Great location, amazing hotel, wonderful staff”
I used to stay at the Okura Prestige. Their deferred maintenance of the rooms and the overall layout left a lot to be desired. So when I came back to BKK, I decided to book near trendy Thonglor at this hotel. The hotel is situated basically at the entrance of a small quiet Soi that almost dead ends into Thonglor. You can can walk to the end and through to Thonglor via a parking lot. Location is very well situated, a very short walk to the BTS. To get around town you have a lot of options with taxis which were my preferred means of transportation this trip. They could turn down to Rama IV, they could go up through Ekkamai, simple route to Phetchaburi, it's very well situated. You would have issues catching cabs on the right side of the road and have problems going to certain locations if you were staying somewhere like Wireless Rd. Here there is a great balance and you never feel trapped. The serviced apartment room is great. Not the biggest but not short on space. Plenty of storage and there is a washer and dryer that work pretty well in its own closet. The cleaning staff here always do a great job so I try to tip them accordingly. Leave a 100B note on the bed to let them know you appreciate them. The bathroom is well appointed. Rainfall showerhead and marble all over, I would say the only thing missing is a bit more lighting for the vanity mirror. Otherwise, they used Grohe fixtures throughout which shows they care about quality. The kitchenette is nice, there's even a dishwasher. Fridge is large enough, plenty of storage and utensils. Made it feel like home. This hotel has one of the nicest roofbars in BKK. I've been to Sirocco many times, but I like the roofbar here better. It's got great views as this is one of the tallest buildings in the area and the views are 360 degrees and you can really see the Sukhumvit area. There's a lot to do in Thonglor. Right nearby on the corner of Thonglor is one of the best mango sticky rice places in all of Thailand. Down

I have stayed at the Marriott Executive Apartments Bangkok in Thonglor several times now. The one bedroom serviced apartment is spacious and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer are a must when staying for longer periods. The BTS Skytrain is less than 5min walk and Thonglor has some excellent bars and restaurants down Soi 55.

Great service, good location, clean room”
Would definitely recommend Marriott Executive Apartments for its good location and great service! Room is spacious and provides us with all the necessity - mini kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. The rooftop bar in the same building is a great place to have a sunset drink and get a spectacular view of Bangkok city. There is a wide selection for breakfast and the hotel provides packed fruits for takeaway as well. Will definitely stay in this property for my next visit to Bangkok!

As a person who travels a lot I’ve had my share of hotel stays and without a doubt this Marriott Executive Apartments was one the best places I have ever stayed in. The first thing that captured my attention was how sincere the staff was. Everyone was very courteous and nice. I really got the impression that everyone there really enjoyed their job. Normally I don’t single out an individual however I will make an exception this time and say that the Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Tuck) was awesome!!! The room was huge with a modern design and very clean. If there was anything to complain about is that they wouldn’t allow me to have a late check out although I was willing to pay. However after it was explained to me they said that they would allow me to keep my suit cases in a secure place at the hotel and take a shower in the club house before my flight.

Marriott Executive Apartments, Thonglor has never disappointed me. Lovely staff, good facilities, excellent location. I have been staying here with my 2 young kids since mid 2013 when they recently opened. Quality has stayed good over the years. Breakfast has great variety. Special thanks to the staff at Restaurant who are always super kind and fun with children. Highly recommend

