This hotel is right outside the gate of Misawa Airbase. The staff is wonderful. English is spoken and assistance to my business associate, (his first trip to Japan) was 5 star. The breakfast changed up daily with a very nice verity of food. The rooms are impeccable clean and nice in size. The beds are firm but comfortable. Internet is provided by lan line in the room. The wifi in the lobby is only if you have a SoftBank phone account. Which makes it challenging if you are using an Ipad to connect. Many choices of restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. I will most definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel for location to Misawa Air base while visiting our son in that part of the country. Very close location to the gate and convenient for us to walk on and off with our ID cards. The room was satisfactory, perhaps a little old fashioned but all amenities were fine. The restaurant serves only traditional Japanese food for the buffet breakfast so if you are not adventurous, considering an alternate source for a meal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is very tight if you have a car, which would be unusual if you are not stationed at the air base or are a resident. Good value for the money. Would definitely stay there again if there is no room on the base, which seems to be the case most times.
