of leafs floating in it. I would rate 5.5/10 overall.

Dirty old resort”

I would give them a Fail in cleanliness, even the fruit in the breakfast, we can even see the dirt, obviously never clean before serve to us, we even had a hard time to find a clean glass to use during breakfast. Hotel rooms is dirty too, water power is low and the water heater in some of our rooms is not working. We can clearly see dead bugs on the table (which obviously already long time never clean properly), in all the 4 rooms we booked, only 1 room got indoor slipper, I assume they never clean and check every room very well.... even the swimming pool is very dirty, the water is in yellow-greyish colour. The resort is quite remote and silent, which is very scary to us. We back to hotel around 9pm, there are no one can be seen in resort (no staff), if something bad happen, it is very scary (imagine some body rob us during mid night) the resort can be accessible to anyone. One of our room lock is not working as well.

I have very good rest when i visit here. Hotel room nice and clean. Very quiet at night time. Good to visit here. Hotel location is the great place to have a relax

Located out of nowhere”

We reached the hotel around mid afternoon. Rooms were really warm and we were told that it was due to a power outage. Thankfully the rooms are cooling at night. The location of hotel was far from everywhere else. Staff couldn’t converse well in English. Google translate would help a lot. Staff were really nice though.
