Exceptional”

I am a local and booked this hotel to watch the National Day Fireworks. Though the staff said that I would have to pay an additional amount to upgrade for the view, they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a room which faced it. I had a fabulous view of the entire Marina Bay Area! Bed was fabulous, really comfortable. Bathroom was fabulous too, good water pressure and really wonderful bathtub. Staff respond very quickly. A bit pricey, but it is a 5 star hotel, and you get what you pay for!

Customer service and location top notch”

Fantastic central location ten minute walk to Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, ten minute walk to Raffles Hotel. Customer service exceptional! Pool area beautiful and all very elegant and classy. Staff constantly bringing over iced drinks and water. Newspapers and sun cream available and free. Views from ocean view bedroom outstanding and breakfast buffet just gorgeous! We loved this hotel!

Great Hotel”

Other than a bit pricy. She is a very nice hotel to stay in. Enjoy our every single second staying there. If can afford she is the hotel you should consider to stay in and judge it yourself. Thank you Mandarin Oriental hotel and all the staffs, world class services.

Top Notch and Friendly Service”

Top notch and friendly service where the staff escorted us to our room, briefed us on the facilities. Special request such as birthday celebration were noted, and a cake was prepared. Room is nice, with good views if you get the Marina Bay View Room.

Amazing Goodbye to Singapore ”

I choose this hotel for my last night in Singapore and the money was well spent. Service is amazing, the view from my room was unbelievable and the pool area is really nice. The breakfast is delicious and has to offer something for everyone. Would recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Singapore 🇸🇬

Awesome view of marina bay sands and flyer!”

We requested for late check out and we got it! It was an awesome staycation for us. The view of mbs and sg flyer frm our room esp at night was so beautiful. The booking of the swimming pool was quick and there werent many people despite it being the school holidays. The only flaw is that there was no netflix as the cable channels were boring to watch.

Location very close to everything, shopping mall, merlion, good views from balcony Marina bay sands nice gym and pool. we will stay here again for sure.

Excellent customer service and beautiful hotel”

The customer service was very attentive and professional. Something which is lacking in many five star hotels in Singapore. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated with subtle Eastern touches. The pool area is very well thought out with plenty of space and different areas to explore. The executive club experience is worth the extra cost as the food and drinks is of a high standard.

Check in was very smooth. We were greeted warmly. They even congratulated us for our anniversary and free upgrade to ocean view room! Our kids even get balloons to keep them occupied! Super kids friendly. Loved the pool, only slightly inconvenient due to covid with the bookings and all but we still managed to get a slot tho. Love the view! Love the staff. Love the location just a walk away to marina sq. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay. Thank u

Excellent”

The team were great, facilities were on point and the extra level of care in the club lounge helped make the experience very positive. My one gripe, compared to other newer or more recently renovated hotels in Singapore the rooms are looking tired.

One of the best hotels!”

Staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Celebrated our wedding anniversary in this hotel. The staff did a little decor in the room for me to surprise my husband. Hotel is very clean the view from our room is breathtaking!

Very accomodating and good service but didnt really fulfil what was asked for”

Booked two rooms, before check in requested a few things, understand subject to availability but if able to grant means it can be done. However was still a pleasant stay, the room was spacious, one of the room was not that cleaned but it was alright. The view was magnificent. Pool was nice too. Luckily it was given two hours per booking per day. At the end of the day, it was still a splendid stay.

Love the location for the view”

The whole experience wasn’t completely 100% satisfied. The room is perfect except we asked for twin & it was lowest floor 7th floor for Grand Ocean Twin. Basically it wasn’t ocean view, cos it was lower floor & higher floors are only for Grand Ocean Queen/King. But hey, still love the view of Flyer & MBS. I gave all 5 stars except cleanliness with 4 stars. The reason is that I saw a baby rat running & searching on the front of hotel lobby/banquet. Probably it was due to banquet function was just finished. The time was around 12am though :) Still good, will definitely visit again :)

Exceptional”

Great location, excellent view, friendly staff and the steakhouse is amazing. However, wonder if it was the room I'm in or happen to every room but I noticed the bathroom/toilet have no ventilation which causes unpleasant smell to linger.

Too small a room for the high price”

Stayed in Ocean Grand King Room w/o breakfast. Cons:Room a tad small in size for the high price, at an awkward corner of corridor, bed was too soft, tv no HBO channel, only got limited viewing channels. Pros: Terence is the only friendly staff with very efficient service. Room has good panoramic view of the marina.

Very nice view and spacious room. The staff were also well trained, helpful and knew us by our first name. It's a small gesture but nice touch. The facilities and amenities were good too. We had multiple requests, and they were all met. Highly recommended.

Very good”

The room was huge, i was suprised and excited to stay. Bud toilet no bidet dat is a minus point. Pillows are flattened. Bedhseet not s smooth. I dun really like the sofa material. Carpet was itchy to i hav to use the bedroom slippers. Which is also not the material i like. I love the soap n shampoo scent of pamelo. So rooms was clean enuf. Except the table lamp there was a stain. Which looks disgusting but i dun bother tellin the housekeepin. My phone like was a problem. The reception insist i hang the phone the whole day bud we were out the whole time. I thought it was my children whu plays with it but when i check all phone lines were ok, only incomin calls was not ok. I actually dun appreciate the blame on me coz u shld hav ask 1st to check n not assume i hang the phone. So tru enuf it was the line fault not me. Oh our welcomin gift was a wine n choc i was surprised. Bud since i dun drink wine i called them to take it away n when i was back frm my trip i found a juice in the room which was pleasant surprise too. And s for the choc i did not consume til i was told there ia no rum n alcohol in it since there was no mentioning of ingredients. Checkin out was a nightmare coz i was charge for breakfast for 2 days when i did not even go to the restaurant. Overall pleasant stay wif some hiccups.
