This guesthouse was absolutely lovely”
The host was amazing. My bus arrived to Pai late and the guest house is at least 1.5km from the bus stop on the way out of town. When I arrived. Everything was closed, but a neighbor helped me find the owner and get settled. That night she offered me the use of her scooter to get back into town! She then rented it to me for the next 2 days in town! My bungalow was located directly above their pond in their great country setting. There were ants in the bathroom, quite a few, but there were none in the room itself. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who wants to see Pai, but not sleep in the middle of a party.

It's quiet and far enough (but still walking distance) from main city center. One of the best deals I got for the price I paid! Wide wooden bungalow with AC, TV, and a fridge! The owner is very nice. If you want peace, privacy and quiet, that's the place. Plus, the best restaurant in Pai is just next door ;)

Lovely family resort outside of Pai”
Nice family running resort outside of town. Nature, Perfect sunset point in 2 minutes from resort. Just 10 minute walk to Pai, Walking street. 15 minutes drive to hot springs and elephant camp. Location is near the road, but not noisy. Nice fish pound next to bungalows. Service with the smile. It was great time

We stayed there for 2 days,the house is owned by two siblings,Tip and his sister,they are very nice. If you want to seek a quiet place to stay, it will be a good.But the bathroom maybe pilled up with little ants.

Sweet accommodation just outside Pai centre”
our bungalow was of a fairly decent standard and was quite rustic, though had all the amenities we needed. during our stay the room wasn't made-up which might bother people more than it did, us. the lady who runs the place is very friendly and helpful- sorting out a cheap motorbike for us to rent and offering us lifts into town, often. it's about a 20-minute walk into the centre and it's quite a nice stroll (depending on the heat!!) the resort in far enough away from the bustle to be nice and relaxed (depending on who you have in the bungalow next to you!!)

Good for the money you pay”
Our beds were not changed for our arrival, we had to ask the stuff to change them before going to sleep, the bathroom was not cleaned neither, we found a previous guest flip flops on the floor as well as open soap on the shelf... was not very pleasant. Beds are hard, and blankets are thin, we were freezing, temperature in Pai in winter goes down to +10°C.

It was a lovely staying . The owner was super friendly and welcoming. The place is quiet and surrounded by trees but still not too far from the city. But if wi fi is very important For you be aware that often is not working well.

When we got there, she just welcomed us right in. Very chill country atmosphere. Those who haven't been raised with chickens will love it. We rented a moto from her for a few days and she set me up with some tasty Chinese tea every morning.

not bad at all. the room was okay for one person. toilet area not clean and too congested. the front door has only one upper sliding lock which is not good enough for security purpose.

Location was OK. About 10 min walk from town. We did have noisy neighbours so didn't sleep well. Room very basic but you get what you pay for. Staff very polite and helpful.
