Clean, Quiet and Minimalist”

The room is clean, the bed is big(but with a small patch of stain at the far end, which I only notice before check out) and consider clean, clean toilet, with 2 shower mode, rainfall and normal shower, they provide toothbrush as well! The surroundings is quiet but you feel secure as they post out security guards in front their hotel during night time.

The design of this hotel is modern and the staff is kind and helpful . The hotel room also clean and comfortable . Will stay here next time !!

Good location, clean rooms”

Everything here is decent. For the price you are paying, i think it is good. Had my wedding held at Pekin Cermerlang which was few mins drive away. Ikea was about 5-7mins grab ride away depending on traffic. Lamuse cafe and Paris Cafe was also less than 10 mins away. Overall location is great! Think the service at the reception could be more efficient...and maybe have at least one person who can speak english/chinese. I was lucky to have an in-law who was a malaysian and had to translate the entire time i was there...which was quite a headache and frustrating for us and the staff. Other than the language barrier, their service was great so thumbs up ;) Room was clean too!

Value for money for transit purpose”

For customer who intend to stay here for a night for road trip travels, this hotel is suitable enough. Though out of town and may seems out of place, it is sufficient enough if people is intending just for a rest before heading further elsewhere. The bed is comfortable (maybe perhaps because it is a new hotel) and room is spacing enough for 2 pax. One cons though is that the room has no window, but even if there is, there isn't any view to look out for unless you are intending for fresh air.

Room was clean and well maintained. Location was strategic near restaurants, petrol stations and convenient stores. Would really make a great difference if there were mini fridges for storing chilled water and food. Overall was satisfying

Would be good if they clean up the room on the second day. I was shock the room wasnt make up at all on the second day. Trash bin not even cleared. Other budget hotel at least replenish water, strengthen the bed sheet or duvey and clear bin.

Short stay for wedding”

Cozy room, clean. but no soundproofing. the room next to us shouted during midnight. but overall its comfortable stay.

STAFF MAKING WIFI SLOW”

Everytime i stay i see staff using wifi watching movies on youtube and making the wifi slow in the rooms. Please have a better policy for working staff and make sure staff smile and greet guests. It was disappointing there was a singular staff was not helpful and they act like they don't care when we check in. Outside hotel security guard is good and friendly and has better attitude than the staff working behind counter at night.

Location is near the resturant pekin kk other then that have nothing much in the area. Room is simple, toilet and all is good. But no window.

Clean but noisy”

Its fine for a short stay but the sound proof of the hotel is not so good so it will get noisy in the night.

The receptionists had really bad service. No basic greetings nor smile from them. Hotel was clean and quiet. Not many people staying in here. Room was nice and clean, well lit. Downside was, it had really thin walls. Can hear people walking along the corridor even though it was carpeted. My room's toilet flush was faulty. It was working after i called for the recep, but after a few more uses, it failed to work. Location was alright, had a few eateries nearby within 500m. Good for a short stay.

Neat hotel”

Simple but neat hotel. Cleanliness is thumb up. Near to eatingvplace. No worry about breakfast and dinner.
