The room is good enough for a group of 4. However, the tatami area, “futon” and the amenities were a bit old and dirty. Staffs are not very nice and without smile at most of the time when we walk by. Since we were there for a night only so it was acceptable.

Great Location , and great potential. Room A/C set to 26 C. Had to call the front desk to get it cool and they set it at 22 CC. Hotel basically empty ( Covid ) and they gave me the only room without a view. There was a tree blocking right outside the balcony. There was no hot water for shower and we had to call to get hot water. It took about 30 minutes. Hotel has great potential, but I would not recommend nor stay there again.

No staff was at reception counter when we arrived hotel at around 12:00. The facilities for the kids at the playground and carpet in the room are not well cleaned.

Ruined day of Okinawa vocation ”
The facilities, pool, wifi doesn’t work. They have a yard with a few old toys which was full of mosquitoes. The attractions shown in the pictures belong to different company. To pat dolphins begins at ¥17 000. The only thing you can do in this hotel is to sit in your room. Rooms are spacious. But the hotel is super old. And I believe hasn’t been renovated since it was built. Even though we were charged for one night we didn’t stay there and moved to another hotel same day.

Pros - child- friendly - nutritious food served - big, spacious rooms with adequate amenities - near Churaumi Cons - old and not well- maintained - sad atmosphere in contrast with the videos - the pictures in the website do not do justice with the actual hotel - to use the beach, you have to pay - swimming pool is dated - only child aged 2 years and below are free considering it is a hotel designed for kids - carpet full of stains - not worth the money

The best part for this hotel is the breakfast! Great variety of delicious food and drinks provided! The room was spacious and clean but the furniture is a little dated. This hotel has their own dolphin programme and other activities where you need to pay if you wish to join. Near to the aquarium too!

Spacious”
Stayed 1 night while we visited the aquarium. We had the Japanese Western Room which was very spacious and with a good ocean view. Public bath was a nice touch, at 6:30 am on a weekday I had the bath all to myself. General facilities are a bit dated but adaquet and clean. Breakfast was quite good also. Down side was without a car, this hotel was not the easiest to get to. From the hotel it is walking distance to the south entrance of the EXPO Park within which you can get a park bus day pass for ¥200, but the hot weather and sun made even a 15 minute walk quite brutal. I would recommend this to anyone with a car, especially families.

Nice sunset view but OLD”
Hotel location is good and have a beautiful ocean view especially the sunset scene but the room and hotel facility is quite old. Suited for a group of local student or from main island of Japan to enjoy hotel facility as part of the outing camp. Price from regular offer is too high compare to the condition of the room and hotel surrounding but while we were there we somehow got quite a special rate, therefore a value of money is tie.

A Simple Resort Close to Churaumi Aqaurium”
The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the decoration is very simple, it felt more like a YMCA hostel than a resort. Though you get everything you need in the room, and each room comes with a balcony with a great sea view. The hotel also offers lots of activities which are great for kids! In terms of location, it's only a 10 mins drive to the famous aquarium, and less than half an hour to Kouri Bridge, quite convenient.

I could see dolphines playing in front of the hotel. The room is big enough. But most of facilities are old. I think the price is little bit expensive.

a good choice in Okinawa North”
1) 5 mins drive to the marina park 2) very spacious room 3) free breakfast is ok but not much choice 4) the swimming pool is located at another building, it takes about 5 mins outdoor walk 5) the public bath is big and free for hotel guests.

Great hotel for family, not recommended if you hate kids”
Great facilities, good breakfast selection. Although quite disappointed we were placed in the room at the end of the corridor where a big tree cover most of the sea view. It's hotel for family so I could hear kids everywhere and anytime. Might not return if I travel alone or with friends, but definitely with children.

Best place for young families and children ”
Right opposite the marine park where you can undertake the dolphin encounter and pretty close to the aquarium. There are so many facilities for young children and its so child friendly. Only down side was that it was so family friendly and the room we stayed in echoed all the noise from outside.

I neede a lot of guidance regarding bus routes, activities and genereal information. The reception staff was extremely helpful and especially Myiki and Tamang was helpful with suggestions of vieweing fishes and dolphins in bad weather and also took me to the bus stop and ATM by courtesy vehicle with my heavy luggage - Origato Gozaimas

Very nice staff. My boy was lost his dinasour toy in the lobby and the staffs are pretty nice to search together with us. Luckily we found it in the store on the 1st floor. Very appreciate on their kindness and patience. The playground outside is very nice as well. We have a great time staying in Marine Piazza.
