The good things are ... A room is so cozy and clean. I was traveling by myself. I was able to reserved the advantageous room for 75% than normal police because I used time sale. The bed is cozy . There was wide desk and there were light and mirror on the desk. They had kettle. I was given a bottle of water. And the most is the hotel have big public baths. I was able to relax very much. This hotel is fantastic!!

Also, we offer Japanese Shiatsu body massage by a professional masseuse, which you can take at a reasonable price.Our garden view public bath is located on the ground floor. The room was nice and clean! They offer a great service to ship your language at 300 JPY to their another hotel near the Kyoto station, so you can spend some time in Kawaramachi after checking out and head to the Kyoto station, carrying no luggage.

Excellent Place to Stay”
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kyoto. We had a very nice experience there. The staff was very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed. On the last morning that we were there it started to rain and we were without umbrellas. The staff, with a friendly smile, brought two of them out for us immediately.

The hotel is very modern yet very Japanese in design. The staff was great. One morning, at around 6:30, we found that our shower head was faulty. We called the front desk and the staff and maintenance crew came immediately. The problem was solved within minutes.

Comfortable mattresses, quiet, made for good sleep. Reception very helpful, lovely hot bath and massage chairs. Location is excellent to catch bus or train. Breakfast is a bit too expensive. But Starbucks is close by...

The team assisted us in navigating around Kyoto and went out of their way to ensure that we would not get lost. They were extremely patient with our many questions. We had not known that the laundromat where we had sent our clothes would be closed on the day we were leaving: one of their team member, Ms Hasebe-San went to pick them up for us when the laundromat called the hotel. One of the many things the team went ‘the extra mile.’
