This was an old hotel, but in Great condition. They also have renovated the hotel and also the room. The room is Clean and neat. The location in center of the city. The Food was Great ! The Staff very very Welcoming and helpful. My Suggest, u can give a Carpet for the room. And make an Fitness Centre/Gym at the hotel. Because u already have a great and big building. Si just adjust some room to make a gym. Overall, recomended to Stay in Manado !👍🏻 Nice and Great Old Renovated Hotel !

Covenient location, friendly staff”
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel (first time in 2009). I arrived after midnight after a evening flight from Jakarta, and was greeted warmly by the doorman and front office staff. Besides its convenient location, close to the Manado Convention Center and shopping areas, the rooms were also nice and cosy. I stayed there for 3 nights and was always greeted by the hotel staff with their friendly smiles and warm gestures, whenever I walked in and out of the lobby. Although the breakfast meal was pretty standard for a hotel, but I like the variety which included local dishes, such as bubur Manado. The rooms were nice and cosy. The hotel location is also very convenient, walking distance to the Manado Convention Center and shopping areas, and very easy access to public transportation.

I enjoyed my time at the Manado Quality Hotel with one exception. I asked for a non-smoking room but received one that had an obvious smoke smell. The breakfast was nice, with a large variety of choices, both Indonesian and other. I would stay here again.

The Manado Quality hotel is the top 3 best hotel in Manado so far that I have tried. The hotel is located near Manado Town Square just 5 mins walks. A good choice in Manado.

Good hotel good location”
I was given the room where it has partial or rather minimal view to the sea. Most the view are blocked by the other building section. The room view design could have been better. The room was quite clean, though some furnishings need some maintenance. The hotel location is good, centrally located, on the main boulevard, close to shops and some restaurants. Famous pork ribs soup restaurant is just behind the hotel. As well as famous pork satay is 10 minutes by walk. Getting taxi (as at other places in Manado) was quite difficult. I had to wait half hour to get one. So make sure you book airport transfer or taxi in advance, especially if you're in a rush going to airport.

Need improvement to be competitive”
I stayed at Quality hotel Manado for 2 nights. There are a few good things about the hotel. First, the food is good although more varieties / choices would be better. Second, the staff are friendly. Third, location is alright. It is within a walking distance to MANTOS (Manado Town Square, the main shopping area in Manado). However, there are a few things that need to be done for the hotel to stay competitive. First, in the evening the lobby of the hotel is full of cigarette smoke because there is no proper ventilation system in the bar to suck the smoke out. The smell is dreadful. I informed the manager but they can't seem to do anything. Very disappointing. Second, the toilet is quite dirty. Stained toilet bowl with splashed of urine never cleaned properly. Third, the drain the shower was blocked. It was repaired when I informed the hotel but it was still not done well. I think the hotel needs to review their quality/service especially regarding the smoking area in the bar and the cleanliness. Must improve or to be left out.

i'm a local, i live in manado this hotel located at the main boulevard street of manado, very convenient hotel, near to the mall but thats the only point, the other was mess and very bad, start from the front desk, they couldnt give me the room that i booked, (i think they already gave the room to someone else) , by the rule they should gave me free upgrade to any room, kind of other hotel did i ended up in a room that dirty, old bed not comfort looks like they are not professional in treating their guest if you have any other choice, stay away from this hotel
