Great location, cheap rooms”

A small little guest house in the middle of Bukit Bintang area. Very close to the bar strip so you can hear some bass from the music during night time even my room was without windows. The room was clean and OK standard but the bathroom was very tiny. I could not manage to connect to the WiFi network. You get what you pay for. It's perfect for a night or two and low budget travellers. Staff was helpful with late check-in (2am) and sorting out airport taxi. I'll stay there again for a quick stop in KL.

Nice location”

I have called and confirm with them few days before we arrived, but they still do not have any rooms for us. However, they managed to arrange us at nearby Babylon Guest House with much smaller room that we feel that it is not worth for our money.

Great aircon, hot shower, security. no common room, minimal breakfast. Adequate for cost.

dirty place and lousy service”

i was suprise when i arrive to check in the reception ask me to relocate at another hotel, but the end he says he got a room for us. the room was so dirty, bed linen smells bad and aircon was not working. the was no water presure in the shower and when we complain the staff just shakes his head and make no effort to help us.no breakfast provuded. overall lousy hotel and such a bad name for malaysia!

No sense of security whatsoever ”

I was horrified by the lack of security of this place...sure, the lobby looked "OK"...but after that, as I walked to the room, the floors creaked, hardly a worthy room door, the outside door could be opened by a hard push from the outside, the toilet ventilation was horrible and outlook was disappointing. I mean common, even if you want to give travellers the option of a cheap motel, at least cheap but presentable would be nice instead of cheap and lousy. Typical of Malaysian conditions now, according to the name. In the US, cheap budget inns managed to give a presentable and maintainable outlook...why? because more would come if you were cheap and presentable...seriously!

Good location but poor hotel”

We went out so we spent only 3 or 4 hours in the hotel but that's enough. However, it is located in the road of bars and nightclub in the foreign area!

bad experience, the house was for workers ”

really bad! i did even stayed for a night although i had paid!im really angry with this.my money had been wasted！its really not a hotel for tourist！the photo was not same with the real room.all of the foreign workers stayed there through out the year!unpleasant smell,dirty bed,all of their facilities were very disgusting!

Aircond malfunction, extemely small room, dirty”

Terrible stay! The hotel was dirty and small, seems like a place! The aircond was mafunctioned, the staff called a technician but couldn't fix the problem. Other rooms were fully vacant and we had to sleep without aircond!

Bad. No parking. Have to park at street. Heavy smell when go into room.

Cheap ”

Cheap but the door lock is spoiled. there's someone pushing your door during 2am! a fake guard trying to ask tip for parking fee.

J'avais réservé une jolie chambre dans cette hôtel. En arrivant sur place, les responsables de l'hôtel m'ont dit qu'ils ne géraient la page agoda de leur propre hôtel. Insistant sur le fait que j'avais déjà payé sur la page de cette hôtel. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. Ils m'ont transféré dans l'hôtel d'en face, le Babylon hôtel. C'est l'hôtel le plus dégueulasse que je n'ai jamais vu de ma ma vie. Les chambres sont miniscules et tellement sale que vous n'avez même pas envie de dormir dedans. Les serviettes de bain sont tachées et trouées, je me demande même si ils les lavent... Il y a pourtant deux pages agoda différentes pour ces deux hôtels, mais le gérant du Babylon m'a dit que c'était pareil. J'avais booke une chambre spacieuse avec une fenêtre et me retrouve dans une chambre immonde sans même une seule fenêtre. Je montre la photo au gérant de ce que j'avais booke, mais rien n'y fait. Ces deux hôtels sont à éviter. Vraiment n'y aller pas. Ils n'ont aucun sens de la propreté et du respect des clients. Ils veulent gagner l'argent c'est tout, les clients iront se faire foutre.
