Very comfortable place for short trip in JB”

In fact only booked a night but last mins changed mind stay another night there. We frequently travel to Johor Bahru, and MIYABI HOTEL PERMAS will be 1st of my choice ! Thanks and keep it up for the cleanliness & friendly staffs !

Very new, very comfortable ”

Not near the city centre so probably not the most convenient for tourists, but it is near many eateries that open late / early. Hotel is very new and clean, bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a place for a short stay in Permas Jaya, then this is very recommended.

If you are looking to stay around PERMAS area. MIYABI is a good choice. New set up, spacious room and nearby to eateries.

Bathroom doors are translucent”

Booked a twin room with my friend. One of the cleanest hotel I've ever went. Hotel is nicely decorated, but would be even nicer if the rooftop has more furnishing. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, we were greeted by the staffs every time we return to the hotel. Location is great with various nice eateries and new night market (old street 2) within few minutes walk. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely value for money. Note for potential guest: The bathroom doors of the room I booked has translucent doors and silhouette can be seen when the bathroom are doors closed. Not an issue if travelling with someone you're comfortable with, but be sure to double check with the staffs if this is something that you'll mind.

Very new hotel. Booked hotel as a pit stop before heading to Desaru the following day. 10 mins away from IKEA. 5 mins away from Ninso RM2. 10 shop. They have king bed rooms with many variation in terms of sizes which may be confusing when booking. There's a security at night seated outiside the hotel entrance to jaga your cars. 24hrs Mcd is around the corner and AEON is also across the main junction. Value for money. Fuss free budget hotel that meets the needs for an overnight sleep.

looooved this hotel! It’s so pretty 😭 muji vibes and really quite spacious too! Some of the hotels in JB may go for half the price, but if you’re looking for a really comfortable stay with great facilities, this is a really good one. We ate at the restaurants nearby (2 mins away) and would recommend the Japanese (Kokomo) and Korean (Hong Dae) ones!

Located just near the food area the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides u almost every facility from good rooms. There is rooftop of hotel was great. You can sit there have drink, smoke and watch the stars. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple. You won’t regret.

Pros-new hotel, all is new, room is clean, my kid luvs the bathtub, strong water pressure shower was damn shiok. Many eataries around, tummy filled 24/7. Welcome by friendly staffs, fast check in and out. Will definitely return for another staycation with my family! Cons-It was Christmas season, we were on the 2nd level and listen to the Xmas song thru out the night....

New Hotel in Permas Jaya Area”

This property is located behind the Renaissance Hotel and it is near eateries and neighbourhood shops. Their outdoor parking is located at the back of the hotel. Given that it is a new property, the room facilities are clean + comfortable and do hope they can maintain it.

Muji-inspired?”

The hotel is clean generally. Only saw one oil stain on the curtain which didn't affect me since I can just not touch it. The bed, although stainless, had dust which I am very sensitive to. So I didn't get a good sleep. The toilet is clean but ventilation can be improved. The lighting behind the headboard had a film of plastic coming out. Most of what is needed will be provided. They offer complimentary snacks and beverages next to the check-in counter. Unfortunately, there was a power outage the day we were leaving. Thus, we took cold morning showers in the dark since lighting and heating are affected. The air-con also stopped working so we had to open the doors to our room for ventilation. The lift stopped working and everyone had to use the stairs. Luckily we were on the first floor so we just had to get down 2 flights of steps. Limited Parking is available behind the hotel. We didn't get recuperated for the inconvenience we experienced by the hotel's power outage.

The hotel is newly built and the room is clean and nice design. Very comfort bed and pillow. And above still have a rooftop garden for guest to chit chat and drink. Good concept and will return to stay !!!

Don't have to worry about food since there's tons of food there at night, a walk outside and I'm sure you will have a packet of food for you or you'll end up eating at the nearby eateries. New hotel, freaking love your roof top if you can have more chairs and tables and maybe get better chairs and you're good to go. I will come back again for my next Business trip.

Convenient and comfortable ”

The hotel is clean and new. The bed is comfortable. Free refill of hot coffee, tea, orange juice and drinking water for whole day. And a rooftop garden for chilling. Also walking distance to a Sunday night market.

Can't demand more with this price.. Indeed, it is beyond the standard for the price pay. Good & comfort stay. Foods was just few step away. Definitely will stay again!

Overall comfortable stay. Price was quite high for a boutique hotel without breakfast. Water dispensar provided. It would be better if the receptionist wear mask during check-in.
