Excellent CBD location”

The property commands an excellent location, close to Scotts Rd and Orchard Road. Although on Stevens Rd, it is relatively quiet and serene. The room is very clean and smells fresh. The bed feels new and not saggy. We love the Papparich restaurant which is located next door, which offers great Malaysian hawker foods. We have no complaint about the Mercure on Stevens, especially the room rate this time around was relative fair for a 4 star property.

Great Staff”

As soon as we came, one pretty young lady (forgot to ask her name) greet us with her warm smile. She asked us whether we stay at Mercure or Novotel because they’re side by side. She was very friendly and genuine especially to my 3yo daughter. While I did the check-in process, she made a flower from balloons for my daughter. She also greet us when we came back from our dinner outside and helped me with my bag while I was helping my daughter to get off from car. Big thumbs up for her 👍🏻 The other staff are also great. They respond to my messages, and provide me connecting rooms in a high floor like I requested. The room was clean, but it would be great if the cleaner also pay more attention to below parts of the bed. It’s a bit dusty. The pool also great. The water is clean with no chlorine smell. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay for me, my husband, daughter and my parents for 3 nights here. Thank you Mercure on Stevens.

Good stay in SIngapore”

It's a brand new hotel which next to Novotel. Staff was helpful during the check in and I got upgraded to Privilege Room. Room size is standard and the bed is comfortable. I am very satisfy with my 2 nights stay at Mercure on Stevens. There are many restaurant just right below the hotel. Definitely will come back when I visit to Singapore again.

It was very pleasant to stay in Mercure on Steven. The hotel is quite new. The pool is exceptional. They have many restaurants next to it so its very convenient if you are too lazy to go somewhere else. Another plus point is it is quite close to Orchard rd (less than 5 mins taxi drive, cost less than $5). Highly recommended for both group and solo traveler.

There is a saying, "In the world of technology, PEOPLE make the difference". That's the quote i thought about as i finished my stay Mercure. Mr. Benson, a wonderful gentleman who helped us in every way possible with my wheelchair bound dad, said "Please come visit again, if you come to Singapore, don't stay anywhere else". Facility: Great! you have nice pool lounge and gym area. 4 or 5 restaurants in the premise to suit your dining budget. A nice open snack shop where you can buy urgent things and i think it's 24 hour. Location: Not so good but they fully make it up by providing FREE shuttle service every half hour. So i can't complain much. Breakfast: Very good for the price, you have everything you can possibly ask for. People: About this i can write a book. I was amazed. Every request i made they tried and managed. Provided a disable friendly big room, even without me asking. Echoing Mr. Benson, my dad said on the way back, " Next time, let's not stay anywhere else..."

New, Nice - reasonalbe business hotel”

Singapore hotels are never inexpensive, but once you get past that fact, Mercure Singapore is good value. The hotel is quite new and adjoins a similar Novotel Hotel in the same complex. There are 5-6 restaurant choices affiliated with the two tower complex with a range of cuisine choices. Seems a popular choice for Airlines crews (Emirates). Standard Room was quite small (typical for Singapore) but very efficient use of space. NO DESK. But wifi was v good, large lounge chair and bed allow for reasonable work space, along with lobby lounge area. Good business hotel.

Lovely new hotel near Orchard Road”

We enjoyed our stay in Mercure on Stevens Road. Wonderful shuttle service from the hotel to T Galleria. Room is nice and clean. The bed seems to be too high and no lotion available with the toiletries. But all else is excellent.

Cosy, good breakfast and facilities ”

We had a cake specially prepared for our wedding anniversary, which was a very nice touch frm the guest services team. The room was clean, the bedsheets were very comfortable and we had access to the lap pool which was on the Mercure side as well as the infinity pool on the Novotel side too. The hotel is also surrounded by a few restaurants and bars. Shuttle bus services to Orchard are also made available daily. Super convenient!

