I booked Executive Deluxe Room at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. Arrived at the hotel around 3.15pm and check in. Didn't get to print the hotel voucher as booking confirmation, so i just show my voucher downloaded through my phone to the receptionist. The hoteliers are definitely kind and really improved their service as I read the previous preview. The room was spacious and clean. Good and efficient room service as well. The location is at the center of the city near to Berjaya Times Square and also near to 7Eleven and Starbucks. For people who loved a comfort stay and able to moved around Kuala Lumpur easily... I would surely encouraged you to have a stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang.

very nice modern good value and well located hotel”
We (young couple) stayed in Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang for 3 nights. We checked in late (11pm) since we were arriving by bus from Singapore. Check-in was fast, you have to pay a deposit of 50RM though, so it's good I already had some RM although we just got off the bus. The lobby of the hotel is very modern, simple and clean. I read before going that it was only a few months old. Staff was friendly. Our room was big (around 18sqm), clean and modern. Aircon is not noisy and works very well, Internet connection in the room was excellent. The room has a fridge, a water boiler, an iron, a hairdryer, a flatscreen TV with around 10 channels. Roomservice was not bad. the only problem is that when we decided to sleep a little longer, the guy was already knocking at the door (9am), asking if we need new water bottles or towels, instead of just coming back later. We didnt book with breakfast, since i read here and on trip advisor some people saying that the breakfast isnt good. So we decided that for that price difference (5€/p) we could get better food outside. The hotel is located more or less just in front of the monorail station Imbi, from which you can access most places. there is an overpass under the monorail station to cross the road and access the huge Berjaya times square mall (bargain shooping and good foodcourt in the basement). All the other malls and restaurants in bukit bintang are in walking distance.

Walking distance to Times Square Shopping Mall and LRT ”
This is my first time to visit Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang on 20 June 2016, i stay on 12th floor city view. 3 minutes walking distance to the pedestrian bridge which can access to the Times Square shopping mall or LRT. The Metro Hotel provide parking lot but as i can see it is very limited. Very easy to find the Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang as it is at the corner of the building. Please take note that my bf and i as the first time visitor we get to bring to another Metro Hotel by the gps as we din emphasize on the Bukit Bintang words at the behind.

Metro hotel is one of the best hotel located in Bukit Bintang - central location to move around anywhere by monorail ( imbi station ). 10 mins away from KL Sentral - the heart of the city...bus, taxies are also easily available. Food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My family had a great time staying with them. I stayed twice In hotel Metro ( kl ) during my total 9 days of stay in Malaysia. Overall very nice experience and I would surely recommend people to stay in this hotel as I chose based on the reviews on Agoda...tx

A great stay”
Had a very great stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. Excellent location as it is near to Imbi monorail station and opposite Berjaya Times Square. Check in was fast. The wifi was down upon check in but was quickly solved. The triple family room was spacious and clean. We had a great view from our room; you can see Berjaya Times Square, monorail and the road. Basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash were available but no toothbrush and toothpaste. Aircon worked fine. Breakfast was simple but scrumptious. They served local food and vegetarian Indian food for breakfast and the menu changed daily. The staff were helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and it was valued for money!

Between work and fun”
I would consider the hotel as being in a great location. I it just a few meters from a monorail station (Imbi)... so getting to the hotel won't be a problem. It is also just across one of the biggest malls in Kuala Lumpur. If you want to have great fun when the finally sets, the hotel is just a small city block away from one end of the famous Bukit Bintang street where most of the action happens. Also, it is also a short walk from the famous Jalan Alor where inexpensive, but great, food finds are located. Sleep quality is great! Even if the hotel is located at a busy intersection, the noise is adequately managed by the room sound proofing. Cleanliness of the carpet inside the rooms and along the hallways may still be improved as some old stains are still evident. Considering its facilities and its location, the hotel's rates could be considered excellent!

Worth the money!”
Booked a room for my mom & aunt last minute. And it happened to fall during the Xmas long weekend. Prices for other hotels were marked-up due to the festive season. Decided to settle for Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang due to the location. Both my mom & aunt were surprised that the room was clean, location was convenient (just across Berjaya Times Square) and the breakfast spread was more than average. They could not be more pleased.

New Hotel In Town”
This is my 1st times staying at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. The main reason I like to stay here is the room is super clean, near monorail and value for money. If you are city lover, you should request for highest floor. The day I check in, I came very late and the Front Office upgrade my superior room to deluxe room. Thanks to her. I forgot her name. The room super big. Service also good. There is small parking space if you have a car but its based on who come first. Will come back again next time. Thank you to the Management.

