Hit by Covid …”

It is very sad to see the Codie’s aftermath .. the resort it’s spectacular and nothing to envy to a Four Seasons. Rooms are step away from the beach and very large. Unfortunately, during my visit, there was lack of staff and care. The room was made it in 3 to 4 minutes, never saw in my life .. I was tell to wait outside the room meanwhile the housekeepings were changing the towels and make the bed - nothing more! Never changed the bed linen or clean floor, toilet in 5 days of stay.. The morning breakfast was included and since there were only 4 rooms during my stay, the meals were served by order, no buffet. That’s was a great news as I tough was prepared to order - but in fact - I went out to eat breakfast for the rest of the days after have tried the first day… Just NOT good at all and very, very, very cheap quality ingredients. I was not told but forced to have my important meal of the day out of the resort… The first day I had meal at the restaurant in the afternoon and only one staff was stand-by Every time I needed something, I had to interrupt him busy with is phone and seems to be pissed off from my beverage requests… I understand not much people and very annoyed to wait the hours pass by, but for a guest not a great feeling.. Didn’t fo anymore to the restaurant. In my room there where mold along all the wall connecting with the bed transpired from the bathtub. Pool is great and very nice lay-out however, due all the little jungle built around, there should be some one to clean dust, flowers, leaves and tree branches more often then once a day .. I am not sure if it’s the hotels standard, if not, i really hope they can groom staffing and attentiveness in order to be a prime destination on the island.

i'm so glad that i chose to stay here , the staffs are very friendly and helpful since the first step i touched on the island.The room is quite beautiful and functional.They provide everything we needed without asking,it's so impressive. I also fell in love with the atmosphere around the resort ,it was so peaceful and perfect for my vacation

Ma semaine dans l’hôtel s’est très bien passée la chambre est grande et confortable dommage que les toiles d’araignées au plafond ne soit pas nettoyer Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus La piscine et le jardin sont magnifiques Je recommande

Tive uma situação caricata. Reservei o hotel para 2 noites com entrada para o mesmo dia da reserva. Recebi o e-mail de confirmação do Agoda e estava tudo correcto. Fui fazer o check-in após o jantar e estava tudo fechado, não havia funcionários, ninguém para ajudar no hotel. Só é permitido fazer check-in até as 19:30. Não consegui ficar no hotel. Pena!
