Me and my friend took the 7 am boat and arrived at the hotel at around 9am. Now the check in was supposed to be 11am but they let us check in early which was very nice of them. They also gave us free snacks at night. The room was clean and the ac was working great. Love the outdoor shower, it had strong pressure so youll enjoy the rain shower. Although no hot water but it was fine and no bidet. But there was toilet paper. Still i would give it five stars cause it was a cheap yet really good place to stay. The whole place was beautiful. It was also located in san juan which is the night life center of siquijor, where the beach bars were located so it was easy access. The whole place really looked exactly like the photos. We definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend! The place is really nice, it is relatively near the main road but still very peaceful and quiet. What made my stay extra special are the staff. They are very nice and welcoming. They serve free snacks every afternoon (which is very thoughtful of them). They always greet you with a smile and they accommodated my requests. I had a very comfortable rest after a long day. Will definitely book again!

Mandala Tribe has a very cool island vibe. Great value for your money, enjoyed a comfortable treehouse with everything you need to enjoy your time on Siquijor Island. Staff were great, the breakfast was great, would definitely recommend to others and stay again next time.

I must admit we had misunderstanding on the fees on the add-ons but Mandala was quick to resolve the issue. They were very generous for that I am grateful. Apart from that, the staff is superb! Very accomodating and nice. The place was beautiful if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place this is the one for you. The hotel room is gorgeous as well! All in all I am a happy customer of Mandala. Thank you!

Lovely stay”
The place is tucked inside a Brgy, road and have to consider that one. Make sure you have your own transpo - a motorbike, a trike or car. But if you dont mind walking during day towards d main road then you wouldnt have to worry pretty much anything else. (don't think of walking during the night. its pitch-black!) Mandala is composed of 8 stand alone cute villa huts arranged in form of circle. they have trees and plants that provides privacy to each villa hut. The room is at top level and its very clean with high ceiling. I love that they put a ceiling fan in the room. The windows have screens to avoid mosquitoes and other insects to come in the room and i barely need to use the AC as you can easily feel and enjoy natural cook breeze inside the room. Shower and toilet is bottom level of the villa which can be a bit of a challenge especially at night. Staff are nice and polite. gave us afternoon snacks everyday. Price and stay are absolute steal and worth every peso!

What you'll love about this place is that it's very peaceful and you can really feel one with nature. The comfort room has plants in it which kinda adds to the overall vibe of the place. The room was very spacious. The staff were the kindest I had ever encountered. They really would go out of their way to help you out.

If you wanna experience the nature this is the place to be. I love how it really made us feel like staying in a "tribe". The staff were accommodating especially Ate Rose Ann. They serve free snacks during the day. The location is pretty good as well since its close to Paliton beach. I just wish that they have hot shower

Lovely accomodation, very unique idea. Friendly accomodating staff. Very convenient on-site moped rentals using relatively new scooters in good condition, and the price per day was competitive with independant moped rental locations on the island. Limited breakfast and dining choices but the food was local, fresh, and good. Location is ok.

It was a good decision to book the place when my friends and I decided to travel to Siquijor. The place may not be situated in the most convenient location but it adds up to the whole theme and concept. Staff are accommodating and there’s enough privacy. I’d recommend the place for couples more than for a group trip though but we’d like to go back for sure

Booked Mandala for our last night in Siquijor. Loved the ambience, it’s so peaceful. However, was kind of disappointed they didn’t have a guest kit or shampoo/soap offered to guests. The blanket also has stains on it. But overall, if youre looking for a plce to stay for the night lang. Okay ang Mandala for its price sa Agoda :)

The treehouse (not really in a tree) is a basic room supported up above the ground floor bathroom. The bed is alright, but that's about all that's in there. You have to take the steep stairs down to the bathroom, for anything you need to do in there. Which means you have to be sure to wear something if you get the urge to brush your teeth or something since you have to go outside. Also the woman showering in the thong, as shown in the ads, won't likely happen as most close the doors as they shower. :-) Not the kind of resort I'd like to spend much time in, but for sleeping overnight it was OK for the price.

Cozy place not in ideal location”
Mandala Tribe is definitely an excellent budget-friendly lodging if you really want peace and quiet. But the problem is location. It's a bit distant from the highway and necessary establishments - stores and restaurants are scarce and very limited. You have to walk if you want to buy some of your needs or eat out for lunch and dinner. It's recommended to rent motorbike for convenience but I won't recommend it to someone who do not know how to drive. I litterally walked in a very dark road back to the lodging after having my dinner! Staffs are really helpful and kind. I forgot to take my key when I went to the toilet downstairs at dawn time. They immediately assisted me to open my room.

we arrived late at night and there was no light around the area. it was so scary. no nearby restaurants nor convenient store. but the kuya caretaker was super friendly and accommodating. he even helped us where to rent motors. also he offered to buy us food late at night since we were hungry haha.

Place is great and friendly staff. Take note, bathroom is downstairs, separate from your room and there's no hot shower and as u stay longer in the shower, you will get used to it as long u don't think about it hahaha. If you are lover nature this is for you..

The room smelled a bit musky and wasn’t very clean or comfortable. Fine for the price, but own transportation is indispensable as there’s nothing around.
