This is the first time I've been staying in this hotel. My experience with the place and the housekeeper also the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂 I also 🙂 the room was nice 👍 and the atmosphere 😀 👍 was wonderful and clean. I felt like 👍 a lot happiness here.I felt relaxed about myself in this hotel. Pleasant hotel”

Enjoyed my stay at Philip Hotel. Central location makes it convenient for travel. Rooms appear to be renovated/furnished fairly recently. However, the overall cleanliness is lacking, as we found several hairs in many of our new towels and even on the tables; surfaces and under the bed were dusty as well. But as the beds seemed clean, we didn't mind too much considering the price. Probably not for the picky traveller.

As for Location it is at the best place.staffs r friendly.room is too cozy also the bathroom.fittings r bit old.and they need to take care of guest's luggage handling.more staffs needed.luggages were taken by myslf into and out everytime.

There is no lift in the hotel and no assistant who can carry the luggage to upper floors to the room. I had 5 senior citizen ladies with me including my mom and aunts so found it difficult. The manager Mr. James had been very helpful and kind but all alone he also cannot do much. He needs one assistant. water facility was good. Price was too high for the quality of the hotel. Location was good as it was close to MRT and some indian restaurants.

Location was very convenient. Around 5-10 minutes walk to the MRT. Very easy to find halal food around the hotel. No lift but the stairs were okay. It seems like people can come in and out of the hotel very easily? but there is someone at the reception at all times. Hotel room looks quite old and worn out, the toilet’s cleanliness can be so much better but the ac was very strong so perfect for Singapore’s hot weather!

Disappointing Room and Facility, Helpful Staff”

Just below the hotel is 23*7 Running restaurant and exhaust fan of restaurant is through hotel. Making lot of sound and discomfort as hotel window and rooms are not that much soundproof. Staff was helpful and they changed our Quad room with window to Next floor Family room (Without Window), as the sound was unbearable in Quad Room with Window. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and all walls had Mold. Next-Day room service changed only towels and no room/bathroom cleaning done. We could keep luggage there after checkout on last day (Under the observation of staff, no locker). Mustafa center and Saravana Bhavan (Veg. Restaurant) are just at next street. Jalana Besar MRT is 7-10 Min Walk (700 meters). If you looking for only comfortable beds, water from the hotel and no other facility then go for it. Overall Cost is too much as per cleanliness and facility they provide.
