"The apartment is nestled in between new Setia residential areas. The apartment itself is very new and yet to have full occupancy. The apartment is quite a walking distance from the nearest Semenyih Taipan shops, but less than 5 mins driving. The self check-in procedures are clear and straightforward, personally given by the owner. The house exceeds our expectation: very clean, nicely decorated with pleasant personal touches from the owner. It has almost complete furniture sets: from kitchen utensils, fridge, dining table, living room sofa, balcony chairs; bed, simple cabinet and air-conditioner for each room and water heaters for each bathroom. The pillows and mattress are so comfortable and the towels fresh. If internet wifi and washing are being added in to the apartment, this will make a complete home away from home for everyone. "Overall the house is really pretty and clean. The basic things also included such as shampoo, bath body, iron and iron board; detergent and washing machine, and others. Comfortable to cook also. The pool also really nice. Really nice place to stay. The staff also nice. Recommended. "
