Room was nice and clean, except for the carpet! Only one washcloth for two people. No Kleenex, no cups for coffee and no plastic cups for brushing ones teeth! Front desk was closed up at 6:00 pm. Did leave key for room behind!👍👍

Nice Place”

Looks a bit tatty on the outside, but the room was actually quite nice. Everything worked, (hot water, A/C, etc.) and the staff is very friendly.

Basic, old motel. Very clean, room was spacious. TV and WiFi didn't work, office was closed when we arrived at 7PM, so no one to ask about it. Even with that, would stay there again.

Dirty room”

The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The AC did not work. The staff was not very helpful. In short, not worth it staying here

Very nice place! Driving cross country and was one of our best rooms we had especially for the price. Very clean, nice beds, shower and towels!

Exceptional”

Very nice lady at check in, happily gave us plates so we could eat our pizza that I took to go. The door handle to my room was extremely stiff and initially thought the lock wasnt releasing when I first swiped the card but quickly figured it out. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable for me and my 3 year old son slept through the night. My buddy in the room next door was happy with his room as well. Dish network on the TV made it easy for my son to watch cartoons before bed. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone willing to respect the property. And the price was very fair. Great people in Ely too.

Clean, quiet, good value. Had a slight problem with our room. The front desk solved it in no time flat and we were smiling again. We got service with a smile.

Acceptable”

The A/C was so loud it would wake us up each time it came on, which was often. The room would go from hot to cold. The steps to the second floor were steep. Not good for older folks.

Wonderful, pleasant and very helpful staff. Quiet even though on the main road. Looking forward to going back again

Ok hotel if you're near Great Basin NP”

Ok hotel, grumpy staff”

This particular night was an add-on to my reservation. I did a separate booking to keep the rate of my previous booking. When I did this, I mistakenly booked a smoking room. The lady that checked me in pointed this out, didn't have an open non-smoking room (which I understood, as it was my fault), but then gave me a short lecture on how I should have called them directly after booking to make sure everything was right. I didn't appreciate her tone and grumpy behavior. The smoking room did have an odor, as expected, but it seemed clean. I did have to fix the bathroom sink (the stopper was stuck down and I had to adjust from underneath) and the shower head (wasn't screwed in tightly). Easy fixes, but disappointing to have to think about it.

Hotel voldeed aan BW-eisen”

De ontvangst door 'mevrouw' was niet de ontvangst die je verwacht in een Best Western Hotel. Misschien had zij haar dag niet, ik bedoel twee dagen. Maar de heer des huizes was vriendelijk en service gevoelig. Ontbijt is in een kleine ruimte, net voldoende voor de grootte van het hotel. Ely spoorweg museum is leuk als je er op een dag bent dat er gereden wordt.

ELY 高性价比MOTEL”

自驾游美中孤独公路（50号公路），那么ELY是最值得逗留的城市， 这里就在镇上的主要街道旁，旁边是ELY中学，再往西就是著名的内达华酒店和监狱酒店，房间很干净，早餐也不错。

挺方便的”

当晚赶路到凌晨2点才到这个motel，虽然员工不在但早已将房卡信封粘在office门上，方便我们自行拿房，房间里面也干净整洁 空间还算大 这个价钱来说挺不错的了 周边环境也不会很吵
