Location is excellent. 5-minute walk to Nu Sentral shopping mall and the integrated rail transportation hub. Less than 100 meters to KL Sentral Monorail Station. Many food outlets nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. They made me feel at home. The room: Neat and clean. Aircon is good. Bed is very comfortable. Safe is easy to use with simple and clear instructions. Bathroom looks modern. Shower with good temperature control and water pressure. Hairdryer is made available when guest calls room service. This is my first time staying in this hotel, which i reckon is excellent value for money. Now that i have found it, my future visits to Kuala Lumpur will be made easy. No second thoughts, this hotel will be my 1st choice.

Great location”

Room was kinda small, but perfect for solo traveler, with very comfortable bed, linens. Excellent hot shower with good pressure. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great seafood restaurant across the street. Location is perfect for using the RapidKL. Coming in by train to KL Sentral, walk through NuSentral mall to skybridge and cross over, escalator down in front of 7-11, pass by ABC cafe & see M&M on your left. I bought a Rapid Pass and went everywhere by train (Batu Caves for $5.40MYR RT). KTM Komuter to airport was $55MYR, non stop. This Motel exceeded my expectations. Absolutely recommend.

Amazing Stay!”

The location is everything! It's very close to KL Sentral, restaurants, and shops. The check in was smooth and the staff are quite nice. The room is very clean, even though it's pretty small. They provide you toiletries and complimentary mineral water and coffee as well. I could also keep my luggage at the hotel for 2 days. What we didn't like about our stay was I could hear people talking from outside of my room. Also, at first I didn't feel safe to keep my luggage at the hotel since I was just being told to put my luggage in the storage room with other luggages without any tags. Maybe next time, the hotel could provide the tag with the numbers for each luggage to prevent any of your guests' belongings stolen. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely will go back if I ever visit Kuala Lumpur again! Hope the staff are staying safe and healthy during this situation!

Best place to stay near KL Sentral”

Inexpensive and so reasonably priced, M&M hotel has clean small basic rooms that's perfect around KL Sentral. There are good 24 hour restos and even a laundrymat across the street. Safe and clean neighborhood. I always stay here for business when. In KL.

hotel was recommended by a friend, and didn't regret choosing M&M. very near KL Sentral, easy to locate (due to its unique design), and easy access to food (kopitiams and burger stalls plenty). room is clean and comfortable with TV, bathroom equipped with water heater as well. more importantly, free WiFi is available :D

Good hotel, good location. No Complain.”

The hotel is new and clean with modern design. Located in little india area. The environment is not so clean, but it really safe even for single women traveller like me (ignore my account name^^). The Indian people is very nice. From KL sentral station go to NU sentral mall, and follow the way to the monorail entrance, down the escalator, walk about 5 menit and you’re there(you can see the building a little from the mall near monorail entrance). Surrounded by Indian, Chinese and some of malayan restoran, coin laundry, telecomunication counter, and convenience store. Room condition just like agoda photo. A little bit small but OK with me. The receptionist is good and helpfull. They help me check in early and help me to get the same room to extend even in the peak seasons during Christmas holiday. Message for management/owner : invest a little to build glass partition in the bathroom to avoid the water spread all over when we’re taking a bath, and you’ll be EXCELLENT HOTEL!.

Great hotel in KL sentral”

I love this hotel so much, it located right behind MRT sttion of KL sental, and when you go accross the street you will fine NU Sentral mall that connected to KL sentral station, where you can go anywhere in Malaysia, plus because this hotel located very near to KL sentral so is very helpful if you need to go to Airport or came from airport, so next time if I come over to KL, i will very much consider this hotel to stay, the room might be not big, a bit confuse about hot water at first, but it's all ok, the staff also very friendly and helpful Don't worry about breakfast, you can find many restaurants, with cheap price food around

Exceptional”

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it's still excellent. The location is great, a couple of minutes away from KL Sentral. All major attractions in Kuala Lumpur are one train way from the property (without needing to transfer) There are a lot of restaurants around and Nu Sentral is right next to it (major shopping mall with a food court too).

