the female staff accepted us although our booking is not on that day that we went bec of the weather.shes very friendly,understanding and accommodating.i love the cleanliness and its set ups.towels and bedsheets are all new.the price is very reasonable.i wud luv to book again for my next trip in dumaguete soon.i am cery thankful for the female staff and the guard.

I simply love the cleanliness of the rooms. If you’re traveling as a big group or family, this is the best hotel in Dumaguete in terms of getting the “basics” right — clean room, clean restroom, cold aircon, spacious room, good table, drinking water each storey, etc

Amazing Stay”
It was the night of my cousin's wedding and we had to stay for a night in Dumaguete City. Luckily I have the app called trivago which connected me to the app called agoda which then gave me some options of places to stay in for the night with the price that I selected. First on the list was Lufian Dormitel so I booked it online. Everything was great except for the fact that they don't have any elevator and my dad has a hard time walking let alone with stairs plus the fact that they have a curfew. Other than that the place is highly recommendable for anyone who wants to stay in a safe and comfortable room plus they really affordable.

I just found this dormitel in Google and booked through Agoda. We are a family of 5 with three other older kids. I thought this was a cheap stay for 8 people but the facility is very convenient as it was not very far from Robinson's Place where we had an appointment with DFA. The place was very clean and the room was very comfortable that I already recommended it to my other friends and another family who's going to Dumaguete soon. If ever we'll be back in Dumaguete, we will definitely stay with Lufian again. Thank you!

The dormitel for quick stopovers”
A little hiccup though - we arrived on the date of our checkin and staff were not informed of the booking and they already gave our rooms to walkin guests. They soon rectified this by giving us separate rooms.

Though the security guard and the staff are polite, most of the time, no one is attending the front desk. We have to wait and look for them around the area. The room is clean and okay for sleeping. But If you want high-end level comfort, book somewhere else.

We had a great and comfortable stay here. Very affordable considering that our room is so spacious for 5 people and definitely clean, especially the bed sheets and towels since we’re kind of particular with it. Also, location is accessible. The staff there are friendly and approachable. Though, we just hope that they maintain the cleanliness and odor inside the building since there’s an ongoing butchery course or training on their function hall when we stayed there. Overall, we still highly recommend this place!

Very affordable,staff are very kind, accessable to the nearest food chain and carenderia. What i don't like is the Wifi is kinda slow when you were inside the room. NO person in front desk area (reception ) need to call them when you need or ask something . There lobby is kinda creepy at night ang dilim good thing my guard..Also needs improvement pls include amenity kit for the guest. Room is okey malinis dn Thank you
