The room, shower, bed all are in a clean condition. The location is very strategic. Close to mrt station, KFC, restaurants, Watsons and many convenient stores nearby. The staff is kind and friendly. If I'll come to Cheras, I'll come to this hotel again.. Keep up the good work. Thank you M Design Hotel!

Always can see this hotel cause my friends stay pertama area, just happened my home area no water supply 2 days. Actually i want to try to stay here before, then this is the chance i stay here. Actually check in hotel at 2pm, when i 12.45pm reach there, they very responsible to get fast and clean hotel, i check in around 1.10pm, very thanks to khairul! After check in, just feel amazing, room standard for couple, everything has been prepare. Hair dryer,toothbrush,toothpaste,shower gel, shampoo,comb,shower cap. Room is clean even they rushing cleaning, non smoking room! Is fresh and comfortable to stay here! Room also provide tea, coffee, 3 hanger, no cupboard, feel comfortable cause i dont like cupboard haha...1 full body mirror beside toilet, no more infront the bed. Like room design so much !!!Parking infront hotel have 2 for hotel guest, but dont worry have many parking in same road cause there is mrt station infront hotel! Not too worry about that. Mrt station can direct to pavilion kl area, or sg buloh area. Same road also have kfc, mamak,99 speedmart,kk supermarket etc...really enjoy to stay here! Thanks for the staff helpfulness! I will check in here again. Please keep it up!!!

The room was very clean and totally worth the price. The location is very convenient too as it's very close to the MRT station, plus there are a few restaurants and convenience store so it's super easy to get food and drinks!

Newly renovated hotel. Clean and completed with necessary facilities. Parking at roadside available with own cost. MRT Station within walking distance. Nearby restaurants surrounding the area. Nice and polite staffs with good service. I enjoyed my 2night stays and will come back again.

Great location and almost perfect cleanliness. It’s relatively easy to find parking near to the hotel. The only cons that I can think of is that there is no hanger in the room to hang wet towel and clothes.

Not Bad, but can improved”
I'm stayed for 3 nights. the room is spacious, but the cleanliness is disappointed- there was some water under the table that stink. For the housekeeping, we need to inform them if we want the room to be clean, even though we already going out.
