Best location near to airport and all popular points

The villa was big and spacious. Most important of all, it's super clean and well maintained even though it has been around for almost 5 years. There are two restaurants nearby the villa (less than 1 minute walk) serving nice Nasi Kandar and Western food with reasonable price. The owner of the villa is an easy going person and super friendly. He even gave our family (6 of us in total) free 2 hours mangroove trip. Saved us at least RM250 if we were to sign up the same package from any operators at the island. Good news is they are expanding. I suppose that is a good sign indicating alot of tourists actually love this place very much. The new villa is much bigger than the one we stayed. The new one can easily fit in 8 person and the construction should be completed and ready for rent by January 2023. Looking forward to stay in the new villa in my next trip. Trust me, you will never regret staying there.

The location is a bit bad as it is still under development, a lot of mosquitoes maybe due to house development nearby, when raining there isn't any roof to block the rain to the rooms

Nabil is an awesome host. Super friendly, kind and polite! He replied to our msgs via watsapp promptly. The entire homestay was pretty new, very clean/ modern and organized. We never regretted chosing this homestay. It's really perfect for family of 4 and above. Nabil also gave us a surprise- free private mangrove tour during our stay!! We'll definitely come back to Langkawi and stay at the same villa!

Thou we didn't have any plans to use the BBQ pit, we saw it was pretty rusty. Lastly, would be great if they have in-house washing machine and drier as the laundromat is about 5-8minutes drive. There's also only one shop outside the villa which opens for lunch only. Hence, you need to travel out for your brekkie if not you can prep your own in the villa kitchen.

Perfect for girls trip n get together. It is very comfy. The villa itself is very clean inside n outside. The owner is super nice - he treat us with nasi kandar upon our arrival n send breakfast the next day. Hence this indeed a plus point for this experience.

Nothing really, just that outside is the villa construction is ongoing. They are building few more villas. But that doesnt disturb us much as we are inside the villa compound all the time.

Very nice villa that is suitable for a group. The place was modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was a vary nice place to relax with friends, and location was good in that it was very close to airport and near Pantai Chenang. The host is the best host I've had while travelling.

None, but maybe the host can plant some tree in front of the pool (facing main road) so that it wouldn't be obvious for people to see whenever we go swim in the pool. Thank you.

It is just near the airport, which is quite a pleasant surprise. My son had a whale of time doing planespotting. Rooms are so tastefully decorated. Owner even treated us to packed delicious dinner on our last night of stay. We are so so so much delighted with our stay

The pool was a bit smaller than expected but still very good. Worth the price. And kitchen has no fan but when it is windy, then it is OK. Other than that, everything is superb
