Great business hotel - luxury at a budget”

Among the "nice" hotels in Singapore, M hotel is probably the most affordable. Great location - right in the middle of the Central Business District, which is not too far away from the entertainment district. The room was functionally well-designed. It wasn't a huge room but there was a good-sized writing desk, a vanity table, a lounge chair and footstools and side tables etc, without making the room cramped at all. It was still comfortably spacious. Breakfast for 2 was included with the price of the room which made it an awesome deal. There wasn't as much variety as upscale hotels but it was enough. Quality of the food was pretty decent. Our only "bad" experience with the hotel was when they charged us $0.10 supposedly for making a local call (that we didn't make - but oh well it was $0.10). Also minor, but we had charged our tab at the bar to our room which they forgot to process on checkout so had to follow up later with an email. I'd definitely recommend M hotel for business travelers and tourists alike. It's like a Lexus - good quality and great value for money.

Great location, Comfortable room”

stayed in m hotel for a night. close to mrt station tanjong pagar and right in front of the bus stop. 24-hour mcd and 7/11 is just step away from the hotel. close to the vivo city and sentosa island (sgd 6 from hotel to sentosa casino). it is located on green line (changi airport) so it is easier to reach the airport by mrt. all the staffs are really nice and helpful, i ordered superior room but they give us club room in 25th floor. it really had a great view, really spacious room (compared to other singapore's room hotel generally), the bed was really comfortable. the room (as well as the bathroom) is really clean and neat. the breakfast is just nice minimum variation but it was delicious. we also got free one way ride to sentosa island (as a package) so it really a great deal. the cons: you have to pay if you want to get wi-fi, kinda expensive but we dont need wi-fi anyway. and also there was a construction work on our floor so sometimes it was a bit disturb but overall we really enjoy our stay in m hotel.

Worth Hotel”

This hotel is the best. Anyone should invest on booking at this hotel because you will have the time of your lives. I book it with 50% discount. My booking room is business deluxe room. The hotel is situated 10 minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT (exit H),the central shopping district and there are also shopping malls beneath the hotel. M Hotel also has a wonderful Barbecue dinner buffer. This is a 5 star hotel with 8.0 out of 10.0 good views. In all, this hotel is very convenient and excellent. You should definitely consider staying at M Hotel as it will be the best choice in Singapore. I think this is a good choice especially for business traveler.

Amazing Experience”

This was probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everyone from the top to bottom was all class. They are super friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to keep you happy and smiling. I had ordered room service and needed a copy of the receipt for my office, since I forgot to get it I emailed the M Hotel and their Finance office contacted me with a scanned copy of the receipt! Incredible! I must say the customer service at this hotel is far beyond anyone's expectations. Breakfast and Room Service were superb and the fact that it is located perfectly around everything and anything you need does wonders. I will always be staying at the M Hotel and I would do so to recommend anyone else travelling to Singapore to do the same! A very wonderful place!

-First of all about hotel's location : easy to find on map , 7&11 just couples walk from hotel also MRT and coffee shop..etc... -2nd is about room : Absolutely perfect room with clean toilet and great view from floor 25th, by special promotion of Agoda that I'm only need to pay less than official price to get 5* room. Big X and O for Agoda. -Check in and check out fast and easy. -I wish I could stay longer more than 1 night in M hotel. I'm gonna come back Singapore and for sure I'll choose M hotel for my next trip.

Chic hotel with well-equipped rooms”

although my stay was only for one night, i was intrigued by the spectacular sight i had when i first stepped into the hotel. the entire view simply reflects class and modernity. it was then i already knew that i will not be disappointed by m hotel singapore. i proceeded to the counter and was served by one of the friendly employees. it took no more than 5 minutes and i was allocated a spacious and comfortable room equipped with modern facilities. one thing i really liked was the trendy working desk that allowed me to use my laptop and complete my upcoming presentation at ease. to conclude, i will definitely return m hotel in future, without a doubt!

Strategic location with spacious rooms ”

this is my 2nd stay at m hotel singapore. of course i must be a satisfied guest if i'm returning to the hotel one month after my initial stay. anyway, back to topic, i booked the same room type (superior), and once i headed up to my allocated room, i jumped and snuggled onto the fluffy, restful king sized bed! as usual, i made good use of the spacious working desk. it gives me a great deal of inspiration! looking forward to my next stay in this hotel soon!

Good Business Hotel”

I can see M Hotel being a good business hotel. The room was well decked out for work, with a nicely sized desk and many power outlets. It had also been recently refurbished so everything looked nice, new and modern. A word on the lighting in the room -- there are a lot of strong down-lights around the room. You'll probably find them annoying if you're lying in bed or trying to do your make-up by the mirror. They're far too bright, direct and harsh. The bed was also a bit on the small side (queen) and far too soft. The bathroom was nice with separate shower and tub. The tub was a bit on the small side but adequate and it filled quickly. The shower pressure was abysmal and the doors, although new, were already not closing properly. Breakfast was ok as well, but the variety wasn't great. The staff that served me weren't terrible but weren't good either. I read a previous review lamenting that the staff felt like they didn't want to be there and I concur. The only smile and greeting I received was from one staff member at the concierge desk. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, though at that price range and in a city location, I've stayed at better hotels in Singapore.

Excellent value, will stay again”

i got a good-sized room through agoda for only $126 which, when i saw the hotel, i realized was a really good price to pay for this kind of hotel in singapore. the M Hotel isn't in the center of the action, but that's no problem because it is so near the MRT everything is easy to get to. the breakfast is adequate and filling - not as lavish as some buffets you get in other hotels, but that's really not a big issue. the quality of the food is pretty good.

