This is my second stay at Mercure and I just want to say that it was awesome even for a day. It is near to Alamanda and within the same building there are a few restaurants and shops including Starbucks and McD. Breakfast was great. We had plenty of choices from Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western dishes. The kids absolutely loved it. However, I would say that the path from the parking area to the lobby was a bit dark. Maybe the management can do something about it. Add more lights perhaps or have at least a security guard down there. Other than that, it was a cozy stay for the whole family! Thanks for the hospitality.

Clean, Spacious room (2 bedrooms option), great facilities. Very satisfied with my stay. Staff are very accommodating and all smiles. They even have washer/dryer in the room. Will definitely come again to explore more of putrajaya hidden gems.

The location wise, this is amazing, right across the street is Alamanda, they have starbucks, mcdonalds, tealive, enews, 7eleven, etc in the same building. So it's very easy to find what to eat here. The breakfast varies too. They provide a variety of foods and they taste amazing too. the only cons during my stay are : 1) We had to wait for more than 2 hours for another room that we booked. We booked 4 apartments, the one last apartments took so long till it's ready. 2) THE WIFI ISNT WORKING. we were at level 27 and the wifi didnt even work. Even my digi signal here isnt as good. 3) one of the bathrooms door cant be locked. i hope it can be checked prior giving the room card to the visitors

Staffs wasn't friendly. No greets. Took the 2bedroom ( has 2 Tv) Room was clean bt sofa has one kind of musty smell. Microwave and washing machine available. But they also have laundrette machine which is abt rm8 for wash n dry -10kg laundry. Mcdonald is nearby. Alamanda mall is just opposite of hotel. Worst is no WiFi connection in room. Could not connect with IP prob. Told the front Receptionist, she told us will send someone to check. But no one came. She tried to connect the WiFi via our phone at the lobby. It works but when we reach our room NO WIFI. Disappointed. Our stay will be better if there is WiFi connectivity. What a shame for a 4star hotel

Saw in other reviews few months back that wifi was weak, thought management has addressed the issue but it seems no action has been taken. So difficult to sign in the wifi that we have given it up. Also breakfast can be improved, curry chicken for the nasi lemak was not fresh. Check in was slow, got to wait until 3.40pm for room availability.

Overall this is an excellent hotel. Friendly front desk, big apartment, nice breakfast. We stayed on a high-floor with a great view of Putrajaya. My teen son went to the gym and he liked it. Would I stay here again next time I’m in Putrajaya? Oh yes.

the apartment is huge and super convenience!! the front office are so friendly and greet us with smile. we also enjoyed the super long swimming pool. It Iis 2 min walking distance to Alamanda Mall so you don't have to worry if you need food or buy something..

The 6 of us had a very enjoyable stay here (my husband and I have 4 kids aged 9,7,3 and a 2 month old baby. The room is superbly comfortable and clean and spacious. Even my 2 month old baby had a good night sleep. The facilities are great. My kids love the swimming pool and kiddy pool. The breakfast spread is great. Location is also very strategic, with lots of eateries and mini mart nearby. Very recommended. Will definitely come back again one day.