Perfect location for a Stopover in KL ”

M&M is located in walking distance to KL Sentral Train Station, so it's easy to take the KLIA Ekpres from and to the Airport, or various other means of public transport to get around in the city. Rooms are clean. staff is nice. No restaurant or breakfast, but it's easy to find food in the surroundings. We'll probably stay there again soon.

Nice Hotel”

I stayed at M&M Hotel for 8 days and it was cleaned and comfortable. Value for money with no frail and hassle. As many have given the feedback before that the bed is comfortable and it really is. It was fairly quiet throughout my stay. The staff are friendly. Hotel is near train station and Sentral shopping. Surrounded with lots of good and affordable food. Do note that the room is a bit small with no luggage space. I placed my luggage under the table.

This is one of the best budget hotels I have ever stayed. It is very close to KL Sentral station so if you are going to use public transport in KL or visit any parts of Malaysia, KL Sentral is the best location. Staffs are very friendly especially the Malaysian lady at the reception. Room is really clean and there is a an electric kettle and coffee in the room. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We loved KL city so much that we have decided to revisit there again and we will definitely be staying in this hotel again.

3-day working trip to KL”

Its a new hotel, room is relatively small but adequate for single person with little luggage. Avoid rooms in the center (without window) at GF, 1F and 2F, it seems to be no 3G/ 4G phone signal for Digi phone line. But rear and front rooms with windows and rooms above 3F have less problem of the Digi line signal. Outside hotel, phone signal is strong. It's next to Joy Inn, Joy Mini Market, careful the location shown in the Agoda map is not correct. Take note that you'll need pay RM50 deposit during check-in. Plenty of restaurant and food stalls. 50 meter to NU Sentral/ KL Sentral.

Amenities,service and price are reasonable , Location is nearest KL Sentral for 5min walk through Nu sental mall, but need to improve soundproof wall due to I heard the couple in other room in my floor made a sound during made love like any animal sound(my terrible for 2nd night that I stayed in M&M)

Back again and again”

As usual for this hotel, location is the best. You can reach every place as KL Sentral is just few hundred metres away. No big deal to walk a little. Soundproof is not so well as usual. It was pretty noisy this time. Other than that it's all good. For those who need convenience to go around and short distance to food and public transport, this is the place for it.

Value for money, IF you intend to spend your day out in KL Sentral”

For this price, I would come again. All I wanted for my stay in KL was a comfortable bed to sleep in, a clean room, and a nice shower. The room was really small, but that is expected, and I was perfectly comfortable with that. All I planned to do was go out for the entire day, and come back to recharge myself for the next day's activities. The location is excellent! It is at the heart of Kuala Lumpur City, with good food at nearly every street. It is just a 5 minute walk from KL sentral, which has access to every other part in KL and to the airport. The room I stayed in was clean. Only, in the morning when I woke up, there was little cockroach running around, which I promptly killed. That was the only minor setback of this place

Tiny room but brand new facilities ”

M&M hotel is really of great value for its location and complete set of basic facilities. Both the bath and the AC work perfectly- in fact, the AC was so strong that we caught a cold after the first night. More importantly, you can easily walk to bunch of bus/subway stops and find delicious, cheap seafood/ authentic Indian food on the street. Would recommend it to those who are traveling on budget and love to try foods!

Strategic & Very Clean Hotel in KL Sentral Area”

This hotel located very strategic in KL Sentral area, very near to Monorail station, Nu Sentral mall, KL Sentral station and airport bus station. The hotel was very clean, both bedroom and bathroom altough rather small. The staff was also very friendly, kind and polite, both when I checked in and checked out. Everything was fine so overall I really very satisfied stay at this hotel.

I love this place. Very convinient, great food places nearby and the shopping mall is walking distance. Great to go running. Parking a little challenge. Great for backpackers and solo travellers.