As a singaporean( we are always trying to get the best bargain we could get)I must say after traveling to so many different countries,ive stayed in nice suites at the ritz beijing,maritime in berlin,even not to mention but some of the famous 5stars hotel in singapore is not on par with what ive experience with the bangkok marriot apartments!if any fellow s'porean.or anyone who happen to read this article. dont think twice and just booked straight away.vvip treatmeant. less then 5mins walk to thonglor bts then asok station at the new terminal 21 shopping mall.when u need a taxi,they have radioed control guards to call the taxi for you.after which they will take down the plate no.of the taxi which u board for your security measures! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST COMMENT REVIEW IGAVE TO A HOTEL IN MY LIFE! THINK OF ME OF A GORDON RAMSAY WITH REALLY HIGH STANDARDS AND DEMANDS..FOR HOTEL STAY this is just perfect . now the catch the only not so good thing about the hotel is the buffet.dinner was good with a mix of thai cusine and european.then the next afternoon. i realized that food has been recycled to create a diff menue for lunch serving at a cheap price. for example if beef sirlion for dinner has leftover, itl be used to create another dish the very next day prob stir/pan fried with diff marinated sauce.left over roasted leg of lamb will be transformed to lamb stew the very next day.steam chicken would be battered and fried so on and so fort .my advice is .alarcarte, or just 1buffet dinner!overall il give a rating of 6 stars

Its a brand new hotel and the service is Great. It is most conveniently located next to Thong Lo Sky Train station , hence never got stuck in Traffic which Bangkok is famous for. A Big gym with a Swimming pool which again gives the view of the city. Overall a super vacation thanks to the team of Marriott Bangkok.

Great location, good hotel”
Hotel is in great location, just next to skytrain station. Lots of local restaurants around. Was accommodated in one of the apartments, very specious, very clean. Good night sleep as its very quiet and you don't feel you are in the middle of the city. Breakfast on 40th floor restaurant with great views and most humble and helpful staff. Rooftop bar is amazing and views are breathtaking. Having washing machine and dryer in the apartment is great as well. All in all would definitely stay again once in Bangkok.

Solid hotel, with a couple of caveats”
This hotel just *works.* It's comfortable; staff is friendly; pool, food all good. Lots to recommend. Two problems: 1) If you are trying to get on the BTS at Thong Lor, the wait gets longer and longer. This could be a problem for travelers going to other areas at rush hour. 2) The hotel is good at many things but poor at sustainability. Lots of plastic in the rooms. When I arrived, all the lights were on and temperature was below 22 degrees C - in the middle of the day. To be a high-end hotel, the Marriott needs to focus more on taking care of the environment.

Great breakfast, truly amazing buffet of just about anything you could imagine. I've actually gone here for breakfast while staying nearby. It's THAT good. Rooms are nice, but a bit small. Pan Pacific is nicer room for similar price, but the Marriott is more upscale in every other way.

The Marriot Excutive Apartments are the smart 5 star traveller choice. The staff service and apartments are great value for money. I would highly recommend that you get breakfast included as it is one of the best 5 star breakfast options in Bangkok. I would definetly stay again next time in Bangkok.

Excellent location, perfect if you are in need of a Bangkok life admin weekend. Within a short moto-taxi ride can procure gourmet groceries, massage, facials, sushi, Samitivej hospital appointments, fantastic cocktail bars, dental clinic on soi 49. Apartments are great and were somehow cheaper than the hotel? Thann products in the washroom. Yum.

Great Stay”
We stayed for two nights. Excellent value we would say. The hotel is around 25 minutes away from the airport. You can take a taxi at the airport terminal and it costs like US$10 - very cheap in our opinion. However, be aware that some taxi drivers may refuse to use a meter. Be sure to ask him to turn on the meter. The hotel is also right next to a MRT station. Guest check-in was speedy and we got offered free WiFi when we agreed to join Marriott Rewards (it is free to join anyway). The room is very clean and spacious. Mattress is available for the bedroom. The king- size bed is enough for two. Bathroom has more towels than needed. Bathtub is big and there is a separate shower area. As for the living room, it has an open-ended kitchen, washing machine, sofas and TV. There is a desk near the window which is supposed to be used as your work desk. Unfortunately, it is not very comfortable and the desk size is quite small. The hotel provides fabulous facilities. There is a spacious fitness centre and swimming pool. It also has two restaurants at the lobby though we didn't try. Massage services are also available. All in all, we find our stay very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again when there are sales.

We stayed in a large executive apartment for the weekend with a family group of seven. It was a great choice for us - super comfortable and spacious, with nice facilities and a good balance of public and private space. Staff was extremely helpful. Recommended.
