M hotel its a stategic hotel, near klcc, market, kuliner, public transport (go kl). All staff are kindness and humble. Room very clean, room service stanby everyday. Only i cant upgrade my room because i was booked online and also no kettle electric inside but they will give if we need and request for hot water. And one more plus, iron is ready in every floor. By the way, i really enjoyed my vacation and stayed at M hotel. Thanks for all staff With love, -Chika-

Hotel price is good with very basic facilities”

The hotel is near to Medan Tuanku monorail, Quill City, Pertama Complex, KL Sogo and Jalan TAR. Room is quite spacious but without window. Unluckily, we found spider webs at the chair and the ceiling. There is also excessive dust under the bed. TV channel is limited and boring. There is no kettle provided in the room for boiling hot water. Only two bottles of small size bottled water with two cups for the room. Clothes iron with iron board can be found outside the room near the lift. Toilet is quite spacious too with water heater shower, a bucket and a bailer but only two bars of soap are provided. We're annoyed with the weird sound from the ceiling. Luckily we can sleep at night.

1. The hotel condition was actually beyond my expectation as a budget hotel..It's still considerably new, comfortable and clean, well- maintained.(as of Jan 19) 2. With the amount of money you pay, you get plenty of tv channels (sports/ FOX movies etc) which is soo rare for a hotel such as this. To be improved: 1. Should provide a kettle in the room/ one Coway or Cuckoo for supplies of hot water to drink 2. proper shampoo and soap 3. proper comforter/ blanket for the bed Everything else is good already-

This is the second time I've stayed here. I choose this hotel primarily because of the location. Very near with LRT and Monorail stations and both are connected with covered walkway. Also because this hotel is new. New hotels means the facilities is everything new.

Small but very clean room”

The room is small, has basic necessities and very very clean for what I would considered a cheap hotel. Location is near to SOGO, Jalan TAR etc max 10 minutes walk. A bit noisy since the hotel is near to main road.

Affordable and strategic location”

First time I’m staying at budget hotel in KL. Affordable and strategic location to Sogo, Pertama Kompleks & public transport. Easy to park my car in front of the hotel and definitely will come back to stay here.

Clean & comfortable room. Very near to 24 hours mamak restaurant & MyNews convenience store. Breakfast not provided but can easily buy nasi lemak accross the road in the morning. Walking distance to public transport (buses & monorail).

Worth it”

The room is clean,bathroom is clean, looks brand new. The aircond and hot shower are working. Location is great, very near sogo and shops in jalan tar. I could sleep easily and comfortably. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied.

located in the heart of the city. near to train station. room was clean & comfy. just that the toilet in the room i booked had a leak. hope it can be repaired. very worth money paid.

The room is clean but rather small. There is no fridge and coffee maker in the room but hot water flask is availble at the counter.

The hotel is still new. Bathroom was clean and bed were ok. It is walking distance to sogo and jalan tar. Everything was value for money except for the morning shift receptionist need to attend hospitality course. Thats the only downfall thou.
