The Platinum Suite is strategically located at many important areas. If you love local food you can go to Kg Baru. Just like 5 mins from the hotel. If you want to go to bar at Jalan P Ramlee or Changkat also nearby. The suite itself has Sky Bar at Level 51. Amazing view with pool at the side and you can see KL Tower.

Pro-near kampung baru,klcc,clean,easy to check in and out Cons-bathroom toilet is slightly ajar,small children can peak into.one of the bedroom door sliding door with electronic lock is not functioning

Service: Staffs were courteous and very attentive to our needs. Daily cleaning was provided. They gave us new towels and free bottle of waters daily. Location: Close proximity to Petronas Twin Towers. We were travelling with our parents (they are very old) so we basically took Grab most of the time. But if it was just us, it was easy to get around places by walking. Only problem with that would be the scorching heat that is if you are walking noons. By the way, it is located on the highway part so better be attentive to the turns coz some of our drivers misses the turns so we had to go all the way to the ends just to take UTURNS. Rooftop: Amazing view. It’s a shame that you will no longer get the full view of the Twin Towers because of the construction of a new building in between. Still okay tho. Pool was also nice. Can get crowded so best to go in the morning. Would definitely book again when I come back to KL!😊

The owner was very helpful even though we book the unit last minute. Overall, it was a great experience, a good place to stay if you plan to wander around KL city center. Cleanliness can be improved, I am not sure if they cant clean properly since we booked at the wee hour. We cant access the cable TV, and the staff also didn't turn up to set up the extra bed properly. The owner was very kind and she tried to help as much as she can, to the extend she offered us to move to another unit since she also failed to get her staff to settle the issue. To be fair, if you guys book early, most probably can avoid those issues.

Everything good except slow check out”

Waited for 45mins past the time that we arranged for our check out, couldn't establish any meaningful contact during the wait and had to wait blindly for them to come. Other than that, service was excellent throughout the entire period of stay.

Good location , poor service and facility”

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for New Year’s Eve so expectedly the price was 3x the off peak period. However the level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. Floors were not clean, oily and dirty, and we even found an old underwear in the top shelf of the 2nd bathroom. We were looking for toilet paper which we didn’t have enough. Which brings to the 2nd point of poor service - they did not respond to my texts after checkin. I requested for additional toilet paper and I also reminded to send wine glasses but all did not (I had request for this 3 days before arrival and they agreed to provide but never did). Lifts were horribly slow as there was limit of 4 to a lift at a time for Covid SOP. 15 min wait for the lift each time. Do note Twin towers view is blocked by the new construction, and you can only see Kl tower from level 51 pool.

I have to give bad review as this is the worst experience that I have : * there were an inch of dust under the bed * guests were required to throw garbage to the Refuse Room .... I understand that there is a need to keep cleanliness, however we pay for Cleaning Service Fee RM 30. * Holes in the towels which we report to the host and they get it replace * 1 of the duvet was not covered * no next blanket or bedsheet for the sofa-bed

The Internet TV was faulty and we did not able to enjoy watching the program. Although complaint was made but it was not able to be fixed.
