Location and value for money”

It's just walking distance to Bukit Bintang street and Jalan Alor, where the famous night food market is located. You can also walk to Berjaya Times Square and Plaza Low Yat for shopping. Very good location, and the staff are great. We got there before the check in time. I'm so sorry that we didn't get the name of the person who allowed us to check in at 12 noon, but thank you again for letting us check in without additional charges. I was travelling with several senior citizens and children so it was very kind of him to allow us to use the room before the standard check in time. I would assume he's the front office manager. Thank you again! Also, there's a train station nearby for easy transportation. Rooms are big also, quite spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Value for Money at Great Location”

Their 4 bed room is great.. very spacious room with clean bathroom and clean bed sheets. The hotel location is superb, right next to alor street and bukit bintang area where you can choose many varieties of delicious food to eat and also many shops to buy souvenirs. No comment on the breakfast since our rooms doesnt incl bfast. There are few options place to get bfast nearby : nasi lemak stalls, 24 hr kfc, subway across the hotel opens early for bfast and 711 just next to hotel.

Location is great, within walking distance to alor night market, pavilion mall, berjaya times square and Suria Klcc. Cleanliness could be improved. Towels look yellowish rather than white. The room is not sound proof, we were woken up a number of times duringour night sleep because of the neighbouring room's for bell and sounds from the hallway.

Good location, room is ok, but the customer service is bad. The front counter staffs are not friendly and helpful at all. I was given a not welcomed unhappy face by the staff when I did my check in however I didn't express any of my feeling that time. Finally I saw somebody else expressed it out during the time I did my checkout. The customer is having a quarrel with the front counter staffs. It seems it's the staff behavior issue again. Please improve your staff behavior or it will really affect the customer experience.

If you have a limited budget for accommodation, this hotel might be one of the best for you to stay. The room was very neat and clean. This hotel located walking distance to the Alor street (Jalan Alor) and many other places in Bukit Bintang. Please book the hotel online as it is cheaper. If you walk in the price can be doubled when you book online.

A decent mid range hotel”

Stayed in this hotel a week ago. Location was pretty good, near Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. The downside was the unit i stayed is facing the main road which can be noisy at times if you are a light sleeper. Toilet facilities are standard and clean. Room is huge as saw in the pictures shown. One other thing is that they do not have any hair dryer so for female, you might wanna take note. The front desk staff was actually arguing with the manager when i arrived and they didn't really bothered to attend to me once i stepped in. Wasn't professional enough in greeting guest too. Do please also take note that this hotel is quite popular among Indians nations as there is a Indian restaurant just next to hotel and almost all the guest i saw are Indians. I am fine with them as the place is really value for money even for a short stay and the room is big and clean. What i like best is the location which makes travelling to other places a breeze. There is a 7-11 just 2 blocks away.

This hotel is consider 4 star hotel and the pricing of this hotel is 2 star price. Good staff, good location for local food and very cleanliness room. I will come over to stay again when I’m coming to KL. the staff is very helpful and the room facility is complete accept hair dryer. At the back of the hotel is KL famous local food(Alor street).