Locate in good location, very clean, Helpful staff”
The hotel locates in very good location, just opposite Time Square shopping mall; big shopping mall with shops and foods. It locates close to two main Monorail stations which are IMBI station (5 minutes walk) and Hang Tua station (10 minutes walk/ also you can access to Ampang Line at this station), within walking distance. Starbucks and big 7-11 are locates very close to the hotel, also many restaurants for food; open until late night. Bukit Bintang is just wihin 10-15 minutes walk, or only 1 station by monorail; very easy to eccess. The main all KL's attractions are also easy to go using this service. Hotel Staffs are friendly and helpful; good service, however when we asked for extra pillow; they provoded only 1 not 2, and told us that they couldn't provide because they 'run out of stock'. The room is clean, breakfast comes with good quality mixture of Asian and European. However, the weak point of the hotel is that the building and all rooms facing to main street, which somehow a bit noisy even we stayed on 6th floor. The loud noise from cars on street during rush hour (morning) wake us up since 7am, however that's ok as we travel for business propose; anyway not good for the one who want to relax or have a love sleep. The wifi connection is great with sometime on and off, but only few times during our 3 nights stay. There is a day trip tour for tourists, with acceptable proce, however we didn't use this service, maybe next time.

This hotel is conveniently located in bukit Bintang, the LRT station is right in Front of the hotel. There ate lots of places to eat and the Mall is walking distance. The room are good size with good size bathroom. The package that i purchased includes free breakfast and they're pretty good as well. I will stay in this hotel again if i visit Kuala Lumpur again.

Metro Hotel, Bukit Bintang, pleasant hotel”
Since bukit bintang is familiar location for shopping, I decided to spend my holidays here for 3 nights. The location also good. All interesting places are near from here. This hotel is also located behind berjaya Times Square. I like the room because it is huge for two persons and complete with all stuffs. Room with windows to see a view of Malaysia. From the room you can see twin tower. The bathroom is totally big. However, the breakfast menu is not interesting. The taste also can be chosen as favorite menu. I almost got the same breakfast every morning. One more thing, it takes more than one hour to reach Kuala Lumpur International Airport from this hotel.

This is my second time staying in Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. It is my all time favourite hotel compare to the surrounding hotels. I like everything about it. However, i would deduct some marks for this time. As this is pandemic time, I would suggest the staff responsible for room cleaning and repairung to mask. Other than that everything is just excellent. I would definitely stay again one day.

I Love Metro Hotel, Bukit Bintang”
This was my 2nd time staying at Metro Hotel, Bukit bintang. The location very near and just few minutes walks to Berjaya Times Square even to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and others. Easy to find a food, teksi or grab. The hotel location is good , not the best in Bukit Bintang Area but still really nice and worth the value overall. Its near Berjaya Times Square and also Low Yat Plaza, and also Imbi station nearby. Room is nice for a 3 star hotel, quite worth the money. Breakfast is good. Overall the hotel is nice, and i recommend this hotel for the one looking for 3 star hotel in or around Bukit Bintang area. However, i think the staff is not that many, lack of staff, so we need to wait some time when we need their help, but they are helpful anyway.

Hotel is just across berjaya times square and is very convenient. Every year i will book Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang. Only the room on 12th floor is still under renovation. Luckily on our last day, they allow all of us to move to another room due to aircon problem. Overall im satisfied with their service! Will be back again. Thankss!

Great location and a satisfactory stay”
If you want to stay in Bukit Bintang, the location of this hotel is perfect and convenient, just a few minutes from Imbi station. We were very satisfied with the room, A/C, breakfast, etc. The wi-fi was very hit-and-miss, and sometimes, it was almost nonexistant. I also should mention that the shower head fell off the first time we tried to use the shower, and we had to shower just using the pipe it had been attached to. The staff was very embarassed when I told them about it, and it was "fixed" but happened again the next day. When I told them that it happened again, they were incredibly embarassed and properly fixed it. So out of four nights in the hotel, we could only take proper showers on two of the days. That being said, we did enjoy the hotel, and I certainly would stay again the next time I'm in KL.

I book a family triple room and the room is big enough for running around my 1 and a half year old daughter.. Every places i want to go is all in walking distance such as KLCC, china town, KL tower and monorail station just beside the hotel.. But the most greatest of all is the alor street in the back of the hotel just a couple of minute walking and u can eat for not so expensive food there.. My trip is great thanks to hotel metro bukit bintang..
