Basic hotel with clean and spacious room

Booked the place just for the night for a family of 4. Decent room & suited our needs to attend a function later that evening.

Value for money but poorly maintained room. Some of the lights in room were not functioning hence we had a dark room. The shower handle was broken. N there were cockroaches in the room n bathroom.

We booked a family room for one night.When I stepped in it was fine,went up to the room ,looked out the window and it was filthy with those ciggy butts outside the window.The room was full with ciggy smell.The room was very dusty and not so clean.There were some kuaci leftovers on the floor here and there.I requested for 2 extra mattresses,I had to top up RM15 each.Requested for pillows,but they need us to top up additional RM10 for each pillow.Their pillow is not a pillow.Their pillow is like float where you blow air in it.My stay was quite a disaster though.The fridge was stinky.On the good side,the air con is super cold and they do provide parking space and you can claim back your parking fee by showing them your parking receipt after you have payed.To be honest,I will not return back to the hotel anymore,I didnt sleep well and all of us got a neckache!

The hotel location was good surrounded with lots of shops .... thats the only good thing. Front Office staff very rude and unprofessional. Not value for money or safety .... non hotel staff walks in and sitting in front office talking loud makng noise passing dirty comments about guests ..... FO Staff do not attend to your queries and if ask them anything the only answer you get is I DON'T KNOW..... very disappointed the only thing they care about is collecting payments.......

the worse hotel”

Its the terrible hotel i ever stayed...you wont believe that i check in at 2pm and check out at 5pm....becoz the room is very bad and smell cigarette and fungal.....the mattress and bed sheets are in bad condition..and smell bad too...pls pls pls do not go to this place if u need some peaceful time....u can walk in to any other nearest hotel here with better rate and comfortable stay...its not worth ur money...i am staying around kl . but me myself cant stay here for 3 hours..foriegners pls dont get trapped...just pay extra rm50 to find a better hotel with breakfast somemore.....this place is a nightmare for me

Wifi not functioning need to improve. Parking have to pay RM2 per entry. Can hear people talking from other room. Pay extra for windows unfortunately my view facing to car park. Cannot open curtain at all. The best thing room is good spacious

Noisy Environment”

The environment is noisy due to repeating "dong dong" noise from the nearby indian temple, which normally happen early morning and late at night. Reception counter also contribute a lot of noise at night, especially after 10pm