Comfortable & Value for Money Stay”

Great rates on the days I stayed. On Stevens R.d just far enough from the hustle & bustle of the city, also has resturant & cafe option on site, food a little pricey but this is Singapore. Staff at this place is first class, love the friendly greetings from all staff from the front desk to room service, really makes you feel at home, keep up the good work.

Still one of my favorites in Singapore”

The Mercure at Stevens is still one of my go to hotels in Singapore because it is in a good location with good value for money. I would highly recommend the Mercure to anyone going to Singapore for business or vacation.

What made my first so great”

It was my first time travelling out of country so I made sure I'd get the best hotel with cheaper price, and so I decided to book with Agoda. Checking in was fast. I spent not longer than 5 minutes and we were good to go in to our room. Check in should be at 2pm but we were made to check in an hour earlier since the room was ready when we got there. The hotel us quite far from famous tourist attractions but there is a bus stop just across the hotel in front of Raffles Girls School. Also, you can take taxi just in front of the hotel entrance, or take a Grab ride. Rooms were quite small but really clean. If you are a tourist and you spend most of your time outside, you wouldn't really mind the room size. I had a great time staying there. If I go back to Singapore, I would choose to stay here again.

Excellent Location”

We were transferred to Novotel for 3 nights from Mercure. Novotel is an excellent hotel in a great location. Short taxi ride away to the shopping percent of Orchard road. A few restaurants coming up around the hotel which would be great.

Great Facilities Hotel in Singapore”

It's not like many new Singapore Hotel that have little facilities ... this hotel have a great facilities. 24 hours gym with pool , Breakfast are great , room are clean and they provide shuttle from hotel to Orchard Rd every 20 minutes !

awesome first opening month”

Location is good, tucked behind orchard road, so not too noisy, but convenient to get to orchard rd with their shuttle service. Front desk and manager were polite, courteous and efficient. Mecure has 2 pools, 1 lap pool and 1 infinity pool, so that's great for us. It's very clean, since it's just opened. Room is a little small, but for the price it's fine. Neat and tidy,

Very Good”

Fantastic Staff. several restaurants down stairs is continent Small room, not sure about the location not really walking distance to anywhere we went. . Singapore is so nice so it doesn't where you stay, so this was a good base for us. tip: in addition to Grab ride share app try ComfortDelGro (i did't discover this until leaving Singapore) the taxi's are good and cheap, but it was hard to hail one even at a taxi stand because they are all booked by people who knew about this app i guess :)

Comfortable stay at Mercure@Stevens”

We got their run-of-the-mill Superior rm which is about 193sqft. The room is clean and well-designed with its facilities. It has shower facility instead of bath. The double bed is high but comfortable with very thick mattress and lovely pillows. The air-con is adjustable and room has pool, small winding road and other condominiums. Its quiet. There is a 7eleven and various restaurants on-site (a stand-out feature for persons who like to dine in). Easily accessible with taxis and bus. About 15 to 20mins walk to orchard rd if u know the shortcuts..... Staff is efficient and polite. We requests for additional towels and bathrobe and it arrived promptly. Concierge and frontline desk service are impeccable too.

1 km to Stevens Station and 1.5 Km to Orchard station quite a good long distance can accept. The best of this hotel is On-Time Shuttle Bus

Excellent”

It’s a walking distance from Steven MRT approx. 20mins. And, the hotel cleaning didn’t check the complementary mineral water (was already consumered by previous guest). However, very impressed with the Retaurant Windstone next to hotel, their vegetarian meal is fantastics.

A bit far away from the centre”

The hotel is a little bit far from the centre but there are free buses provided by the hotel. The bus will pick you up at the hotel every 30 minutes and will drop you at a mall near Orchard road which i accidentally forget its name. The last pick up time back to the hotel is 21:00 or 21:30. If you wandering after that time, you will have to get back to the hotel by MRT or taxi. The hotel is about 10-minute-walk far from the MRT. It is not way too far but for me its a tragic to walk like that after a whole day walking. However, the staffs, bus drivers, room and cleanliness is way better than i expected. Thank you so much.
