Door lock was broken.”
Handy enough as it's around the corner from the bus station and many stores and shops but my room would not open once locked so I had to leave the door open with my case and things inside all day or lock it and hope I could find a member of staff with a key. Not ideal. Not bad otherwise, as I don't need much.

Original room had broken TV, no window so room smelt mildewy. Staff swapped us to another room which had a window and was much better. Bathroom needs an upgrade as the toilet seat was broken and water from shower did not drain away. You get what you pay for but could be fixed for little money to provide a much better experience.

This is my 3rd time booking this hotel and 3rd review. It's an okay hotel to get some rest before getting on the ferry or airport the next morning.

Okay Hotel for the Area”
It's probably the 2nd best hotel in the area. Not to my standards but cheap. Stained walls, and broken bathroom fixtures, but the bed was soft and AC kept me cool. You'll get a better rate if you book in person with 12 & 24 hr. options.

Room was OK”
We wanted a room before flying to Manila the next day. The family room was a decent size and reasonably clean. We did not have any bugs. The air conditioning worked very well. The CR was OK. In summary, this was a basic room that served as a satisfactory place to sleep. Don't expect much more.

The room they gave us has a leak when you flush the toilet. Pee and poop coming out the bathroom floor.

Strong Smell”
Strong smell in the room and have switch to another room. Turns out to have the same smell but not as strong. Staff just sprayed some freshener. Smell could come from the a/c filter not getting changed on a regular basis.

Perfect location ”
Cheap hotel in downtown Calbayog. Very simple room, no closet. No swimmingpool. But I knew that before I made the reservation. Aircon very good, and wifi is also fine. Do not expect 5 star accomodation. There is elevator. The frontdesk and housekeeping, super nice people. Yes I would stay there again.

Great budget option in the city”
Good budget hotel, great location and friendly staff. Room ok and aircon is cold, electric can be left on when not in room. The floor in the cr/shower room seems to absorb water and has cold water seap out at all times. But for the price of room and location, wasn't too bad.

There are better places that have better facilities and cheaper. The location is great. The tv in my room was broken, lucky I could fix it. They seem to do everything on the cheap.
