Maqna hotel Gorontalo”
We stayed for 7 nights while diving in Gorontalo. Good variety on the breakfast and the rooms were nice except the shower that had seen its best days, but it was functional. Staff was very nice and helpful. The power went out for a short time once or twice every evening, but it seems like that was an issue for the whole building and not the hotel itself as I was stuck in the mall one day when it happened. Good value for the money and the hotel had facilities like pool etc. we didn't use, but it looked clean from our balcony.

Pleasant stay. Always look forward to coming back to my room. Great housekeeping! 1 downside tho, Maqna might need to upgrade some ammenities in their rooms, eg. Hot water shower isn't hot or strong enough. AC in some rooms aren't working well.

The food for breakfast was delicious and many varieties. The location just nice together with Gorontalo Mal. The view from the room is beautiful.

New but Old”
Maqna Hotel is kind a new hotel i guess in Gorontalo city, but have poor maintenance. The toilets in the Lobby is so dirty, they have toilette papers on the floor. The concierge was doing nothing, they just stand and not helping with our loaded bags. Basic line is, this is a new hotel but look like old one.

Fantastic Hotel”
Stayed in this hotel over a diving trip and had a great time in this fabulous hotel which serve a wide range of local dishes for breakfast. It has a swimming pool and fitness center as well. As this hotel is located within a shopping mall, there are many eateries as well as a cinema. The only problem we faced during the stay were the internet, the connection in our room was quite with very slow connection and sometimes none. But any urgent matters could be done at the lobby which has more stable connections.

3rd time stay ... we found toilet condition much better in superior room, #2040 closet a bit clog, #1038 was ok. Hot water pressure also much better on 1st floor. Fantastic breakfast menu, we love Gorontalo culinary. We will be back again!

We spent two nights here. It was an ok experience. One of the best hotel in Gorontalo they said. It is adjacent to Gorontalo Mall, so it is quite easy to find something to eat. The breakfast was ok. They offer airport transfer but it is much cheaper to rent a car with driver. Staff was very helpful.

Maqna hotel is good place to stay. Coming here with friends after and stay for one night only. Its located in the city, next to the mall shopping center. Easy to reach. The hotel is clean. And the menu of the breakfast is very nice. They serve several local food like mie cakalang, bubur manado and nasi kuning. Great taste...