One night staycation”

We reached M Hotel at around 9pm and the staff gave us a free upgrade (probably because the other rooms were packed?). Either way, we gladly accepted it and was genuinely surprised with the room that we got. Our room was in the 24th floor, one of the M club rooms hence it was definitely one of the better ones. The huge bed was definitely a boon, so was the huge workspace and rest chair that would make the room a comfortable home for traveling business-people. The hotel was also cheaper than most hotels in the same area, making M Hotel very worthwhile for its money. Overall, I'm really grateful for the free upgrade and M Hotel would definitely be my go-to hotel of choice for my next staycation.

Great location and good services”

I stayed at this hotel with my mother and my auntie - who are both over 60. Location was therefore my great concern as I did not want them to walk too much. It turned out to be excellent - China Town is at walking distance. A 3-min walk would bring you to Tiong Bahru metro station. If you want to take a cab, no worries about the price as it takes a short time to go to the major tourist attractions around Marina Bay. The breakfast was impressive - great variety with high quality - 4 to 5 star standard. The staff were very helpful. They were very patient in explaning the whereabouts of and directions to all tourist attractions that I want to visit. Also, they upgraded my room to one with sea view. On the other hand, I noticed that M hotel is pretty business-oriented and has all facilities that a businessman needs. Price is not particularly cheap but I would consider it cheap given its location and quality of services.

Great choice for an economic getaway in town”

Hotel reception was fast and efficient. Check in and check out was a matter of less than 5 minutes. Room was relatively cosy although the setting could be less executive like to suit less corporate inclined guests. Room was spacious and furnished sufficiently for a business stay. Television was rather small with few variety of channels. All in all, M hotel was relatively hospitable and a perfect choice for a businessman's stay and reasonably priced for a comfortable getaway in the heart of CBD. Indeed value for money.

M hotel is centrally located in the business district. It is near the CBD, Sentosa, Chinatown and most of the tourist attractions. Value for money if you are looking for a decent and affordable hotel. The services rendered such as requesting for toothbrush and toothpaste set and room service (breakfast) was efficient and up to standard. The person who served the breakfast wore a lovely smile. Other than the fact whereby i do not have a nice view of the city, or i have nothing to pick on.

we got a great time there after varieties activities for whole days and did enjoy such a peaceful and luxurious space at m hotel. the overall of the hotel is huge so that you can recognize it easily on the main street. the accommodation was exceptional with modern furniture and helpful stuffs such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, a full kit of shampoo - bath gel - conditioner - moisturizer, clean bathtub and separated shower. you dont need to worry if you forget to bring along some of your necessary things. the staffs were really friendly and you would get what u need just by a call. we were almost late for the flight on the last day but luckily the old-man staff waited for us in the elevator with his trolley then picked up all our luggage and hurry to find a taxi. there was a wild window but we didnt enjoy much coz it is glass fixed and is not allowed to be open. anyway, you could have a sit on the side of the window and view the light life of the city. the swimming pool, which is on about the 10th floor, was nice but we didnt have enough time to enjoy. you can reach a nearly bus stop about 10 mins walk or mrt. furthermore, there were not really much restaurants for you to discover at night except mc donald or cafe 2000 which is at the lobby of the hotel. if you want to eat frog porridge, you have to take early mrt to geylang and make sure that you ll be back before 12am to catch the last mrt. there were also lots of hotel's activities or parties, just ask the reception for further information. our package was not included free wifi so we had to purchase separately. there are also 4 bottles of water in room but noted that just the two mini bottles with millennium logo are free. we didnt know about the policy there when booking from agoda, so we had to pay 100 sgd to deposit. in case you get stuck like us, remember to show your credit card (not debit) at the front desk.

Great service and lovely hotel”

firstly, i would like to compliment the staff for being friendly and nice. she upgraded my room to executive with king bed, and even allow me to check out late the next day. this totally brighten up my mood. the room was clean and well maintained, it smell good as well. i love the king size bed, it was super comfortable and i slept well throughout the night. the air-con was cold and the bathroom was spacious and nicely funished. the view out of our window was the ships and the sea, it was quite nice especially in the morning. the hotel is also near to a lot of nightlife clubs, pubs that are walking distance which is very convenience for us. the breakfast was good with standard varieties of choices. the stay that include breakfast was definitely worth the price of it. i enjoyed my stay in m hotel and i will definitely visit there again.

We booked 2 rooms and the 4 of us are very happy and satisfied with our stay at M Hotel. The hotel staff are very welcoming as well as the check in staff, Vishalini who was very friendly and professional. The hotel room is big and very clean, bed is comfortable . The hotel location is excellent with MRT a short walk away and great food court all within walking distances. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again should I visit Singapore in the future.

Great Hotel In business district and good service”

M hotel is a great business hotel, it is located in the business district of Singapore. The hotel has great restaurants and bar and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Room service is fast and the room size is pretty value for money. Staying on higher floor will give you good night city view of Singapore's business district. It is also very fast to get to the airport via the expressways that it is connected to. Overall this is definitely a return to stay hotel.

Good value for money”

Good value hotel in over-priced and expensive Singapore. Friendly reception staff. Older property but well maintained. to get taxis here. For those who do not want to take over-priced, expensive taxis in Singapore, there is a bus stop located right in front of M Hotel that gets you to Marina Bay Sands, Raffles Place, etc conveniently. Gym has all the necessary equipments, but a bit small and overcrowded.
