Simple for non-executive business stay”

I've been given a room without window. With a large bathroom, a queen size bed, plus a TV, and of course an air conditioner, it just good for me since I only stay for shower, rest and sleep. The hotel prepare two bath towels, 3 mini bar soap and iron can be requested at the reception desk. The rest of the day I was out for my 3 days business. Food were easy to find since it is next to Melawati Food Court area and in front of night market area. Taxi and bus just in walking distance and the nearest train station is at Wangsa Maju or Sri Rampai. However, I would like to suggest, it would be nice if the hotel can prepare 2 blankets although it was a queen bed. I do not feel comfortable sharing a blanket with my friend. Overall, this hotel is recommended to backpackers, budget traveller, or non-executive business stay.

This hotel are good and comfortable for those who want to stay at hotel in low price. Futhermore, this hotel also strategic location because it's near to Melawati Mall. For those who love shopping, this place are suitable for u.. COME and Try by yourself.. Recommended

Reach at melawati hotel locate at the behind maybank melawati.cant check in here because no room for family available.reasons is,im not call them for reservation.what the,i already book and my payment is cleared so my booking is done.so??? , they call another hotel new wave hotel locate at the same area,and i checkin there.different name but same company.i satisfied because my room low floor because i have my mother in law with me.the hotel with manual check in,this type of hotel suitable for who is dont like losing much money.sleep,rest and go . :)

budget hotel with comfortable room”

the rooms are affordable,clean and comfortable.although it can be quite difficult to find so you have to be patient while looking for as they are located in the corner of melawati business area.

Basic accommodation, pretty clean, peaceful while good location, e.g. many food places & Melawati Mall nearby. Suitable for backpack-style traveler but reception would not accept to keep luggage after check-out for a few hours to make some post-checkout-errands without carrying everything. However, value for money.

Value for money, room & bathroom are clean, many eateries nearby. However the hotel is difficult to find as the hotel has a few branches in one area.

Great location but small rooms”

room is nice and clean. this hotel is near the city centre and easy to go places near kl area (gombak, kl, ampang and etc.). the room is small come with crt tv which is take a lot of the room space. not very privacy because we can heard people walking and chattering outside the room.

it was a great stay at this hotel..very cheap hotel with nice and clean room. the bathroom is just nice with hot water..not suitable for family but suitable for couples and backpackers

it's great for a budget hotel. really worth the price, the only setback is the blanket is to thin. u might need to bring some or just turn down the air conditioner.

The room is big, clean, super cold aircond and spacious bathroom. The only thing that I'm not satisfied is the floor is a bit sticky to the feet.

Very Rude Old Man Receptionist”

This hotel is the cheapest hotel u can find in agoda. Book this hotel 2nd time for a friend to crash in just for sleeping. 1st time booking everything was so nice even though there was no water supply due to KL water treatment problem. This old man who was at the front counter was so nice speaking so gentle. Then the next following week, again i book this place for my friend to crash in. Since he do not have a house in KL as he is working in Genting Highlands and only come down KL when needed to. My friend have personal business to attend to and needed to extend his stay and inquired at the counter if he can do so. But this old man suddenly become so rude and speaking bad words in tamil cursing my friend and not knowing that my friend actually understands tamil. He was telling this old man he wants to extend his stay which could also give the hotel more businesses but with this kind of attitude and services. This hotel will be dying soon enough. No offence, its a really cheap hotel where people just checkin for one night stand and some checkin for a place to sleep only. It is sort of dirty yet still my friend didnt mind. And that doesnt mean u can be rude to ur customers as well!? I hope u guys wont stay in here too since the old man mentioned that every 3am morning police do come for spot checked rooms. U get what i mean. Yup.

Cheap”

The value of money was excellent, surroundings of the hotel was very nice and quite, many restaurants nearby the hotel with wide range of selections ( eg: eastern and western food menus) even though it was far from the city but transport was near by ( will take 40 minutes to downtown)

cheap and comfortable”

Hotel cleanliness and staff friendliness is reasonable. However, I don't recommend this to light sleepers because the there was annoying door bell ringing during wee hours and people chatting around.

Good price for all the facility. Location-wise: stair and high. unclean outside GOOD PLACE to stay for LOW cost

Value for money, near to amenities, located near to Sunday Night market and food court. Easy excess to the MRR2 highway.

The hotel only suitable for short stay and budget. Overall ok. But the street very quiet at night. Better stay at least two- three person.
